Process control
Programmable Nozzle
‘Smoothflow’
Dosing of chemicals with pre-dilution.
Exact gradient control with stainless
steel control valve and electropneumatic
positioner. Filling with programmable
flow meter and analogue level controls.
Fully automatic and programmable
setting of nozzle gap. Lightweight fabrics
can be processed with low liquor volume
while heavy fabrics are treated with
increased flow. Jet flow or soft flow can
be programmed through setting of
nozzle gap and pump speed.
It has been LAB-PRO's goal to improve the transferability from the
laboratory to sample machines and in the next step to big production
machines. With the development of the Sample FabricMaster the gap
between laboratory and production can be closed in a unique way.
The Sample FabricMaster with a capacity of 5 - 35 kg unites many of the
features and advantages of her big sister FabricMaster. It is absolutely
identical in terms of lifting distance, nozzle design and process control.
The machine distinguishes itself through an extremely compact
construction – completely assembled with complete piping and wiring, the
system can be connected and put into operation within a few hours.
