ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Any Distributor can qualify to be a Star Creator provided he/she advances to Ruby title or above and maintain at least four (4) months paid as Ruby during the qualification period. 2. 1-3 Star Creators must be paid as Ruby by the end of the qualification period in August 2011. 3. 4-Star Creator must be paid as Ruby by the end of the qualification period in August 2011 and until trip commences. 4. All G1 new Ruby Executives created by 1-3 Star creators must be paid as Ruby for at least four (4) months upon advancement and maintain at least paid as Lapis title in August 2011.5. All G1 new Ruby Executives created by 4-Star creators must be paid as Ruby for at least four (4) months upon advancement and maintain at least paid as Lapis title in August 2011 and until trip commences.6. An existing Ruby Executive from PExec and Executive Re-entry track will not be counted as new Ruby for purpose of creating 1 new G1 Ruby Executive.7. Should any of the G1 Executives of the new Ruby Executives be titled as PExec, the PExec must have at least one downline Executive in order to be counted as one first generation Executive.8. During the last qualification month of August 2011, should any of the G1 Executives of the new Ruby Executives be titled as PExec, the PExec must have at least one downline Executive (regardless of depth) in order to be counted as one first generation line. 9. Ruby and Above Executives from any other Nu Skin market who create 1 to 4 new Ruby Executives in any Southeast Asia markets will be eligible for the Star Creator rewards.10. New Ruby Executives from June-August 2010 will be counted as one new Ruby Executive leg for the Star Creator provided they maintain at least 4 months paid as Ruby or above during the qualification period and be paid at least Lapis Executive by the last qualification month (August 2011) or until trip commences (for the 4-Star Creator). 11. Distributors are responsible for obtaining their own visas and expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the trip 12. NSE reserves the right to change trip destination and any of the terms and conditions if circumstances deem it necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The incentive prizes are limited to a maximum of two participants per distributorship. 2. Rewards are non-transferable and not for sale. 3. In the case of the 4-star Creators, existing SEA Trips Rewards Policy will be applied4. The Company will not compensate in cash or kind to prize recipients who are unable to participate in the trip. 5. 4-Star Creators must maintain Ruby or above title while New Ruby Executives must maintain Lapis or above title until the trip in order to attend the trip. 6. Returns of more than 5% in the circle group of the Star Creator and any new G1 Ruby Executives may result in the forfeiture and disqualification from any of the prizes and may withhold all forms of recognition (wall of fame, success seminars, conventions)7. The company reserves the right to deduct the cost of awards and resulting prizes should subsequent product refunds affect the eligibility of the Star Creator 8. The company reserves the right to deduct the cost of awards and resulting prizes should the 4-Star Creator and G1 Ruby Executives confirm attendance and participation to trip but fail to participate in the trip. 9. Qualifying Distributor must observe the Policies and Procedures and must not commit any violations during qualification period, or company may forfeit and disqualify winner from any of the prizes and may withhold all forms of recognition (wall of fame, success seminars, conventions)10. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the incentive program and rewards as necessary. 11. QUALIFY TO BE A CREATOR FROMSEPTEMBER 2010-AUGUST 2011QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Open to All Distributors. 2. Become a Star Creator and be paid as Ruby or above for four months (4) during the qualification period. 3. Develop 1 – 4 G1 new Ruby Executives during the qualification period to be awarded 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star Creator, respectively.4. Star Creator and G1 new Ruby Executives created must be paid as Ruby or above for at least four months (4) during the 12-month qualification period.5. Star Creator must be paid as Ruby or above by the last month of the qualification period (August 2011). 6. G1 new Ruby Executives must be at least paid as Lapis or above by the last month of the qualification period (August 2011). 7. Once a Star Creator or a G1 new Ruby starts qualifying (1st month paid as Ruby), Star Creator and New G1 Ruby Executives must achieve minimum Executive GV maintenance requirements until the end of the qualification period or in the case of the 4-Star prizes, until trip commences.
