With the official tournament opening at 9:00AM and the
final announcement of winners commencing at 7:00PM,
the players are indeed in heat as the tournament lasted
for roughly 10 hours. Hence, to keep the players in good
spirits as well as to keep the fire burning, SEIPI raffled off
5 badminton rackets and 8 tubes of shuttle cocks in be-
tween games.
After which, the much awaited tournament result was
announced by the match control officer. For the overall
ranking, last year’s first runner-up, Toshiba, now reigns
as this year’s champions. Last year’s champion, HGST, now holds their spot as the 1st runner-up. ON Semicon-
ductor joins the roster of winners as they positioned themselves as 2nd runner-ups. Lastly, bagging the 3rd runner-
up award was Maxim.
