Once upon a time there was a family of coons.

There was also a big bad dog. The coons always had

to keep watch for the dog so they had the littlest

coon keep watch. One day before the little coon

went to watch for the dog, his older brothers were

teasing him that he had to go while the other coons

got to play hide and go seek. The little coon wanted

revenge so he had a great idea.

He would cry ‘Dog’

while all the other

were playing hide and

go seek. So he did he

cried ‘Dog! Dog! and

all the other coons

came running up the

hill only to see the lit-

tle coon laughing his

head off they all

walked grumping

down the hill then the

little coon yelled

“Dog! Dog! Doll the

coons cam running up

the hill to find tom ly-

ing on the ground

laughing one of the

coons said “ the are

not falling for your

foot she trick anymore

“ once more, the coon

all went grumbling

down the hill.

. All of a sudden the little coon saw a huge dog. It looked at him and chased him all the way home.

When he got to the door he yelled Dog! Dog! But no one came. They didn’t believe him. Just then

Tom heard something behind him. He turned around in fear but it was only a mouse. So he went

back to yelling and felt relieved.

. Then he tuned around and was face

to face with a huge dog. It growled

at him and ten out of no where the

old wise coon swooped down from a

tree and saved Tom. Then all the

other coons charged at the dog. The

big bad dog ran away and all the

coons lived happily ever after.
