The pool area will be used a lot this spring, please clean up when you leave. There is a new Phoenix law for pool areas – lounge & chairs – must now be 5 feet from edge of pool. Happy New Year

The Holidays have come and are winding down as we enter a New Year.

Seasonal Decorations should be taken down by January 31st.

Thank you Jackie Peek for all the Seasonal decorations through-out our community.

As Spring begins we would like you all to take a minute and pick up and rake along and in back of our walls.

Attached in this month's communicator is a sign up form. This form is

also available on our new community website. Please fill this out with

January Meeting Minutes The Villages Homeowner’s Association #2 Minutes

Location: Field House- 1109

Date: January 3, 2076 7:02 PM

Guests: Marc Cram, Carol Miller, Bob Segelbaum

Board members present: Paul Williams, Kay Field,

John Bell, Darrell Wiseman, Linda Stetser, Mahen-

dra Patel

Absent: John Bergeson

Guest Presentation: Bob brought up the parking cars in culdesac, outer circle and at pool. Parking

policy and rules need to be re-visited and re-

defined.

President’s Report: None Annual meeting is scheduled on March 19, 2017

(Third Sunday) at 2:00 PM at Community pool.

Marc Cram and Carol Miller were elected as Board

members.

Audit committee will be headed by Carol Miller and

John Bell will explain the process to her.

Treasurer’s Report: Upon motion duly made and se-

conded the treasurer’s report for December 2016

was accepted.

Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board

minutes for December 2016 approved.

Landscape Report: Darrell provided an update on the

various tree projects and specifically tree at

1130. It was decided that tree roots will be cut

for $150.00 now and if tree does not dye out in

year or so, then tree will be removed at $350.00.

10th place entrance light is out and it will be

referred to electrician as it is not bulb. Also,

light is still shining on after removal of tree

and this will addressed.

CC&R: Old Schwartz house water softener is front

visible and Kay will address w owner. Various car

parking violations are being addressed.

Architectural: None

Facilities and Reservation: None

Old Business: Gate repair with new lock with old key

are completed.

New Business:

New state farm insurance policy including board

members coverage is placed at $1393.00

New Hoa Recurring Echeck is being initiated and it

cost $0.50 per transaction to residence. Form

needs to be submitted to Polly Norton for this.

VHA web site has been created by Marc and web

site is: villages2hoa.weebly.com and it is free

and there is no hosting fee. Events and activities

will be posted here. Marc is also taking over Com-

municator responsibilities.

Upon motion duly made and seconded it was approved

to adjourn at 7:45 PM.
