The Opportunity

As a Marketing Labs intern with the ExxonMobil Fuels and Lubricants Company marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a leading workplace environment designed for collaboration & innovation, on real-time marketing programs interfacing with partners, customers and a network of marketing agencies. The marketing programs cover a variety of B2B and B2C efforts for the company products, including those for category leaders Mobil 1 synthetic motor oils and Exxon and Mobil fuel brands.

Our goal is to provide every intern with a positive, immersive firsthand experience. The work, networking opportunites and overall experience intend to paint a picture of what a career with ExxonMobil is like.

Phase I: Spring semester, 10-15 hrs/week

Phase II: Summer internship, 40 hrs/week

Phase III: Fall semester, 10-15 hrs/week

During the Spring and Fall semesters, students will complete their internship work remotely. However, the Summer internship will take place on site at the ExxonMobil Houston Campus. Located on 365-acres, and only 25 miles from downtown Houston, the campus features a 100,000-square foot wellness center, miles of jogging trails, 28 globally-inspired dining options and much more.

Meet Your Coach

Reesa retired from Shell Oil, Information Technology in 2015, after 30+ years to pursue what she coined Reesa 2.0. Reesa lives in Austin and is active as a Professional Coach, Organization Development Consultant, and Yoga Instructor.

Reesa has a natural sense of what organizations and people need to achieve success. Throughout her career ranging from programming to executive leadership, she has created fundamental shifts in the way people perform and how business is done.
