Kathleen Hansen Master Director, SAI Kathleen Hansen joined the San Diego Chorus in 1999 and quickly emerged as a promising musical leader. She has been directing the chorus with style and grace since November of 2015. She is a talented leader, incredible motivator and has one of the best musical brains around. With varied and extensive credentials in both instrumental and vocal music, Kathleen is taking the San Diego Chorus to new heights.

Viveka Boettge Co-director, Stockholm City VoicesViveka Boettge joined Stockholm City Voices in 1998. A perpetual student, she has taken every chance to seize educational opportunities within the barbershop world, including director’s college and coaching tracks. She was an assistant director for the chorus for 8 years before becoming a co-director in 2016. Viveka is a very inspirational leader. Her skills in vocal production and expressive singing have led to coaching opportunities in Sweden, Finland and Australia.

Tindra Thor Co-director, Stockholm City VoicesTindra Thor joined Stockholm City Voices in 2005. With a background from Musical Theatre and dancing, she became our choreographer and has been a key leader in the chorus’ visual and musical development through the years. She became co-director of Stockholm City Voices in September 2016. She inspires us with her musical vision, joyful leadership and creative productions. Tindra is an excellent arranger, sings in two quartets, is about to finish her doctorate in Media Studies and she’s a mother of four.

Welcome! A year or so ago, we started dreaming about what it would be like to sing with some of our sisters in Stockholm City Voices. They are headed to international competition next week as are we. So, we invited them to stop off in San Diego before our contest and join us for our annual show. Since Ring! is travelling with them, we just had to invite them too, and then our friends from New Zealand let us know they would be in town so we added L’Attitude to round out the show.
