Production Dates/Times
• 4 performances
• Friday, May 1: 8:45am(R) and 7:00pm(G)
• Saturday, May 2: 2:00pm(G) and 7:00pm(R)
• Green Cast / Red Cast (This corresponds to the cast list on the website)
Rehearsal Schedule
• Starting Wednesday, March 11th Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:30pm
• Updates to the weekly schedule will be posted by every Friday of the week prior. Not every member will be called to every rehearsal
• All students must be picked up at 4:30pm. Pleasecontact a director if there is a problem.
Rehearsals
• All students should have a drink and small snack for each rehearsal.
• All students should also have their script and a pencil with them at every rehearsal.

• This site will be our primary method for communication.
• There will be a weekly schedule posted by each Friday.
• We will post any and all news and updates to this site.
Costume Requirements
• All students will be required to provide their own shoes, socks/tights, as well as some specific costume pieces (these will be determined later)
• A complete list of costume requirements will be posted to the website and given in hard copy by the first rehearsal.
• All costume pieces must be brought in by Wednesday, April 22.
Costumes - continued
• Each actor will need a measurement sheet completed for them. Please take a sheet tonight and complete and return it to Mrs. Coryer ASAP.
Family Volunteers
• Please sign up to volunteer to help with the production in any of the following departments:
• Concession, Tickets, Costumes, Props, Hair/Make-up, Club Party.
Tickets / Ads / Shout outs
• Proceeds from ticket sales and ads go towards all production costs. Performance rights, sets, props, sound, costumes, etc.
• Please consider placing an ad or “Shout out” in the program. Please contact local businesses to see if they are interested in placing an ad.
• All tickets will be sold at the door and are $5.00 general admission.
FRONT ROW AUCTION!
• In April we will hold an auction for the front row of seats at every performance.
• $100 will be the opening bid for the entire front row of one performance.
• This fundraiser will help us continue to produce high-quality performances!
Member Expectations
• All members of this club will work together, respect each other’s feelings and property and always demonstrate their best behavior during all rehearsals and performances.
• Cast members must always come to rehearsals prepared for the scene(s) that we will be rehearsing. (see website each week)
• Crew members must be ready to attend to any and all jobs assigned to them.

PARTY
• A Club party will be held after the Saturday afternoon performance on May 2. We will have food for the students from 4-6pm the in Café. They should plan to stay in between the performances.
Strike
• We would appreciate any help that people can give to help put away all items used for the show and return the stage to it’s previous state. This will take place following the last performance (approximately 8:30-9:30pm on Saturday, May 2).
