December has much to celebrate! On the

13th, our Annual Holiday Party will host a

delicious buffet, and tasty desserts. Carolers stroll throughout

the community singing familiar holiday melodies and Mrs.

Claus and her Elf just might drop by for a visit. December

25th is the big day we are all waiting for. December 31st we

raise our glasses and toast to a Happy New Year!

We always look forward to you and family joining us....

Here at Sea Bluffs we have a several Watermark University Classes

from seated YOGA which meets each Sunday every Month in

the Fitness Center at 11:45 a.m. Now that winter is here With the

weather so warm, it is hard to imagine that the holidays are actually

just a few weeks away. We are all so busy with the extra activities

of the holiday season, the practice of a quite interlude is even more

important than ever. Be sure to practice several short periods

throughout your busy day by sitting and being aware of your

breathing and then continue to move mindfully. Also watch for our

special meditation workshops throughout the year. Happy

warm here by the beach, it is

hard to imagine that the

holiday season will soon be

upon us. When Halloween is

over, the rest of the holidays

come in a blink of an eye.

Here at Sea Bluffs we've

already started our holiday

countdown, with our latest catalog featuring holiday activities,

events and trips just waiting to be unwrapped! As you begin to

start thinking about your holiday plans, now is the time to choose

your favorites and sign up early in the excursion book as some

tickets to events can sell out fast. Don't let the season sneak up on

you, make your list and check it twice! Even if you were naughty

or nice let us help make your holiday merry and bright! Inside is a

list of the events and outings to get you in a festive mood! Take a

peek to see all our upcoming holiday activities, events and trips

planned for December. It's okay to peak early, we promise.....

'Tis theSeason! The most wonderful time of the year is

almost upon us. That's right. With just

weeks before the big day, now is the

time to sign up for holiday outings and

events. Make your list and check it twice,

and don't get left behind. We are so

pleased to kick off the holidays with our

annual Holiday Party. The very first

Holiday Party of the season is the perfect

way to begin festivities. This annual

event is a wonderful night for the entire

family, with Holiday music, food, and

entertainment. Don't forget to stop by

the Fireside Room which is decorated in

holiday spirit, and check out events

which features so many holiday outings.

Need to relax, curl up by the fire with a

good book, pour some hot cocoa – and

wait for Santa! for holiday inspiration,

take a look inside!

Path to Well-Being

November has come and gone and we reflect on all we have to be thankful

for. This past month we had an Extraordinary Outing to San Diego. It was

a wonderful harbor cruise with great food from The Carnitas Shack on

Broadway Pier outdoors right next to the Princess Cruise ship. The bright

blue sky and warm sun with a light breeze made it great weather. Out on

the water we learned about hotels and islands that are part of San Diego

Harbor. We were able to see the USS Midway and the Star Of India

Maritime Museum. We have made definite plans to go back and board the

2 hour cruise and bring more of our friends. A thumbs up for this

excursion. Rounding out the end of the month was Thanksgiving. What a

feast we had with all our friends and family. Here at The Fountains

everything will always be extraordinary. Happy Holidays!
