• Simple plans are less likely to fail
• Things tend to get complicated by themselves…so better to start simple

Deliverables vs. Milestones
• Deliverable : you have to present something• Milestone : you just report the date you achieved it
• Evaluators love milestones as they have the feeling of control without having to read boring reports!
Make milestones, not deliverables!
