and have been introduced to ensure the best experience possible whilst visiting The Dare Skywalk.

Please have your e-ticket ready and available on your mobile device.

Please check our website, social media pages and your pre-visit email on the day of your visit to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about social distancing measures.

If you do bring a printed ticket, please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and easy for our team to scan from behind our new hygiene screens.

We highly recommended you book yourexperience in advance. In order to keepsocial distancing a priority, we cannot guarantee availability for walk up bookings.

Wheelchair climbs will be subject to the same strict health and safety measures. Further details will be given to customers upon booking.

Please refrain from visiting if you are displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, are self-isolating, or living with those currently isolating. A list of these symptoms can be found on the gov.uk website.

Before attending The Dare Skywalk please make sure you read the pre-visit checklist thoroughly.

We are proud to be the world’s first fully cashless Stadium. No cash is accepted for any purchase, please bring with you a cashless method of payment.

THE DARE SKYWALK

Daily temperature checks have been introduced for staff and visitor safety. Everyone entering the Stadium, including the Tottenham Experience and The Dare Skywalk Basecamp will be required to have a non-invasive temperature check.

If you display a repeated high temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius or above, you will not be able to enter, however The Dare Skywalk team will be happy to reschedule your visit.

Please bring a face covering with you. A face covering must be worn while entering the Tottenham Experience shop. Please be aware that the exit from The Dare Skywalk is through the Tottenham Experience shop.

ON ARRIVAL AT THE STADIUM:

Safety information will be displayed on clear signage when you enter The Dare Skywalk Basecamp.

You will be required to fill in a Covid-19 medical questionnaire prior to arrival. The confirmation email displaying the green tick must be shown upon entry to the Basecamp.

THE DARE SKYWALK

We have reduced our climb capacity to allow for a safer more comfortable experience.

We have introduced additional deep cleaning measures throughout the Stadium, The Dare Skywalk Basecamp and the Tottenham Experience to ensure the highest standards.

There will be floor markings throughout the climb route and in the Tottenham Experience to help assist with social distancing.

High frequency touchpoints such as barriers, climb ropes and handrails will be disinfected at regular intervals and sanitising wipes will be provided when using the touch screen waiver pods.

Social distancing measures have been put in place throughout the experience including the briefing room, kit room and smaller areas of the route including stairwells. Staff will be on hand at all times to help manage safe distancing.

There will be sanitising stations situated throughout the climb route, including the Stadium roof, and Tottenham Experience for your use.

Mobile phones are permitted on climbs - however they will remain locked away until your guide lets you know it is safe to remove them. Unfortunately, our guides are unable to take photographs for you using your personal device but there is an official photo opportunity on the roof.

Climb suits and gillets will be thoroughly sanitised after each use and issued on a rotational basis.

THE DARE SKYWALK EQUIPMENT:

Our staff have been trained to carry out safety checks of your PPE visually and will ensure you are completely safe and set up before your climb. Should a guide need to make a physical check at any point, PPE will be applied.

Harnesses and other equipment used during the climb will be sanitised and issued on a rotational basis. Due to the reduced capacity there will be larger amounts of spare equipment available.

All shoes will be sprayed after each use with an antibacterial spray.
