Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We will look at the conceptthat I call intermediaries. Intermediaries are spirit guides, prophets and otherpeople who are able to bridge the energy gap between dimensions.

There have been throughout the history of the Earth and throughout the historyof this galaxy, many different intermediaries. There is a good reason whyintermediaries are necessary. Now we are in a time where the messages,information and energy from intermediaries are vitally important to yourdevelopment and even to your survival on the planet. Certainly the use of andinteraction with intermediaries is essential for your ascension as well as it isessential for your soul evolution.

The intermediaries are able to go to higher levels of dimensional experiences.There are several assumptions and ideas that must be explained so that you have abetter grasp of the intermediaries. The first level of understanding has to do withthe fact of the nature of the reality. When I say reality, I mean all of thedimensions, all of the living creatures, all of the universes, all of the galaxies and,of course, all of the different realms that are subsets of these different dimensionalspaces.

All of the nature of these realities is hierarchical, that is, the universal reality isbased on a hierarchy. There is a hierarchy of dimensions. For example, the fifthdimension clearly is above the third dimension. The sixth and seventh dimensions

are above the fifth dimension. I know that this concept of the hierarchy seems tocontradict the assumption of the fifth dimension and how the fifth dimensioninteracts with the third dimension. The assumption is that the third dimension isbased on linear thinking, and the assumption of the fifth dimension is that thedimensional time and space are in a circle and are interacting. Therefore, if I talkto you about a hierarchy, that is a linear description and it is not a circular model.

Linear can be, of course, horizontal or vertical, but nonetheless, vertical is still alinear progression. How is it that we can reconcile this difference when describingthe concept of the hierarchy? Frankly, the answer is a paradox.

There are many paradoxes in describing these realities and the nature of thisreality. To logically explain how you can have a vertical linear hierarchy that is also

fifth dimensional and incorporates the characteristics of fifth-dimensional idealsseems illogical. Yet, the vertical model seems to express the basis of realitybecause as you go to a higher realm, you are experiencing a different and higherhierarchy. In fact, the whole basis of ascension rests on the fact that you are goingto a higher level.

You can dispute this paradox. You can say that everything is interacting on thesame level and all is one. I would agree with you actually, because by the verynature of this reality, of this universe, everything is one. However, you have to

grasp that, from the perspective that you are now experiencing on the thirddimension, that there appears to be a vertical hierarchical system.

One aspect of this system, of course, is the different and higher dimensions.Another aspect of this system has to do with different levels of dimensional beings.These dimensional beings include the angels and the angelic hosts. There is a

hierarchy of angels. There is the head angel and this head angel is also called anArchangel. There are levels of the angelic world that you can go up or downdifferent levels.

I want to also tell you that these levels of dimensions present a paradox. Theparadox has some points of unity and resolution because by the very nature of yourbeing, that is, by the nature of being part of the Adam species, you are able toexperience both parts of the dimensional hierarchy simultaneously. You are able toexperience the top of the hierarchy and the bottom of the hierarchy.

But you only can have this experience in expanded consciousness. Expandedconsciousness means that you have the ability to access and experience thedifferent levels of this hierarchy.

The hierarchy goes beyond the angelic world. The angelic world is only one partof the hierarchy, and as you know, the angelic world is part of the Sacred Triangleenergy because the angelic world includes fifth-dimensional beings.

Throughout the history of this Earth, there have been other intermediaries. Infact, the angelic world is considered an intermediary world because they arebetween the third dimension and the fifth dimension. The angels can exist betweenthe dimensions, but they also exist in the fifth dimension.

Understand that there are different levels of intermediaries. There areintermediaries that are living in the fifth dimension, but they are able to bridge thegap and come down to the third dimension and appear to you. These beings

include the sightings or apparitions of, for example, Mother Mary. These includethe sightings of the Archangels. These include the sightings of the extraterrestrialbeings that are sometimes observed through UFOs. These intermediaries alsoinclude certain prophets and masters who have been asked and have accepted therole of being an intermediary on the Earth. You call these higher beings prophets.Sometimes they are called even higher names than prophets. There are severalexamples of these types of higher intermediaries. Moses, Buddha, Confucius, LaoTzu, Jesus and Mohammed are examples of such beings. There have beennumerous other beings that can be considered higher intermediaries. They comedown from the order of a hierarchical system to bring information and to bringhealing energy to the Earth.

We now are in a time where there are many intermediaries coming to theEarth. There have been periods in the history of the Earth where there has beenspiritual darkness. There have been periods where there have been nointermediaries or very few, and the intermediaries have only been available tocertain people. Now, in 2013, this is a period of unparalleled access tointermediaries. Even though this is a period of great change and disruption andupheaval, it is also a period where the intermediaries have been able to manifestthrough various techniques. This includes, for example, the ability to appear in thisreality. That is, fifth-dimensional beings can appear on Earth. Another way

intermediaries interact with the third dimension is through the ability of walk-ins.Another method intermediaries use is through cohabitation, or the ability to sharespiritual presence with higher Earth beings. There are now those spiritual beingson Earth who are able to have minor prophecies and have the ability to haveprophetic vision and prophetic communications. There are others starseeds whonow have the ability of people to telepathically communicate with the hierarchy.This telepathic communication is occurring through various methods, including whatis called channeling in your languages. Other methods used by starseeds toaccesses intermediaries include intensive meditations. Finally there are manyspiritual masters and gurus and other special teachers on the planet who havedirect access to intermediaries. The hierarchical energy of spiritual teachers fromthe higher realms is working to bridge the gap between the higher light and thethird-dimensional life that is here on the Earth.

Why is it necessary to have intermediaries? The answer lies in the dense natureof the level of the reality that you are experiencing. You are experiencing the levelof reality that is called the third dimension, which has duality and polarization. Thethird dimension is in many ways the bottom rung of this hierarchy of dimensions.This third-dimensional experience on the Earth is a very special experience. TheEarth is a special planet, as you know, and we refer to the Earth as The Blue Jewel.One of the reasons the Earth is such a special planet is because the Earth's energyfield, which allows for duality, also allows for the experiences of higher dimensionalbeings to manifest and to communicate on this planet.

You may take intermediaries for granted. You may think this is natural thatthere are higher dimensional beings on this planet that are communicating andacting as intermediaries. I want to tell you that this is not the case on otherplanets. I want to tell you that not all of the planets that have higher life forms inthe Milky Way Galaxy have the experience of intermediaries. There are examplesof civilizations on Earth and other planets that do not accept and will not work with

intermediaries. These are planets of darkness. There are planets, because of theirparticular energetic configuration, which do not have the opening and the ability toexperience other realms and other communications.

I want to also explain another important fact about intermediaries. This planetEarth, this Blue Jewel, cannot evolve and cannot resolve the current conflicts and

situations without the intervention and the communication from intermediaries.The energy from the intermediaries is necessary to overcome the duality andpolarizations.

The idea of communicating with intermediaries is important for your owndevelopment and your own evolution. Each of you has personal intermediaries.

Each of you has spirit guides and teachers that are around you. It is not just onechannel or one prophet that has the ability to communicate with these higherbeings that are around all the time. Rather each person has at any one time, ten tofifteen, sometimes even twenty, guides around them. These guides are also calledspirit guides, and these spirit guides can be considered intermediaries. Why wouldyou consider a spirit guide an intermediary? Because most spirit guides exist onthe fifth dimension. Spirit guides come from higher realms. The spirit guide or theintermediary can see things that you cannot see. The spirit guide or theintermediary can have communications with other beings that you cannot. Of

course, most important, the intermediary or spirit guide can bring special messagesfrom the higher realms to each of you.

This is a time on the planet where we are close to ascension. This is a time onthe planet when there is great upheaval and great conflict and great polarization.At the same time, this is a time when there are many intermediaries that are

working with humanity. This is a time when you need the ability to access yourspirit guides. Accessing your guides is not as hard as you might think.

Some of you may feel closed to accessing higher guidance. Some of you mightsay, "Oh, I cannot talk to my spirit guides; I cannot talk to my intermediary." Myanswer is that there are definitely intermediaries that you can relate to. If youpersonally do not feel connected to your own spirit guide or that you cannotconnect to your own intermediary, then I ask you this one question. This planethas a long history of many beautiful ascended beings who have worked asintermediaries. They are very plentiful. One of the great gifts on this planet in factis the existence and the ability of these intermediaries to work and communicatewith humanity. Certainly, there must be one of two intermediaries that you feel

connected to. Try and work with those guides that you feel connected to.I, Juliano, am considered an intermediary. I come from the planet Arcturus.

We are a fifth- dimensional planet. We are home to the Arcturian Stargate. Wehave a planet that has ascended and that has gone into a higher evolution. It is ahigher evolution that is beyond your planet. But at the same time we accept ourability to be of service to Earth as an intermediary. We have certain abilities,certain ideas and certain technologies that we are able to communicate throughmessages to those on Earth who are receptive to our information and to ourenergy.

I am happy to report that our role as an intermediary to Earth is beingsuccessful. Some of you have already asked, "Well, is the fifth-dimensional work

that we are now doing helpful? Is in fact the Arcturian work helpful? Are thespiritual energies that are coming down through the Arcturians and other powerfulintermediaries helpful to the Earth?" The answer is that it is helpful. We arehelping to create an awareness and consciousness of a higher dimensional level,and our communication to Earth is verifying the existence of the fifth dimension.

Part of our foundational work is the essential task of placing in theconsciousness of mankind the existence of the other dimensions and of the higherrealms. The existence of the consciousness of these realms creates a thought fieldthat is shaping the development of this planet.

From your perspective, you might think that Earth is going into deeper chaos.From your perspective, you might think that the spiritual work and the spiritual

energy that you have been working with do not seem to be successful. You maynot see obvious signs of spiritual transformation on this planet. That view iscoming from a more confined third-dimensional perspective. See now how yourhigher consciousness and your fifth-dimensional energy work is permeating theEarth's Noosphere. You can visualize that you are establishing and setting afoundation of strong spiritual light that will shape the evolution of this planet.

You have to see the great overwhelming body of intermediaries that are nowaround this planet and are here to work with you. Some of you know of them from

the Ashtar Command. Others know the intermediaries from your work with theWhite Brotherhood/Sisterhood. Some of you know of them from your work withJesus/Sananda. Some of you directly know the work with the Pleiadians andPtaah. Some of you know the work of myself, Juliano. Some of you know the workof the ascended Native Peoples, such as Chief White Eagle. Today also we aregoing to introduce to you in the later part of this lecture one of the great AscendedMasters and intermediaries between the Earth and humanity. That is SanatKumara.

The basic idea is that the intermediary can make a bridge or communicationbetween a higher energy field and the third dimension. Higher beings often cannotcommunicate directly to mankind. If you look at the Earth, if you look at The BlueJewel, then you can ask the question, how can we communicate with The BlueJewel? There are various techniques and ways of doing that which many of youhave been practicing. These methods include creating Medicine Wheels, doingceremonies and also praying or talking to the Spirit of the Earth. Some of you haveeven heard the Spirit of the Earth speak to you or through others.

Also, I think it is important for you to understand that there is an intermediarybetween the Spirit of the Earth and mankind. One of those intermediaries is SanatKumara. He is known as the Planetary Logos. He is like a bridge between theSpirit of the Earth and humanity. In this lecture, we will be talking with SanatKumara and getting some of his perspectives on how he sees what is happening onthe Earth.

Another example of an intermediary is from the Native Americans. They calltheir intermediaries Kachinas. Kachinas are intermediary spirits. They are bridgingthe gap between this third-dimensional world and the spirit world. The Kachinas

actually have a home in the Native American Southwest. That home of theKachinas is the San Francisco Peaks, which is outside of Flagstaff. As you know,

there will be a GOF workshop coming up soon where the group is going to visit theSan Francisco Peaks in order to experience directly the energy of the Kachinas.

There are different levels of Kachinas. There are some that are focused onagriculture. There are some that are focused on other realms and even otherdimensions. There are warrior Kachinas. I want to talk to you also about theGalactic Kachina because the Galactic Kachina is a new Kachina. This is a kachinathat was downloaded into this realm several years ago through the work of Davidand Gudrun when they were working on the powerful area of the San FranciscoPeaks, which connects with the higher Kachina energy there at these mountains.They were able to assist in bringing the energy of the Spirit of the Galactic Kachinato that mountain. Now the Galactic Kachina is there and the Galactic Kachina isaccessible to all of you.

The Galactic Kachina is the intermediary between the Central Sun, the energy ofthe Central Sun and the Earth. The Galactic Kachina is like a messenger in whichmessages, energy, ideas and thoughts from the Central Sun are bridged. Throughthis bridge, you can connect with higher galactic energy. You can learn whatinformation and ideas need to be brought forth from the Central Sun to this Earth.

This illustrates a very important idea in this concept of intermediaries. Theconcept is that there is a higher energy field that is in existence. This higher

energy field is not exactly logical. This higher energy field does not speaknecessarily in sentences, and it does not necessarily speaking in a way that dealswith duality and polarizations. Intermediaries also could be compared to electricalhigh voltage lines. A higher electromagnetic energy field (i.e., high line voltage)might be beyond what your normal electromagnetic energy field (i.e., your fuse boxat your home) can tolerate.

Remember that you are an electromagnetic vibrating energy field. But youhave limitations. If a stronger pulse or stronger spiritual electromagnetic energyfield comes to you, you have to be ready to process and integrate the energy fromthat higher force. Sometimes the energy is so heightened that you are not able tobridge it, and you might not able to experience it.

I know that many of you have difficulties sometimes seeing spirits andconnecting with spiritual energies and connecting with spirit guides. Part of thereason why you have difficulties has to do with how your electromagnetic energyfield is configured. It has to with whether or not your electromagnetic energy fieldcan tolerate certain higher light force fields. It has to do with whether you have the

right mental body and belief system in order to process this type of energy (i.e.,higher voltages).

I think you have the basic picture and overview. Certainly, when you aretalking about the Galactic Kachina, then you can readily see that this energy force,this energy field from the Central Sun, is somewhat difficult to define. Yet, you allare feeling the effects of the Central Sun now. Remember that the Central Sun,which is located in a dimensional space approximately in alignment with the centerof this galaxy, came into an eclipse or a galactic alignment with your solar system.This happened, of course, on December 21st, 2012. That means that there was an

increase of galactic energy coming to the Earth from the light and energy field fromthe Central Sun. Some of you have experienced this downloaded energy, but in a

way that you cannot easily define or explain.Some of you may be experiencing confusion or uncomfortableness as a result of

this newer galactic energy. Some you might even be feeling a little bit ofagitation. Perhaps some could also experience this new energy as a general feelingof unrest. Maybe you are having difficulty making decisions. The things that werenormal and were giving you pleasure in the third dimension are not providing yousatisfaction anymore. There are various different ways of interpreting this type ofreaction. But, I think the important thing for this discussion is that you areintuitively sensing some other force that has come to the Earth, and you arereacting to it.

You may not be able to define the nature of the force. You may not be able to

say what the message is from this force, but you know that on an intuitive level,there is something different going on energetically. This is felt as some otherenergy. This newer energy is a powerful energy. It is even an unsettling energy.

It is interesting to describe this unsettling energy because it is affectingeveryone. Even those who are non-spiritual people are being affected by this.Even those people who seem to be really third dimensional in their perspective stillcan be experiencing and feeling the effects of the energetic field known as theCentral Sun energy which is coming to this planet.

The Galactic Kachina is able to bring messages and information to you from thisenergy. The Galactic Kachina is able to download this energy so that you canbridge it, and you can comprehend it. You can somehow bring this energy toyourself in a form that you can process. That is the exact and perfect role of theintermediary. The intermediary is able to bridge that gap from the Central Sun andbring that energy to you in a way that you can begin to comprehend it andintegrate it and use it.

Also we will ask Chief White Eagle to bring a message for you from the GalacticKachina so that you at least have some grasp of this energy in a way that you canplace into your third- dimensional mind. I want to compliment the third-dimensional mind because you need the third- dimensional mind. All of thesedifferent energy fields from the higher realms somehow need to be transposed intoa workable form that you can integrate and process.

I, Juliano, see this higher light. I see these higher dimensional realms around.I see the many intermediary guides and teachers, including the Galactic Kachina,including Sanat Kumara, around all of you. Please welcome them and welcome

your ability to speak to them and your ability to receive their messages.I think that welcoming the guides is one of the most important tools in the new

spiritual technology from the Arcturians. Welcome and accept the higherdimensional spirit guides and intermediaries that are working with you and workingwith the planet. Verbally out loud or in your thoughts accept them, and this willhelp to produce the right energetic configuration to open up your higher thoughtpowers, which will help you to receive their messages. That is one of thefoundational exercises necessary to increase your receptivity.

My final discussion about the intermediaries has to do with the Ring ofAscension. The Ring of Ascension is a halo around the Earth. It is a halo thatactually can be compared to a planetary ring, such as the ring around Saturn or the

rings around other planets. Of course, Saturn is not the only planet that has aring. There are many planets in the galaxies that have rings. The composition ofthese rings is of various different sources. Some rings come from volcaniceruptions that have to do with frozen ice particles that get trapped in thegravitational field of the planet and begin to swirl around the planet and produce abeautiful multicolored ring.

The Ring of Ascension is an etheric energetic ring. It is an energetic ringcomposed of the thought fields and higher energy blessings from the AscendedMasters. The White Brotherhood and White Sisterhood and the great ascendedteachers are sending higher energy to this Earth.

This thought field helps to form the Ring of Ascension. I like to compare this ring to

a halo. The reason why I call this a halo is because the halo is a sign andmanifestation of unity and harmony. The halo is a sign of spiritual developmentand unity with the oneness that exists. The halo is what all of the AscendedMasters have when they manifest and appear on the Earth.

Some of you are working so hard to purify your energy field. Some of you haveworked so hard to remove illness from your energy, to remove darkness from yourenergy, to remove congestion from your energy. The halo is the culmination ofyour spiritual work and represents harmony with higher dimensions. It implies that

you have reached a point of acceptance and integration. It implies that you havereached a point of interaction with the higher dimensions and know that you are incommunications with other dimensional beings and know that you are receivingtheir higher energy. It implies that you have a certain level of personal power. Italso implies that you have a certain level of protection.

Being in a halo is a wonderful experience on the third dimension. Now, the Ringof Ascension is offering humanity a halo around the Earth. It is a force field; it is athought field that is composed of spiritual light and harmony. It is a thought fieldand energetic ring that is demonstrating that there can be harmonic communicationwith the fifth dimension. It is unique because it may not be physically observableto you, but it does interact and exist etherically and thus is interacting with thehigher dimensional realms.

One other aspect of this Ring of Ascension is the fact that this Ring of Ascensioninteracts with you, the starseeds. This Ring of Ascension is set up so that you areable to access the fifth- dimensional guides and teachers more easily.

How do you access the Ring of Ascension? In your meditation visualize a golden

halo looking like the ring of Saturn around the Earth. You can then thought projectyourself to this Ring of Ascension. When you thought project yourself to this Ringof Ascension, you can more easily meet your intermediary guides and teachers.You can meet many great intermediary guides and teachers. Please remember thatthere are great intermediary guides and teachers that transcend individual eras.Work with the Ring of Ascension. I am Juliano. I now turn this over to SanatKumara. Good day.

Greetings, I am Sanat Kumara. Blessings to each of you. You, as I, love TheBlue Jewel, planet Earth. The Blue Jewel is reaching out to you. The Blue Jewel isa planetary spirit of high development. The Blue Jewel has great spiritual abilitiesas a planet. This is a very important description.

First, The Blue Jewel has survived for over four and a half billion years in thispart of the galaxy. The Blue Jewel has experienced many different transitions toonumerous at this time to list. The Blue Jewel has experienced many different lifeforms, and the Blue Jewel has experienced higher life forms even before yourcivilization. There have been higher life forms on this planet before you.

The Blue Jewel has the ability to communicate intergalactically. The Blue Jewelas a planetary system has the ability to communicate with the Central Sun, andalso this planet, The Blue Jewel, is communicating telepathically with otheradvanced planets. The Blue Jewel is communicating with Arcturus. The Blue Jewelas a planet is even communicating with other planets that are in other dimensions.

This is a multi-talented planet. It would have to be multi-talented to be able tosurvive this long. It would have to be a multi-talented planet to be able to dealwith the profound changes that are now occurring. The Blue Jewel is adjusting toMan. I am not sure that Man is adjusting well to the needs of The Blue Jewel.

I have one important message that I, as an intermediary, am here to tell you.There must be some adjustment on the part of mankind. The planet Earth with allof its capability, with all of its feedback loop system and its ability to communicateintergalactically, wants you, the Adam species, to remain on her. Remember, the

crowning jewel of Earth is humanity.

It sounds strange when we anthropomorphize the Earth and say that the Earthis proud of you and that you are her crowning jewel. Remember that Juliano saidthat there is a spiritual hierarchy. What happens on the third dimension iscommunicated in higher realms. The Earth communicates as a planet to other

planets. This communication occurs in part in the form of electromagnetic energy.The electromagnetic energy field of the Earth is being transmitted throughout

the galaxy. The Earth is receiving energy from the galaxy and from the CentralSun. The Earth is transmitting to the galaxy different electromagnetic particles anddifferent energy fields, different vibrations. So, when I anthropomorphize theEarth, I say that the Earth is communicating that she is proud that you, humanity,are her crowning jewel.

You all know that the Earth also is being stressed, that the Earth is at the pointof creating some major changes. The Earth has the responsibility of maintainingthe ingredients for a biosphere to exist. The Earth is looking at it from a long-termperspective. The biosphere may not continue, and the biosphere could collapse and

then humanity dies. Maybe all life forms may die. But from the Earth'sperspective, from the perspective of The Blue Jewel, she already has different waysand means of ensuring that life forms will exist, even if mankind destroys himself.

If mankind destroys the biosphere and mankind cannot continue to live on thisplanet, that does not mean the end of The Blue Jewel. That does not even meanthe end of the life forces because there will be other adjustments made by theEarth. It could take 25,000 years. It could take 50,000 years. It could takeanother million years. The Earth, The Blue Jewel, knows how to maintain orrecreate a biosphere on her surface. She's done it several times before aftercatastrophes.

I want to just clarify that. That is not a negative message. It is just a message

that says to you that the Earth knows how to survive and hold life forces on theplanet. The Earth prefers mankind to survive and to continue. The Earth is pleasedwith the spiritual energy and development of many of you, the starseeds, and thosewho are continuing to work with her. The Earth is pleased with the spiritualdevelopment that has been achieved by the advanced beings here.

The Earth notes this spiritual development in her responses. One factor in theEarth's response to this spiritual development is that greater catastrophes could beoccurring but are not. There could be greater volcanic eruptions. There could begreater earthquakes. The Earth is aware of some of the difficult situations that areoccurring now on this planet. Some of them are frightening. The message thoughis that the Earth is responsive to humanity. The Earth will listen. The Earth is

particularly sensitive to those who respect her. The Earth is a great spiritual planetwith higher powers, and she wants you all to know that. She is a planet withextraordinary abilities. You are very gifted to be part of her experience. I amSanat Kumara. Good day.

thoughts of the star beings and the star sisters and brothers on this planet.

She is now on the San Francisco Peaks of the mountains in Flagstaff, Arizona,which is now receiving so much light from the central part of the galaxy, from theCentral Sun. She said that this light, this energy, has many different facets. Thefirst facet or message is that the old ways for working with the world man made

systems do not work. The old systems do not work. The old systems that arebased on polarity and dominance and abuse are not going to work any more.Those ways, she says, are deeply embedded in the consciousness of everyone.Even those who do not follow those kinds of beliefs still possess in their DNA the oldpatterns from primitive times. Those older patterns are now being disrupted.There is now a new energy field that is interfering in the old patterns. Think aboutreceiving a radio signal and then suddenly there is interference.

The Galactic Kachina says that the forces from the Central Sun really do have anenergy wave that is coming here, and that energy wave is interfering with theseolder systems. That causes disruptions. That causes some upheavals. She saysthat there are going to be more social upheavals coming to this planet. They are

already all over the planet now. No country is going to be spared from the socialupheavals because the old system is based on an energy pattern that is not able tobe sustainable. The older ways are not able to be planted into a foundation.

Social change is what you are seeing now. New weather patterns are also areflection of the need for shifting the old. The Galactic Kachina recognizes thatsometimes disruptive weather patterns are not the most helpful way to disrupt theold patterns.

The Galactic Kachina is also communicating with the Earth. It is true that theEarth is an advanced spiritual being or planetary being. It is also true that theEarth has basic planetary instinctual reactions. You are seeing some of thoseinstinctual reactions now in terms of storms, earthquakes and volcanoes. Yes, the

Earth can respond in a more heightened spiritual way, too.Part of this communication from the Central Sun from the Galactic Kachina is for

the Earth. The Galactic Kachina is telling the Earth that she as a planet will have tostretch her abilities. The Earth has to grow as a planet. The Central Sun energy isbeing downloaded now into the Earth, and the Galactic Kachina is helping. TheGalactic Kachina is also wants to bring new ideas of ways of being to you. TheGalactic Kachina wants to help you to personally expand your whole systems. Thismeans your belief about yourself needs to expand. The system of energy you'veused to maintain your configuration of self must expand. This means that you canexpand your personal power.

All of these aspects of your self are being shifted right now. You are receiving a

different and new electromagnetic frequency shift vibration which is coming fromthe Central Sun.

It is difficult to integrate this new energy, but it is also something that each ofyou have wanted, and it is something that each of you have come here toexperience and also to foundationally download into the planet. The acceleration of miscommunicationand misunderstanding is going to be the basis for the chaos. I see a closing--a period after the 15th, 16th in which things are going to become more clear.Learn to tolerate this and also understand that this is a transition moment. It isan old paradigm and a new paradigm. People are communicating from an oldparadigm. You are now fully ready to operate from the new paradigm and thenew program. But the new program isn't totally in place. This is what ishappening within the next two to three weeks. The new program is going to be'inputted' and you are going to begin to operate from it, much as the way theyhave described when you put a new program in a computer. It takes anadjustment in order for the operator to operate it efficiently. This is what youare going through now psychologically and spiritually. Some people won'tunderstand this program and won't be able to download it. I am sure that withthis explanation and with this work, you will be successful. acknowledging that the full spectrum of planetary healing activities and planetary healingtechnologies must now be implemented on the Earth.

When we designated 2011 the year of the planetary healer, then we knew that there was goingto be a much more intense need for your work and your intervention. We knew that these

polarizations that you are seeing would become more intense. We knew that the Earth changesor global changes in weather patterns were going to become more active. But also we feel thatthe opportunity for telepathically connecting with the Earth is stronger now than any other timeon the planet. It is truly an amazing time to be on the Earth. It is truly an amazing opportunity touse your skills as planetary healers. And many of you have incarnated into the Earth at this timeto explore, to practice, to contribute to the planetary healing experience.

This planetary healing experience is going to be the key factor in the survival of the biosphere.And it is going to be a major factor in the rebalancing of the Earth. We speak about yourpersonal ascension, but we also are constantly speaking about the planetary ascension. And weknow that the Earth as a planet will ascend. One of the major tools for the planetary ascension

is the Ring of Ascension. And we would like to explore in greater depth the meaning of the Ringof Ascension. How can you, as planetary healers, use the Ring of Ascension to more effectivelywork your biorelativity exercises for the healing and rebalancing of the Earth?

It is true that it is time to work with the whole planet as one unit. It is time to realize that one partof a climate, one part of a continent, is communicating and is in balance with other continents.

And that what is happening in Australia is affecting what is happening in the United States andwhat is happening in Canada. The Ring of Fire is a long chain of energy that goes to manydifferent countries and different continents and across oceans. And what is happening in Chileis affecting what is happening on the west coast of the United States, for example. So the moreeffective approach to biorelativity is to work with the entire planet. But it is not the onlyapproach. There are circumstances when you would work specifically with one area. But even

when you are working with one area of the planet, you have to take into consideration what youare asking to be changed. And it has to take into consideration how the change that you arerequesting will affect other parts of the planet.

So if there is a hurricane coming to Louisiana, then if you asked that that hurricane be stopped,then you would have to consider that because of the forces that are being expressed, then thathurricane would go into another state and cause other damage. So another approach would beto ask that it be spread out over a wider period. But also an even more intensive approachwould be to look at the ocean currents coming from the southern hemisphere and the warmingin the oceans there, and how that is affecting what you are seeing as violent weather. But wehave said that the Earth patterns and weather patterns are so complex, the feedback loopsystem of the Earth is so complex, that we have to be very cautious. We have to understand

that at some times in our simple solutions and our simple biorelativity interventions, and theyshould be used. A simple example would be praying for rain in an area that is in drought.

Seemingly bringing rain to a drought area would not necessarily negatively affect other areas.And that is a reasonable assumption. But in other times there are so many complex factorsgoing on, for example, the movement of the plates that are causing earthquakes and theeruptions of volcanoes also are part of the Earths feedback loop system. And that Ring of Fire,for example, is traveling thousands of miles. So it is difficult to say, Well, lets block the energy

of this eruption, because then you would have to think if there is going to be an eruptionsomewhere else along the Ring of Fire.

There also is the approach of taking the Earth as one planet. There is the approach of sayingthat we in all humbleness do not understand all of the mechanisms of Earths feedback loopsystem. We do not even attempt to try to figure out how to balance everything. And in fact thereare so many other factors now that have contributed to the Earths energy field. And becausethese factors also affect the Earths meridians and the Earths feedback loop system, it isdifficult for everyone to guess how the blockages that mankind has imposed on the Earthsmeridian systems are affecting the Earths feedback loop system. It is difficult enough to try andunderstand the Earths feedback loop systems without the placement of nuclear reactors,without the holes in the Earths aura from numerous nuclear above ground tests. And I may addthat this above ground testing is still having an effect in the aura of the Earth even though thesenuclear bomb above ground tests occurred 30 or 40 years ago. There still is upheaval in theEarths aura because of that. It is difficult to assess how dams blocking key rivers on the Earthare affecting the feedback loop system. Logic would say that, of course, these Earth feedbackloop systems have been affected. But you know that one of the principles of biorelativity is thatthe Earth seeks a homeostasis. Homeostasis is a balance, and this balance is in a certainrange, so that a certain level of oxygen, a certain level on nitrogen, is maintained and manyother chemical factors, so that the biosphere and the life forms that it sports can be maintained.It is truly phenomenal that over the decades and over the thousands of years the Earth hasmaintained a homeostasis that has allowed the development of Man and many other livingcreatures to survive. Never before has one species influenced either consciously orunconsciously the Earths feedback loop system.

Previously the dinosaurs, that were perhaps the most predominant creature on the planet, werenot really influencing the Earths feedback loop system and actually were living in a harmony.Man is not living in a harmony with the Earths feedback loop system. And the Earths feedbackloop system is being challenged, and the Earth is being challenged because it is having difficultyto maintain the homeostasis that is necessary for us, for you, rather. So we look at the planetary

healing experience, and we say that there has to be a way to send the biorelativity telepathiccommunications to the whole planet at once. There has to be a way to transcend the smallermind of Man and connect with the Super Mind of Man and connect with the Super Mind of theplanet. And that way can start with the Ring of Ascension.

The Ring of Ascension was downloaded with the help of the Arcturians and Ascended Masterswho are working together with us. The Ring of Ascension is like a ring that you see in some ofthe other planets in your solar system. For example, Saturn has rings; Neptune has rings. Sothis ring that is around Earth is similar to that concept with one main difference. The differenceis that this ring is for the Earths ascension, and this is an etheric ring. It is like an etheric halo,and this ring has a unique ability. This ring is interacting simultaneously with fifth- dimensionalenergy and downloading fifth-dimensional energy in the third dimension.

This ring is inhabited with the thoughts and the love of the Ascended Masters. Now you realizethere are many Ascended Masters who are contributing now and working diligently for theEarths ascension. And the Ring of Ascension is serving many purposes, and one purpose is toallow the guides, the Ascended Masters and teachers to more easily bring down fifth-dimensional information, fifth-dimensional energy, to the Earth. And many of you already know

that you have been more in contact with masters and teachers than any other time. There aremore people that are channeling guides and teachers; there are more people who areconnected with higher energy than any other time on Earth. I know that that sounds like afantastic assertion. But numerically there are more starseeds on the Earth than any other timeon the planet. There are more ascending masters; there are more students of ascension on theEarth than any other time. Previously in ancient times there were several prophets and teachers

who would work on ascension and who were preparing for the Ascension. But even in ancienttimes there would only be several prophets who would be able to ascend, and never wouldthere be more than the several prophets in a lifetime of the Earth ascending at the same time. Itwould be an individual unique event.

But now here we have a situation on the Earth where thousands and hundreds of thousands ofstarseeds and ascending masters can and will ascend. So, of course, there is a great need tointeract with them because we know that the Ascension is like a birth. Picture the birth in thehospital, and you know that there are many people around, doctors and nurses. And there arespecial preparations there; there are special families waiting. I want you to understand that forthe Ascension there are many guides and teachers on the other side waiting for you, preparingyou for this transition, preparing you to be received. The part of this preparation is to provide anaccessible energy, mainly the Ring of Ascension, which will facilitate your accessing fifth-dimensional energy. And also this Ring of Ascension is for planetary ascension as well. So thatmany of the guides and teachers, particularly Sananda, Sanat Kumara, Ashtar, to name a few,are gathered in an interacting with the Ring of Ascension in order to facilitate the uplifting on theentire planet.

This Ring of Ascension is around the whole planet, but even though you may think of a ring ashaving one location, so therefore you could think that the ring may be just around the equator,for example, and therefore the ring is in a two-mile diameter going around the equator. And youwould think that because you would look at Saturn, you would look at Neptune, and you couldperhaps from your vantage point on Earth using telescopes measure the width of the ring. And

then you would say that that ring has a certain dimension, and that it is only covering a certainnumber of width around the planet.

But this Ring of Ascension is a fifth-dimensional ring, and it is a holographic ring, and it hasspecial powers and special abilities. What are those special abilities? Number one ability of theRing of Ascension is that it interacts and receives third-dimensional Mans telepathiccommunications, and it translates and interacts with the third-dimensional messages andreceives at the same time the messages and energies from the fifth-dimensional masters.

So imagine that you are sending healing thoughts to the weather patterns of the Earth, seekinga balance, seeking the end of a drought, for example, in the Midwest, particularly in Texas of theU.S. And imagine that you are praying for the many animals and praying for the many peoplewho are suffering. So you send your prayers and your thoughts to the Earth through the mediumof the feedback loop system using the Ring of Ascension. And that energy that you are sendingis traveling around the whole Earth, and it is interacting telepathically with all of the differentsystems around the Earth that are involved in supporting and creating this shift that has led tothe drought in that one area. So that many different areas, many different currents, need to beshifted in order to end the drought. But it must be done in a way that is in balance with the wholeplanet. It must be done in a way that supports and brings harmony to the whole planet, not in

just one area such as Texas.

The Ring of Ascension takes this energy that you have sent, and it travels around andinfluences all of the other places that need to be influenced, so that a new balance can occur.What is also beautiful is that you who may be sitting in Australia or in Germany or inPhiladelphia have equal distant access to the Ring of Ascension. So the Ring of Ascension isreceiving information from the many different places around the Earth. This Ring of Ascension is

not limited to a certain width. It is limited to the thoughts of the starseeds, and it can be as wideas the starseeds are who are supporting it around the planet. Or it could be narrow if you wantto be more focused. But wide is also focused. It is like a holographic ring, and simultaneouslythe fifth-dimensional Ascended Masters are also participating in the Ring of Ascension. Theymonitor the Ring of Ascension all the time. They are listening all the time to what your needsare, to what the planetary needs are. They are listening to what is needed. I think that it isespecially important to know that the response occurs sometimes right away. Other times it maytake a while; other times it may even be longer. The reason is because you as one starseed donot know all of the many factors in the feedback loop system that need to be shifted andchanged in order for the request to occur. But the Ascended Masters also are contributing theirthoughts.

Remember I talked about the arcan power, which is the measurement of the thought power, andyou would need to have a certain level of thought arcan power 10 arcans, 20 arcans. Then themore arcans there are in your power of thought, the more likely that the changes that you areasking can be influenced strongly enough to occur. But now by going through the Ring of

Ascension, you are interacting with the fifth-dimensional masters, and their thought patterns andtheir energy can also be measured in arcan power. And they have the ability to emanate muchhigher arcan power than you can even imagine. But in order for their arcan energy, arcanthought power, to be effective, it must interact with yours. This is one of the rules and laws ofthe planetary spiritual healing.

Fifth-dimensional masters and teachers thoughts and healing powers must be interactive with

the third-dimensional inhabitants of a planet. The Ring of Ascension offers that importantmedium which allows the fifth-dimensional masters to interact with your thoughts and yourrequests for telepathic healing, for planetary healing, for the Earth.

OOOOHHHMMMMM. OOOHHHMMM.

I want to suggest that at this point, you and I together will send a request for planetary healing tothe Ring of Ascension, and the Ring of Ascension will be wherever you are, wherever yourthoughts are. And I want you to choose what healing thought you want to send to Mother Earththrough the Ring of Ascension. And then you can request that the Ascended Master Teacher ofyour closeness, that is closest to you, will hear this, and that they also will send their thoughtsinto the Ring of Ascension. So then you can understand how powerful the energy of the Ring of

Ascension can be. So we will meditate for just a few minutes, and I will return.

The arcan energy power of your thoughts for planetary healing is strong now. The guides andthe teachers, and especially Sananda and Ashtar and Sanat Kumara, are actively processingand using your energies to distribute new healing light for the biosphere. So that ring of balanceof light can be distributed throughout the Earth. This is one very powerful tool, the Ring of

Ascension. And the Ring of Ascension can be used in conjunction with the 12 etheric crystals,because each of the etheric crystals has the ability to touch the Ring of Ascension. That is why

the etheric crystals can be raised out of the ground, and the tops of these etheric crystals canactually be placed inside the Ring of Ascension. Imagine what a beautiful energy this would be ifyou were painting an image of the beautiful fifth-dimensional Ring of Ascension around theplanet. 1600 people around the planet, sitting in a circular fashion, sending light to the Ring of

Ascension with their Crown Chakras. On top of the planet in the etheric world there are fifth-dimensional masters and teachers simultaneously interacting, sending their thoughts and light

into the Ring of Ascension. Then the 12 etheric crystals from the planet are raised and areinteracting with the Ring of Ascension. It is amplifying the power of your thoughts. Then at theend of the exercise, the etheric crystals would be brought back down into the Earth, and theywould be holding the energy of the Ring of Ascension in the crystal formation. The ethericcrystals can hold fifth-dimensional energies in their healing powers to an extraordinary degree.

And so it is as if you are storing the healing powers. You have worked so hard in your Ring ofAscension exercises. You are able to store that energy in the etheric crystals. The ethericcrystals interacted directly with the Ring of Ascension.

Now a second powerful tool for the planetary healing is the Iskalia Mirror. The Iskalia Mirror issimilar to a gigantic mirror over the North Pole. But it also is an energetic etheric mirror that hasthe ability to collect energy at far distances from the galaxy. It is difficult to imagine, but you canunderstand that even a telescope that has a mirror of 200 inches in diameter, given the rightcircumstances and the right openings to the skies, can receive light millions and billions of lightyears away, even though the light they receive is so faint. So I just demonstrated that the usesof the astronomical world can be so sensitive that they can receive light and energy back to thebeginning of the formation of this universe. Now imagine that there is a fifth-dimensional ethericmirror. That is a mirror that can not only receive light in this dimension, but can receive light inother dimensions. Because the fifth dimension interacts, is now interacting on many differentlevels with the third dimension. And this Iskalia Mirror is in a particular alignment so that it isreceiving light, fifth-dimensional light, from the Central Sun, and it is gathering that light from the

Central Sun. And we know that Jesus-Sananda originated from the area of the Central Sun, andhe is one of the founding fathers of universal light along with his lineage, which includes Moses-David and also includes Buddha and many other higher ascended beings.

And the light and energy from the Central Sun is now in a fifth-dimensional phase of knowledgeand wisdom. The healing light is now particularly a planetary healing light to the Earth. Thereare many things you can say about the 2012 alignment. There are many things you can sayabout the December 22nd alignment with the Sun. But let me assure you that some of the mostpowerful fifth-dimensional energy that is ever experienced or seen on this planet will beavailable at this alignment. The planetary alignment known as the 2012 alignment, or the solaralignment, is not just the End Times energy. It is not just the energy of upheaval. It is not justthe energy of change, but it is also a time when new fifth-dimensional energy is coming to the

Earth. Now this fifth-dimensional energy is already on its way. As I have said in earlier lectures,the eclipse has begun. You are in the shadow of the eclipse of the 2012 alignment.

The energy of this Central Sun is coming to the Earth, but it must be gathered and focused. Itmust be directed to the Earth. And to this end the Iskalia Mirror has been placed by the

Arcturians over the North Pole. It is a mirror in large-size diameter. I will come up with the sizeas you need it. It is at least one mile in diameter, even larger in your Earth terms. But the size isnot as important as the fact that it has the potential of gathering fifth-dimensional light from the

Central Sun. And the second fact that is obvious is that this fifth-dimensional light that it receivescan be focused on particular areas on the Earth that are in need of planetary healing. It is alsoespecially suitable to direct the energy and light from the Iskalia Mirror to the Planetary Cities ofLight. The Planetary Cities of Light are special cities that are set up so that they are sensitiveand receptive to the fifth-dimensional energies. They are sensitive to the new fifth- dimensionalenergies that are coming from the Central Sun. That means that these are new solutions. These

are new ideas; these are new energies that perhaps have not been sent before. This alsoincludes new music. I want to say there are going to be new sounds, new tones, new musicalenergies, that are coming to the Earth now through this Iskalia Mirror which is receiving lightfrom the fifth dimension.

I am going to tone the words Iskalia Mirror now.IISSKAALLIAAA LIIGGHHTTTT. IISKAAALIIAAA LIIGGGGHHTTTT.I, Juliano, am calling on the Iskalia Light. We have talked also about the Omega Light. The Omega Light is a light of transcendent naturethat we have spoken to you about that is particularly useful for personal healing. And we havespoken about the usages of the Omega Light, and then you are doing affirmations, particularlyin your subconscious energy field. But the Omega Light is also available for planetary healing.So, yes, this time on the Earth July 30th, 2011 is a time when great planetary energy ofhealing is needed. This is a time when we are calling on all planetary healers to unite, and touse their powers of meditation, and to use their powers of organization, and to use their powersof speaking, to use their powers of creating energy fields around the Planetary Cities of Lightthat is so dear to them. This is the time to activate and use the strongest arcan power as

possible, so that the healing energy is a planetary healing, and can be in place holding togethera powerful energy of planetary healing. I will ask Sananda to speak with you briefly. I love youall. Remember 2011 is the year of the planetary healing.
