ROAST TURKEYOur chefs marinate each farm fresh turkey from the U.S. for 24
hours using a secret seasoning, slow cooking each in a water
bath for 12 hours then crisping the skin.
HONEY GLAZED HAMEach ham, originating from the U.K., is marinated for 24
hours, slow cooked, and then baked with a honey, brown sugar,
cinnamon, and clove glaze to achieve juicy perfection.
PUMPKIN PIECapturing the essence of autumn, our chefs use fresh pumpkin
and spices for the �lling and hand roll the �aky, buttery crust
before baking each pie until tender and golden brown.
SALTED BUTTER PECAN PIEEach pie's sweet base is baked before �lling with crunchy, fresh
roasted pecans from the U.S., and then baked again to ensure a
moist centre.

Terms & Conditions: Orders need to be placed before Monday, 19 November, 2018 cuto� date. Delivery between 16 November until 1 December, 2018. Turkey and Ham order to be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details. No cancellation or refund will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Discounts cannot be accumulated. Should a dispute arise, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong reserves the right to arbitrate the �nal decision. Should there be any changes to the above information, the hotel has no obligation to inform the correspondents. In the event of supply di�culties, we reserve the right to substitute goods, basket or packaging of equal quality and value.
