The Five-Fold Moral Culture

Each person must live by the earnings made through his or her own mental or physical labor.

One's method of living should not cause any suffering to the body or mind of any person.

One should not kill any living being for food. One must have the utmost respect for the

possessions and freedom of others and help to protect them.

One must cultivate loving kindness and strive to alleviate the miseries of others to the extent possible.

Our system of education for reformation and prosperity in life should comprise five steps. They are:

Maintenance of physical health. Streamlining of psychic activities. Maintenance of harmonious

relationships with one and all of human society.

Purifying the Genetic Center. Realization of Truth (Brahma

Gnanam).

Our Guru Vethathiri Maharishi , after years of intensive research, has systematized a series of simplified exercises that are suitable for all age of the people. It improves the immunity system, Blood circulatory Systems, Nervous System and Breathing System, thereby achieving very health Physical body.The exercises taught are:

Physical Exercises

Hands and shoulders are strengthened by simple rotation and stretches.

Helps to cure and reduce Arthritis pain in the Joints. Improves Blood circulation and treats the numbness and trembling of hands.

During the Hand Exercise, specific stretching and breathing is taught, which increase the lung functions.

Regulates the blood flow to all parts of the Leg.

Is curative and preventive for sciatica and arthritis.

By applying pressure to the toes and sole, important organs of the body such as heart, lungs, intestines and brain are activated.

Strengthens the lower abdomen muscles and lungs.

Ventilates the lungs.. Purifies the blood and Oxygenizes all

the glands and organs. Helps curing headache, insomnia,

Simple exercises are taught that helps to improve defective eyesight by toning the nerves and tissues around the eyes.

Prevents eye strain, burning sensation and other eye diseases.

Helps to cure sinusitis.

Regulates the endocrine system. Keeps the spine and spinal nerves flexible

and healthy. Strengthens the backbone and the spinal

cord. Reduces the excessive sugar in urine and

blood. Removes unwanted flesh and strengthens

the body. Regulates the menstrual system.

Blocks due to short-circuit of electrical energy is removed.

Is a preventive for heart ailments. Is helpful in alleviating insomnia.

In simplified Kundalini Yoga, three basic meditations are taught:

Akna - Meditation on Akna Chkraimage Shanthi - Meditation on Mooladhara

Chakra Thuriyam - Meditation on

Sakastatharam

In between the stages Shanthi and Thuriyam, a Clearance Meditation is taught to clear the path between Mooladhara and Akna Chakras.
