Us DISTRIBuToR ComPENSaTIoN SummaRy The average commission paid to u.S. Active Distributors each month was $119.36, or $1,432.30 on an annualized basis. In 2010, the average monthly commission paid to u.S. Active Distributors who earned a commission check was $905.57, or $10,866.88 on an annualized basis. Note that these figures do not represent a distributor’s profit, as they do not consider expenses incurred by a distributor in promotion of his/her business and do not include retail markup income. On a monthly basis, an average of 13.18% of u.S. Active Distributors earned a commission check3. Active Distributors represented an average of 39.47% of Total Distributors.41 million Dollar Circle member refers to those independent distributors who are members of the million

CANADA DISTRIBuToR ComPENSaTIoN SummaRy The total amount for a typical distributor is based on anyone that had personal volume or sponsoring activity in December 2010 and that received at least one commission check in 2010. A typical distributor earned $516.36 (CAD) in 2010 and this constitutes 83% of all active participants. The remaining participants are Executive level and above. A ‘typical’ distributor excludes those distributors who have been in the plan for less than one year.
