Downtime
One of the main advantages of the VSH systems is
the short installation time. With the XPress system,
installation is up to ten times faster than with weld-
ing. Furthermore, there is no need for open flame and
normal operational activities can continue when instal-
lation work is being performed.
No more welding
VSH supplies press systems for thin-wall and thick-
wall pipe. Our press technology is fast and simple.
Eliminating welding and soldering work increases
safety at the job site.
High pressures
VSH offers a broad choice of piping systems suit-
able for various liquids and gases, high temperatures
and high pressures up to 560 bar. Our systems easily
comply with international quality and safety require-
ments.

Potable water and
process water
VSH offers a broad choice of suitable piping systems
and fittings for open or closed potable water and pro-
cess water systems. All system components are avail-
able in stainless steel and copper and are completely
corrosion resistant – even when exposed to water/
glycol mixtures, demineralised water or distilled water.
Industrial gases
The XPress product range includes specific high-qual-
ity products for a very wide variety of gas systems.
They are available in stainless steel and copper and
have all essential approvals, including DVGW, SVGW
and Gastec.
SprinklersVSH has a broad range of products for fire protec-
tion covered by many approvals, including VdS, FM,
FG, SBSC, LPCB, UL, cUL and CNBOP. The XPress
system is the ideal solution for sprinkler systems and
low-pressure water mist systems. XPress HP is the
perfect solution for high-pressure water mist.
Compressed air
VSH Super and XPress have been used successfully
in compressed air systems for many years. The leak-
tightness of XPress stainless steel for compressed air
systems is backed up by TA Luft approval.
Heating and cooling
VSH has the best solutions for heating and cooling
systems. Thanks to their design and the production
process, the fittings do not have sharp edges inside,
therefore they have a very low flow resistance and
noise level. The compact fittings are very easy to
insulate.
Steam
We also offer the ideal solution for steam applications.
The XPress product line is suitable for low pressure
steam up to 9 bar, and the XPress HP line is suitable
for higher pressures. Fast, gas-tight sealing ensures
safe and reliable connections and is an excellent alter-
native to commonly used welded joints.
XPress HP
XPress HP is a press fitting system for
thick-walled pipe for high-pressure lines in
applications such as:
