THE PLUS OF VSH SYSTEMS:
Fast installation
VSH systems are simple to install and have a quick
installation time. VSH press systems can be installed
up to ten times faster than those involving welding.
This is very practical when repairs or modifications
to a system need to be carried out as consequently
the downtime is less.
No more welding
Eliminating welding and soldering work increases
safety in the workplace. Furthermore, there is no need
for open flame and normal operational activities can
continue in parallel with installation work.
Ease of installation
The thoroughly-tested VSH systems result in ease of
installation for the user. The system satisfies all the
controls, such as pre-marked insertion depth and clear
indication of the materials, thereby minimising the risk of
a mistake.
Light and compact
The total weight of an installation is reduced thanks
to the use of precision tubing and an optimised fitting
design. In addition, the fittings are designed so as to
take up minimum space.
Various applications
Various different O-rings are used in VSH piping
systems. This allows for an unprecedented number of
possible applications, irrespective of whether they are
for sanitary installations, heating, cooling, compressed
air, heating oil, gas or fire protection. You are always

High pressure
VSH offers a wide choice of piping systems suitable

organisation in our own modern, automated factory in
Hilversum (The Netherlands). Delivering top quality is

Potable water and
process water
VSH offers a wide choice of matched piping systems
and fi ttings for open or closed potable water and pro-
cess water systems. All system components are avail-
able in stainless steel and copper and are completely
corrosion resistant – even when exposed to water/
glycol mixtures, demineralised water or distilled water.
Heating and cooling
VSH has the best solutions for heating and cooling
systems. The fi ttings have no inner edges thanks to a
clever design and high-quality production processes.
The result: very low fl ow resistance and quiet in use.
The compact fi ttings are very easy to insulate.
Compressed air
VSH Super and VSH XPress systems have been used
successfully in compressed air systems for many
years. The leak-tightness of VSH XPress stainless
steel for compressed air systems is backed up by
TA Luft approval.
SprinklersVSH has a wide range of products for fi re pro tection
systems. They have obtained seals of approval,
including VdS, FM, LPCB and UL, which in combi-
nation with the classifi cations applicable to ship-
building, such as DNV, Bureau Veritas and RINA,
guarantee quality, safety and durability.
The VSH XPress system is the ideal solution for
sprinkler systems and low-pressure water mist
systems. VSH XPress HP is the perfect solution for
high-pressure water mist installations.
Steam
We also offer the ideal solution for steam applications.
VSH XPress is suitable for low-pressure steam up to
9 bar and VSH XPress HP for higher pressures. Fast,
gas-tight seals ensure safe and reliable connections
and are an excellent alternative to welded joints.
