1. A deposit is required to book onto a course, only once a deposit has been paid will a course date be confirmed.

2. The balance of a course is due to be paid on the first day of the course. This is only acceptable in cleared funds, I.e. cash. Card payments are only accepted 7 days prior to the course commencing.

3. Deposits are non-refundable. Under exceptional circumstances they may be transferred onto another course/date.

4. Non-Attendance: If a student fails to attend the course, whether due to ill health, personal or professional reasons, this does not constitute a right to a refund, transfer of course, or additional tuition, although without obligation, we will try to accommodate where we can. Please note there may be additional costs involved if an alternative is offered.

5. It is a student’s responsibility to ensure that the course they are booking onto meets their needs, including any requirements by an employer.

6. Payment policy : Payment can be made using PayPal with Credit or Debit Card or we can send an invoice for payment which can be paid by baccs, by cheque or cash.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Our deep tissue massage is designed for those who prefer a deeper massage concentrating on warming up muscles, along with aiding the body to work more efficiently. HOPI EAR CANDLES

Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candles) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions, which include; sinus, colds. SEMI PERMANENT MANICURE A fabulous new treatment that is offering clients the opportunity of having their natural nails improved, with the traditional procedures of the manicure, but with the added bonus of the new natural soak off gels which give them a choice of colour or French which does not chip or flake for 14 days. CONSULTANCY SERVICE We know all too well the stresses of owning and running a salon. Quite often there is a need to update staff, but as an owner you are all too often busy with your own clients to be able to help your staff. We have over the last few years found salons are requesting this service from us more than ever before, especially as some salons find that the recession has caused them to look for increased incomes. Consultancy is very individual to each salon and salon owner; some need staff to be re-trained while others may need staff to have refresher courses. Unfortunately, due to the current economic situation, there have been more salons that need more help than the basics in being able to turn their salons around, letting them see a profit instead of working for a loss. Our service can help you do this; sometimes you just need some outside help. Our consultancy service can include some or all of the following, as well as your individual requirements:

Our consultancy service has assisted many salons from having to close their doors permanently. They have seen a dramatic improvement, not only in their sales but also in their staff. Quite often, salon staff who do not feel competent in their treatments, can find after their time with us they have improved their mind set as well as their skills. This always has a positive effect on the salon and more importantly the clients. Who wants to visit an unhappy salon?

REFRESHER COURSES This again is very individual and would depend on the courses that you need to have refresher training on. We do require that therapists have a qualified diploma in the treatment they wish to receive refresher training on. We can check this for you. We work on a daily rate for a tutor to visit your salon, this price is based between £100 - £175 per day per student, (we do have a minimum number of students) depending upon the number of therapists needing training. We can discuss with you the training that you need and how much of that we can fit into a day. Please do not hesitate in contacting us to discuss your requirements. We offer our training/consultancy service to most of the South East of England as well as East Anglia. We can expand this area depending upon the services and number of therapists requiring our services. We try to be as flexible as possible with regards to the days and times we offer training sessions. We do have to allow for the travelling time to your salon; once we know your location we can give you the start and finish time of your course. We generally start courses between 9.30am – 10.30am finishing the day around 3.30pm – 4.30pm. Courses are Monday to Friday; again if weekend courses are required this is something we can discuss with you.
