{GETTING READY}TIME: approx. 2 to 3 hoursGet the whole package with pictures of the details prior to the start of your day. Pictures of the bride prepping for your big day!From hair and makeup shots, the dress off bride, champagne toasts to the bridesmaids getting ready & more.

{PRE-CEREMONY BRIDE}TIME: Approx. One 1+ hours. This always starts 2 hours prior to your ceremony start time, so she is not seen by her guests or groom.If you have seen flawless pictures of the Bride alone, Bride & Her maids and Father of the Bride, this is when they are taken. Please make sure your flowers are delivered by this time.

{AT FIRST SIGHT}TIME: Approx. 1 hourNervous in front of people? Love pictures? Having a sunset wedding? This is perfect for you! We coordinate everything for you, including the location for this at your venue. Usually it only includes the bride and groom but we have also photographed this section with the bride, groom and the bridal party, or bride, groom, bridal party & parents from both sides. It's a fun time and great for a modern twist.

{PRE-CEREMONY GROOM}TIME: Approx. 1 hour or less.This always starts 2 hours prior to your ceremony start time, so she is not seen by her guests or groom.If you have seen candid & fun pictures of the Groom & His men, this is when they are taken.All dressed and ready to go and on site!

{CEREMONY}TIME: Approx. 1 hourWhile some ceremonies are 1+ hours, most are only scheduled for 30 min. However, we always timeline one hour for this section, because almost all weddings start 15 minutes late and most are not giving time for their formal exit or the marriage license signing. This allows for all of that without taking from your formal photography section.

{FORMALS}TIME: Approx. 1 hour  to 1+ hoursMost weddings only give one hour for their formals but if you can add anytime to your wedding timeline, it's in this section.Family Formals are always first and we only have 20 minutes to photograph both sides. The larger the families, the more time needed. Wedding Party Formals are next and we have less than 20 minutes to capture candid, traditional, and chic.Bride+Groom pictures are almost always last, and we usually have what ever is left over but we plan for 20 minutes.If you are having a cocktail hour, you can have 1.5 hours of formals and this can really give you a relaxed feel to this section.Plus you have time to walk around your venue for more exciting shots as husband and wife.

{RECEPTION}TIME: Approx. 3-6 hoursWe will work closely with your DJ coordinating your entrance, formals dances, toasts, dinner time, tosses, cake cutting, games and dancing. We will photograph everything we can during our time with you. The more time you have in this section, the more candid moments you will have of your guests, dances, celebration details of your reception including your formal exit.
