Terms & ConditionsCatch Weight Prices When ordering kilo products and items, prices are subject to the final catch weight of these items and your order will be adjusted to your invoice.

Acceptance of Orders Your order is accepted and payment is taken at the point of dispatch. All orders are subject to availability and products that are out of stock at the point of dispatch will not be charged.

Deliveries Salvo provides an inclusive delivery service directly to your business subject to a minimum order of £150 (excluding VAT) and will be in accordance with Salvo’s delivery schedule. The customer must ensure that staff are available to receive a delivery during their agreed delivery schedule. Deliveries must be checked at the time of delivery in the presence of a Salvo driver/deliverer. The customer must sign the delivery note/invoice by way of acceptance of the goods and must document any shortcomings.

Returns When returning goods please ensure that you obtain a signed official receipt. We are only able to credit for damaged or faulty goods at the time of delivery of those goods. If you wish to change an item on your order, the office must be notified prior to your delivery.

Claims All goods should be examined on delivery. Any loss/damage must be recorded on the delivery note and both carriers and the office advised in writing or by telephone within 3 days. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for defects caused to the packaging or the content after delivery, by unsatisfactory handling or storage in unsuitable conditions.

Minimum Order Ordering online is subject to a minimum spend of £150. Please note all prices are in pound sterling and exclude VAT where applicable.

Maximum Order Quantities The company may limit the quantity of goods supplied to any one customer.

Paluani has been a leading brand in Italy since 1921, producing baked

goods, Christmas specialities (Pandoro and Panettone cakes) and Easter

Colomba (dove shaped cake).

Whilst these sour dough cakes are produced using traditional recipes
