01. The Alpine ExperienceThe Alpine Experience is a 150,000 ft2 mixed use development composed of a hotel, restaurant, gym, staff housing, and 30 apartment units.

Located on a 15 acre site at the edge of downtown Houston, the complex aims to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and create a quiet and peaceful environement. The site is beautified with vegetation and trees that create shade so the residents can enjoy the outdoors. Each apartment unit has views to the skyline and access to various trails including bike trails, pedestrian trails, and a trail that runs along the Bayou.
