Greetings, I am Juliano, we are the Arcturians.

It is true that these concepts of ascension and spiritualtechnology are very common to each of you and when you areworking with these concepts it seems natural and normal toyou. Yet when you meet and are trying to attract othermembers you probably have found out that these ideas andconcepts are not so easily understood. The question is not: "Isthe planet ready for ascension?" The question is: "How manypeople are ready for ascension?" It appears that it is still avery small percentage of the entire population. It appearsthat only a small percentage, less than one percent of thetotal population, are able to grasp and work with theascension energies.

But an important point is this: Unfortunately, the planetarysituation is going to deteriorate further. I mean that is nosurprise. And as some of these systems become closer tocollapsing there will be more desperation and there will bemore people open to a spiritual solution. I and the Councilhave noted that there are stages of development in planets.

The Role of thePlanetary Healer

The role of the Planetary Healer,the role of those who are seekinga unified approach to dealingwith the Earth's relationship toman, will intensify. Planetaryhealing will be seen as anecessity. It will be seen as arequirement that mankind mustdevote more energies tounderstanding and working withthe relationship of humanity tothe Earth. There is no questionthat there are more spiritualpeople and there is morespiritual energy on the planetthan in any other time in history.It is also true that the number ofspiritual people are still a verysmall percentage of the totalpopulation. Yet the SpiritualLeaders and the Spiritual Workerswill be willing to assume a morepowerful role in 2011. It is notthe percentage or number ofLightworkers that is important,but rather it is their commitmentand their focus on how to usetheir spiritual knowledge in theworld to gain a greater influenceon the planet.

When we talk about polarization,people always seem to think thatthe polarized camps will remainat opposite places and that theconflict will increase. On onelevel, the conflict does seem tobe increasing in 2011. This isboth in a political and a socio-economic way. Many peopleeconomically will continue tofeel imposed upon and abused.Politically they will feel thesame. Even with thispolarization, the side that is

The Earth is still at the end of stage one. There are lots ofdifferent areas that have been accomplished and civilizationsthat have been created and advanced technology has beenimplemented. The basic conflict in a planet at stage one isspirituality and wisdom vs. technology. We all can agree thatthe technology has helped to create huge problems on theplanet, especially problems having to do with pollutions andcontaminations of the environment. But when I say that theconflict of spirituality vs. technology, what I and the Councilare saying is that the solution is to move towards a spiritualintervention, a spiritual solution. So, when I ask you: "Is theplanet ready for ascension?"

Another way to look at this question is this: Are people readyfor spiritual development. Are people ready for spiritualintervention? And the truth is many people do not evenunderstand what this means. The truth is most people do notunderstand what the Fifth Dimension is. We have talked formany years about the Fifth Dimension. I know that each oneof you are very familiar and comfortable with the FifthDimension and I know that when the times comes for you toascend it will be easy for you to give up your Earth body andmove into the Fifth Dimension. I know there will not be anyhesitation. When I ask the question: "Are you ready forascension?" The answer is: "Yes." But the question is: "Whatabout the rest of the population? What about the youngerpeople? What about those who are on the fence? What aboutthose who are spiritually curious but do not know what to do?"Ultimately, each person is responsible for their own decisionsand each person is responsible for their own ascension. Evenin the matter of ascension you have to give permission toascend. You have to give permission for the Ascended Mastersto assist you. This is free will. We do not suggest that you willascend without granting permission to ascend. We are workingand looking at a population that does not even grasp thenature of this ascension. However, there are many optimisticsigns. One of the optimistic signs is the overall interest inExtraterrestrial beings and this has become a very majorevent and has become a major acceptance.

If you were to survey the entire population you would findthat there is a high percentage of people who believe inExtraterrestrials and the belief that the Extraterrestrial havevisited or are visiting the planet. In the same way if you said:"How many people believe in life after death?" you would findthat there is a high percentage of people who believe andhave had experiences in near death. So, there are greatopenings spiritually. Openings that are perhaps best describedas "interest in Extraterrestrials" and interest in "life afterdeath." I feel that these are positive signs and I feel thatthere are people who will respond favorably to the Arcturiansand to the Pleiadiens. It is one thing to say that there are

looking for unity, the side that islooking for compromise, the sidethat is looking for a harmony ofthe energies is going to getstronger. Polarization alsoincludes that the spiritual side,the people seeking a higherwisdom also can becomestronger. The spiritual side isgoing to be a powerful factor inthe world in 2011.

On a personal level, you asLightworkers can experience agreater unity and access to yourhigher self and to your FifthDimensional energy. You, asLightworkers, will experiencegreater personal power andgreater personal success in yourwork to bring the Earth energiesto the Fifth Dimensional leveland to work towards a greaterevolution of humanity.

The Arcturian work on thePlanetary Cities of Light is goingto become more known and morepeople will be willing to committo making the places where theylive sacred. They will understandthe benefit of having their citiesbecoming a Planetary City ofLight and of protecting their ownliving places. One of the bestsolutions to the overallenvironmental issues facing theplanet lie in the conceptsinherent in the Planetary Citiesof Light. The basic concept isthat small areas around theplanet can be surrounded bySacred and Spiritual Light. Theselight energy fields created willhelp to insure the highest level inprotection for that city. Nothingis more powerful than protectingyour own areas where you live.Everyone will be more thanwilling to take responsibility forinsuring the protection of theirown areas and to ensure that

Extraterrestrials visiting the Earth or that the Extraterrestrialare being sighted or viewed but it is quite another thing to saythat higher Extraterrestrials are telepathically communicatingwith certain beings. That is a big step because in the normalconsciousness there may be room in the general awarenessand in the media for Extraterrestrial contacts and sightings.But to take the next step, or another step and say that higherExtraterrestrials are communicating and are offeringteachings is totally in another direction. I believe that is thesource of the resistance to the Arcturian Group of Forty thatis making the leap from Extraterrestrial other dimensionalbeings to beings trying to communicate. On this planet and inthis civilization it is acceptable in a religious context. It isacceptable for Mohammed to go into a cave and receive theKoran. It is acceptable for Moses to go on Mt. Sinai andreceive the Ten Commandments. And maybe it is evenacceptable that Joseph Smith can receive a Sacred Text in agolden box that was placed there by someone. Perhaps it wasArchangel Moroni. But this culture, this society still is notopen to receiving messages unless it is somehow in a religiouscontext. And religion is in trouble on this planet partlybecause of the abuse. Partly because they are realizing thatreligions are fostering more divisions. How do you present anintervention, how do you present a teaching from a higherdimensional being that is communicating through channelingand through telepathy? I mean, this is part of the "resistance."

It is amazing that you, as a group, have come this far and it isamazing that you still have such a strong foundation that youwill find ways to break this barrier. I think that we have tocome back to some important key concepts, and that is:

1. The planetary evolution and the stages of evolution, and2. that we and you, as a group, are working towards

accelerating the next state of evolution that I havecalled the "Omega man/woman."

You will be surprised how many people are open to that.

Your children are blessed to haveyou as parents!

I would have to have morespecifics about your children togive you accurate information butI can generalize about the issue.First of all, listen to yourchildren. Validate their feelingsand concerns. Ask open endedquestions.

They may have special psychicgifts that, as you discover whatthey are, you can support andencourage those gifts.

Depending on their emotionalsensitivities, you may need toshelter them some from "normal"childhood activities, like publicschool for example.

Let them know that they areprotected by their guides. Theymay know this already and haveongoing conversations with theirguides! Guides can be explainedby the concept of "angelicfriends."

Regarding ascension, I think thatyour explaining this event mayhave to wait until you know theyare mature enough to understandor they ask you questions aboutit.

Do not hide your Starseedednessfrom them and let themparticipate in your specialactivities and rituals.

Take them out in nature a lot andshow them the night sky.

Hello my Brothers & Sisters,

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Keith Kreyling and I am the Northeast Regional Group Coordinator for the Group of Forty. I have been with the Group of Forty for about two years now! My wife and I are both very active members and we volunteer a lot of our time to present and participate in our meditations and we were lucky enough to have had a chance to attend last year's Convention in Prescott, AZ. What an amazing and magical experience! We live in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts, in a small town called Bradford (which is about 30 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from Boston). We have met some very special people throughout our journey with the GOF and look forward to many more years with the group.

I wanted to write about some work that I have been doing tohelp grow our Region in the Northeast as well as the GOF as awhole. In my day job I am a Corporate Recruiter so one day Iwas thinking how I could use my skills as a Recruiter to helpfurther the cause with the GOF. My wife and I started to dosome research into other Spiritual and Starseed relatedGroups and started to join many of them. We became veryclose with a few of these groups and became members. Oneof those groups is the Massachusetts CSETI/ ET ContactNetwork Group. This group follows the work of Dr. StevenGreer. We get together once a month for in-person groupmeditations and then we investigate the skies to try to makepeaceful contact with our brothers and sisters from space. Wejust finished filming a video clip for Dr. Greer's new movie,that is currently in production, and we are in direct contactwith his team at SiriusDisclosure! Well, after about six monthsI became the Co-Leader of this group and recently I have beeninviting the MA CSETI members to my Thursday night EarthBalance meditations as our Special Guests in hopes that somewould enjoy the meditation and request to join the GOF! Sofar we have recruited one new member from CSETI into thisgroup! She is one of the Northeast's newest members! Thisnew connection with the MA CSETI group has been a great wayto spread the word about the GOF. There are many beautifulsouls in this group who would be great members for the GOF!

Recently my wife and I found another group called the1Million Meditators and decided to join them and becomeMeditation Broadcasting Ambassadors. I had a Video Interviewwith the Founder of the 1Million Meditators and told her allabout the GOF and what we are all about, and also spoke withDavid Miller about setting up a partnership with this group tohelp spread our meditations far and wide. Both of us felt likeit was the universe which brought us together like it wasmeant to be. Both groups have very similar goals of getting asmany people to meditate to help anchor more FifthDimensional Spiritual Light onto the planet and help peopletransition into the Fifth Dimension.

On July 11, 2019, we held our first Partnership Meditation!Our normal Thursday Night Earth Balance Meditation was Video Broadcasted Live over the 1Million Meditators Facebook page and our Live Video reached 1,262 people which far exceeded my expectations. During the Live Stream we had at least two of the 1Million Meditators members ask to join the GOF Info Group as well as at least one GOF member who asked to join the 1Million Meditators. This is such great news as this partnership seems to be helping both groups grow and achieve their goals, which was my ultimate intention. We look forward to continuing this partnership!

Be HappyBe happy. That is my message for today.

Accentuate the positive. As sensitive light workers, we areoften well aware of what is not right in the world. This canskew our perspective and make us feel sad. But we don't wantto contribute that sadness to the world.

Juliano often tells us that what is happening on the Earth is aCosmic Drama. Perhaps it would be best for us to take onestep back and to observe, to help and to let go knowing thatwe have done our part to make the world a better place.

It seems that many of us would like to see instant change. Metoo. Juliano tells us that the PCOL work that we are doing isfoundational. We are building the foundation for future globalchange.

Those of us working within the PCOL program recognize howmagnificent it is. But we want to be putting the roof on. Wewant the project to be complete. And everyone to be happyright away.

We must recognize that every brick is important, that everybrick is necessary to complete the structure. So right now,brick by brick the foundation is being laid. Then the balance ofthe building can be completed.

Let us rejoice in what has already been created and recognizethat there are people around the world adding more bricks.We are part of an international collaboration, a network, andwe are united. Progress is being made. The Earth is a betterplace because of our work.

Questions:1. Many spiritual groups are developing in our areas. Is it dueto GOF PCOL work?

2. Many spiritual groups are working individually. Can we cometogether?

Greetings. I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians.

Spiritual energy work is accumulative. That means that thework that you are doing in Brazil is adding up and adding upand becoming more and more influential. I often say that youare creating a foundation for planetary change.

We have studied other planets who are going through or whohave gone through these changes. Your planet is at the end ofStage One of the Planetary Developmental Scale. Thecharacteristics of the conflict in this stage are many. Theseinclude: polarizations, contaminations of the environment,wars, economic poverty. Overall, the biosphere, the life forceenergy of the planet, is threatened. The solution to these hugeconflicts lies in spirituality.

The GOF is helping to provide one type of solution. It is truethat other groups are also working for the goal of bringingspirit to this planet. We think it is a very good idea to worktogether with other groups. As you know, there are manySpiritual Masters and Ascended Masters on and around thisplanet. A: Well the holes and rifts inthe Space-Time continuum andEarth's aura is a major problem.The repair of this is the role ofthe Planetary Healers. I haverecommended that the peopleapproach the repair of the Earth'saura the same way as you wouldapproach healing of yourpersonal aura. Because each ofyou do have certain tears andrips, rifts in your aura, that isjust part of the baggage of beingon the earth. No matter howspiritually-minded you are, nomatter how much spiritualhealing you have done there stillis going to be some minor tearsand rifts in the aura. But somehave bigger ones in part due totrauma, psychological traumaand wars, which can all createrifts in the aura.

The job of repairing the Earth'saura is done through planetaryhealing work. You need largeplanetary healing groups to dothis. Take the exercises forpersonal aura work: You canapply those exercises to healing

One of the first principles that we offer for planetary healingis the Sacred Triangle energy. The Sacred Triangle energy is amodel for working together with other spiritual positions. If you can find groups that are willing to workand embrace the Sacred Triangle energy then I think that youwould be very wise to work together as long as you still holdthe unique energy of the Arcturian Teachings.

We have certain important principles such as Biorelativity andPlanetary Cities of Light. And, we are also promotinginternational connections, international networks. This meansthat the Planetary Cities of Light project is not just for Brazilbut also for the whole international community. We want thepeople in Brazil to work internationally. For example, if youare working in Tomar's Temple in Barcelona then this is a greatexample of international cooperation. If you have a PlanetaryCity of Light in Curitiba and you are working with your SisterPlanetary City of Light in England then this is great. ThePlanetary Cities of Light Project and Biorelativity then becomean international and a galactic project.

One of the big problems in spiritual groups today is the ego. Iknow there has been a lot of spiritual work centered on oneapproach being right or one approach being better. We, theArcturians, take the position of the Chief White Eagle and theNative American teachings, which is: "we are all brothers andsisters" and they say: "all my relations." This is unique on theEarth. The Earth has many religions, more than any otherplanet. The Earth has many languages, more than most planetsin the galaxy. Of course the religions and the spiritualperspectives are also many. But your work in creatingPlanetary Cities of Light helps to benefit the spiritual energyfield of the whole City of Light so that your spiritual openness,your spiritual encouragement and your ability to bring downFifth Dimensional light does affect other spiritual people doingwork in your Planetary Cities of Light.

Here is a reviewof some of those aura healingexercises that can be used bothfor personal work and planetarywork: Shimmering, cosmic eggwork and then going around theaura to look for holes and thenjust visualizing the holes beingrepaired; going to darker spotsand sending light to those areas.For example, there is a very darkhole now over Iran and Iraq. Thisis letting in lots of negativeenergy that could lead to anotherworld war. This has to berepaired. The technology is thereand the knowledge is there. Light is established around the city. This is like a protectiveenergy that only allows higher light to come through. People oflower energy are not interested or cannot penetrate theCurtain of Light. At the same time you are holding andcreating a higher light vibration that will affect all themembers and participants in the population, all of theinhabitants. I realize that people become enthusiastic andthen sometimes they leave your group. There are manyreasons for this. But I want to tell you one thing about yourwork and about the planetary healing, it is very difficult andhard work. It requires dedication, and it requires a strongeffort. Sometimes the benefit is not immediate. Laying thefoundation is often not the most exciting part of building ahouse. At the same time, you understand that if thefoundation is not laid correctly the house will not be strong.The laying of the foundation is not the most exciting work anddoes not get the most praise from other people. But you and Iboth know how important the foundation is in the building of astructure. This is what you have contributed and are workingwith in Brazil.

I know that Brazil has special problems but Brazil also hasspecial energy and special connections to nature. Rememberthat we the Arcturians chose Serra da Bocaina for itsrelationship to the Arcturian Star Gate. And the Star Gate is animportant corridor and portal for the Ascension. I welcomeother spiritual groups, especially in Brazil and Portugal, thatare accepting the Star Gate and accepting the ascension. Justremember to keep the specialness of the Arcturian energy inall of your discussions and working together with other groups.

Greetings. I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians.

I want to speak about the Tree of Life as a tool for planetaryhealing. And I want to look at the relationship between higherwisdom and knowledge and compassion. These are allimportant pathways for the healing.

It is necessary to connect to higher wisdom in order to fulfillyour mission as Planetary Healers. Many of you have had otherlifetimes in different parts of this galaxy. This means that youhave had a broad experience in observing and working withCities of Light and also in working on how to activate planetaryhealing.

I know that you are experienced Planetary Healers becauseyou have awakened within your unconscious your previousexperiences as Planetary Healers. This idea of PlanetaryHealers and the Cities of Light and the Tree of Life areconcepts that are used galactically.

Let us look at the need for connecting with the higher wisdom.You know, there is higher wisdom within in the Earth. We aretalking about higher wisdom as a sphere on the Planetary Treeof Life. But also, the higher wisdom is part of the Earth. TheEarth knows how to survive. The Earth knows about massextinctions. There has been some people who think that theEarth will die as a planet from the abuse that is now going onthroughout the Earth.

Let me remind everyone that there have been five massextinctions before this one. Perhaps the most famous massextinction was when an asteroid hit what is now the YucatanPeninsula area between 50 and 60 million years ago. Thisasteroid colliding in the area directly lead to the fifth massextinction. Everyone knows that the dinosaurs died but alsomany other species, many other animals and plants died aswell.

My point is that the Earth is a wise planet. The Earth, withhigher wisdom, knew how to recover and bring forth life againon to this beautiful biosphere. So, the Earth has higherwisdom. The Earth has knowledge and experience from othermass extinctions. There were four others before the fifth. Youare now in the middle of the sixth mass extinction.

Believe me, the Earth knows how to respond. The Earth is awise planet. There have been many times throughout thehistory of the Earth in which there was danger to the planet.There have been many other asteroids hitting the Earth. Therehave been unusual events.

So the Earth has wisdom. The Earth has knowledge on how to survive. Now you, as Planetary Healers, are thinking to connect

What is a wise response in this area?

Part of the wise response is that we want protection for sacredareas. We are discussing and we are transmitting our requestsand our energy and knowledge to Mother Earth to remind herthat there are many Planetary Healers on the globe, that thereare people working in Cities of Light, and there are peoplewho are working at sacred spaces like Stonehenge, like MountShasta, and other places that are dedicated to protectingmother Earth. The Planetary Cities of Light are also part of thesacred energies on this planet. But let's not be shy. Let's letMother Earth know that these places are active and that wewant to encourage protection. We want to encourage purity.We want to encourage cleansing of these sacred areasincluding the Planetary Cities of Light.

We do not want the sacred areas destroyed. We want thesacred areas protected. We can make this request in ourprayers and meditations to the earth. Harmony means that you are intune with the flow of energy.Harmony requires that you besensitive to feel this energy. Thissensitivity is a key ingredient inbeing able to participate in theharmonic convergence.Sensitivity is needed if you are tobe in alignment with the GreatCentral Sun and with the higherFifth-Dimensional energy that iscoming to Earth. In fact, much ofthat Fifth-Dimensional energy isalready here. I am confident thatyou have increased yoursensitivity.

Spiritual sensitivity is a keyfactor in the evolution of humanconsciousness. Let us speak for amoment about sensitivity. Somepeople are very sensitive and feelthings and hear things. Otherpeople are not sensitive. Evenwhen they are in the sameenvironment, they will not hearor feel what a sensitive personcan hear or feel. Spiritualsensitivity is similar. Some of youcan pick up spiritual energy as avery faint frequency. You are nowliving in what I call a highspiritual noise environment.

Noise means that there are a lotof interacting factors that makeit harder for you to feel spiritualenergy. There is a lot of dualityand polarization. There is a lot ofdensity. To be able to receivespiritual energy and to have thespiritual sensitivity to receivespiritual energy in thatenvironment is a greataccomplishment and great gift.There are not that manyStarseeds on this planet inrelation to the total number ofpeople on the planet.

This month we want to share with you our experiences at thewonderful Summer Solstice celebration on the Tor atGlastonbury where the Mary and Michael Ley Lines intersect.

We were blessed to meet up with Fi Mash, the South U. K.GOF Coordinator, and Elizabeth Keller from the USA. We tookthe long procession at predawn on one of those typically chillyBritish mornings, but this did not deter me from wearingshorts! Fi set up a crystal grid overlooking the most beautifulview of the mist rolling over the Somerset levels like a blanketof cotton wool. The place was crowded and the drummersbeat in the dawn. Fi brought three crystal dragons (Sodalite,Apatite and Green Aventurine) for a crystal grid and we joinedhands and meditated with our Arcturian Guides whosurrounded us with a column of white light, downloading FifthDimensional energy into Mother Earth to raise the spirituallight quotient and spread this through the planet via the LeyLines placing thoughts of love, peace, harmony, balance andunity consciousness into the Noosphere. Afterward we joinedother groups for a circle dance of joy before descending forbreakfast!
