Changing The Way The World Cleans The lotus• PRO High Capacity cleaning system turns ordinary tap water into Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO), nature's most powerful cleaner. SAO is a highly effective cleaning agent t hat breaks dow n dirt, grease and other contaminants, safely replacing traditional chemica l cleaners, deodorizers and sanitizers.
With the lotus' PRO technology, SAO is created when introducing an extra oxygen atom to an oxygen molecule and water molecules. Tersano's lotus® PRO is currently being utilized throughout hospitals in Canada. Our recent implementation at Crothall sites, including HHS, will eliminate environmentally hazardous cleaning products, promote a healthy and safe working environment and reduce costs.
Hello, happy to share our experience with lotus Pro. We have had great uptake by the cleaning staff who use the product. They are happy to use it and feel that it does a better job than the previously used chemicals for floor cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet shampooing and extracting. From a sustainability point of view we are seeing longer life to our floor cleaning pads on our scrubbers and we aren't putting any harmful chemical or chemical by-product into the sewer systems. During our winter month experience, we noticed a drastic change in how the floors looked after washing with Lotus Pro compared to neutral cleaner. The streaking we were used to was gone - aqueous ozone really cuts the calcium/ice melter. Once we were able to get the previously used chemicals out of the carpets, we can see that the wicking of spills does not occur nearly as much as it did previously. One of the most frequent comments we hear from users is that the soiled water tanks on our carpet extractors and auto scrubbers no longer smell. This makes for a much nicer staff environment if they always have clean odor-free equipment to use. '

STABILISED AQUEOUS OZONETM- FAQS How can I be certain stabilized aqueous ozone™ actually cleans?
On June 9, 2014, Tersano received a letter from Green Seal stating that its Stabilised Aqueous Ozone meets the GS-37
and GS-53 standards for cleaning products - with both including a specific standard for cleaning performance.

On July 30, 2015, Tersano received a similar letter from the Green Clean Institute which has similar standards for
cleaning performance. This letter can also be found at tersanoaustralia.com.au
Over a period of two years between 2014 and 2016, McDonald's franchises in Europe tested the efficacy of Stabilised
Aqueous Ozone as a cleaner in their restaurants. The solution passed their stringent cleaning standards and today
Stabilised Aqueous Ozone is on the approved list of cleaners and sanitisers for McDonald's.
How do I know that stabilized aqueous ozone actually sanitizes?
On February 26, 2016, scientists at MycoScience laboratory confirmed that Stabilised Aqueous Ozone kills staph and e.coli to a S-log
reduction on food-contact surfaces. Results from La pluck laboratory shows a 3-log reduction in 30 seconds for non-food contact test.

The device is used around water. How do I know it is electrically safe?
The lotus® PRO, which produces Stabilised Aqueous Ozone has TUV certification. Tersano hired the North American division ofTUV to
assist w ith approvals to UL, CSA, and other global electrical safety standards. During the UL-standard testing, TUV also tested to OSHA
standards ensuring no ozone gas is emitted.lt is widely known that high concentrations of ozone gas can be hazardous.
How do I know that stabilized aqueous ozone is safe?
On June 14, 1997, a panel of scientists from the Energy Power Research Institute declared Aqueous Ozone GRAS meaning it is generally
regarded as safe by the scientific community.
On June 26, 2001, the FDA ruled that Aqueous Ozone is safe for use as an antimicrobial agent for meat and poultry processing and
storage. Shortly thereafter USDA ruling CFR 173.368 stated that Aqueous Ozone can be safely used in the treatment, storage and
processing of foods.
In April of 2014, the composition ofTersano's Stabilised Aqueous Ozone was scientifically analysed and found to be safe for humans,

1. How do I know if the machine is producing Stabilized Aqueous Ozone or just water?The machine will shut down and give an error if Stabilized Aqueous Ozone is not being produced.
2. How do I check the efficacy of the ozone?Stabilized Aqueous Ozone generated by our lotus® PRO device has been tested by Third Party Laboratories as per Green Seal Standards GS37 and GS53.
3. Where do I use lotus® PRO?Applications include carpets, stone, marble, ceramic, glass, mirrors, bathrooms, stainless steel & chrome, TVs, computer screens, appliances, white boards, hardwood and vinyl. It also deodorizes and works well at removing salt residue in the winter.
4. Where do I use PROScrub?The PROScrub can be used in showers for removal of tough soap scum and in kitchens for degreasing surfaces and floors.
5. What does the lotus® PRO/PROScrub NOT replace?The lotus® PRO replaces deodorizers as well as neutral, stainless steel, all-purpose and glass cleaners.It DOES NOT replace your current disinfectant.
6. Can chemicals be used with the water to enhance the ability of cleaning? It is not recommended that any chemical be used with the lotus® PRO solution. Chemicals will eliminate the ozone in the water and therefore defeats the purpose of using Stabilized Aqueous Ozone.
7. Do I need to wear PPE’s when cleaning with Stabilized Aqueous Ozone?The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of Stabilized Aqueous Ozone is 0-0-0-A. The use of protective gear should be worn at your discretion, according to the organic matter or pathogens you are coming into contact with, not the Stabilized Aqueous Ozone.
8. Can I drink the lotus® PRO solution? The use of the solution is intended to fill mop buckets, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors and spray bottles with Stabilized Aqueous Ozone for the purpose of cleaning, removing stains, deodorizing and killing germs. The solution is not intended for consumption, but it will not harm someone if they accidentally drink it.
9. Will the Stabilized Aqueous Ozone solution remove wax from floor?The Stabilized Aqueous Ozone will not remove wax from a floor surface. Feedback from current customers: floor finishes last longer.
10. Can the solution remove mold? The Stabilized Aqueous Ozone kills mold. In order to remove dead spores, areas must then be scrubbed.
11. What temperature of water must I use with the lotus® PRO? Cold water only.
