Knitting area. We have 10 machines to knit Jersey, Rib, interlock, waffle,
solid fabric and stripe fabric (feed and engineer)

During 2016, Textil Carmelita SAC managed US$ 800,000 build dyeing
area and laundry area. We have 6 machines to wash and dry. We have
5 machines to dye samples fabric and yarn.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
To analyze the models and customers’ requirements.
To make patterns, prototypes for better standards in the
different clothing items. To generate clear reports to the

We have 5 tables for manual stretching out. We also
manage orders of pattern and stripe fabrics.
The cutting is performed by EASTMAN 10” cutting machines,
model. BRUTTE 627 x 6, WIDERKING ribbon cutting machines,
Model SW-102 which is handled by trained workers in order to
optimize final results with accuracy and efficiency that allows
us to meet the customers’ demands.

Shirts, Rugby, Outwear, Sweaters, Bottoms, Hoodie and all
cotton items for men, women and kids.
Sewing area: 1200 m2
FINISHING AND PACKING
This is the final-step area. The piece is vaporized, tagged,
folded and packed. The presentation is according to
customers’ specifications.
For this process we have 7 vaporizing machines.
Production capacity: 8000 pieces a day
Area: 280 m2
We offer high production lines for basic items such as: Box, T-
