• Most Attribution is Focused on Behavioral Health Through July 1st
• IDD Attribution Has Begun … Continues Through November

• Development of Networks, Rates, Contracts, etc. (Phase II) in Process
• Full-Risk “Go Live” is Still January 1, 2019
