Mike Harper was referred to us by our real estate agent. She said he was the most Knowledgeable ad honest individual she had ever worked with in the Mortgage planning industry. She was right. In a time when refinancing has been difficult because of reversing home values Mike worked exceptionally hard over a long period of time to work out a refinance that we are very happy to have. He did this through a Veterans Administration with a Loan via the GI Bill.
