By their nature, vacuum pumps suck in the atmosphere around them. Whatever debris, dirt and/or dust are in the air will be drawn into the pump. In 40 years, we’ve seen our competitors’ pumps clogged with just about everything…corrugated dust, flour, glass, chocolate…you name it.

The VP Series features Vaccon’s advanced venturi design, generating high internal air velocity that carries dirt and debris through and out of the pump.

Variable Inline

A unique Vaccon innovation, the VDF Series places the vacuum and exhaust ports inline, making a straight-through venturi vacuum pump. Designed for extremely dirty environments—even sand, chunks of cinder block or stone. These pumps are field-adjustable for lower energy consumption.

The DF Series has an inline vacuum to exhaust design, without converging or diverging sections within the pump body. The smooth continuous bore provides a simple, reliable and cost effective method of conveying products of all shapes from point A to point B without any moving parts.
