Eligibility and Qualification of Bidders (A) Financial Capability (As per last Audited Annual Accounts) : (i) Net worth at the end end of last financial year shall not be less than Rs.14 (Fourteen) crores. (ii) The average yearly turnover during the last 3 financial years shall not be less than Rs.42 (Forty two) cro res. (iii) Bidders who are unable to fulfill the net worth criteria specified at A(i) above but have executed similar nature of work as mentioned below in (B) under vendor development programme of PGCIL recently, may be considered eligible for participation subject to submission of documents showing liquid asset of Rs.1 3 (Thirteen) crores. (B) Technical Capability and Experience : I. Bids must be submitted by a registered Company that on its its own meets all the qualifications , experience and requirements set forth in the bidding document. II. The bidder must have executed at least 1 (one) contract independently for EHV lines of 132 KV or above class having a length not less than 50 Km during last 5 years with complete survey, supply, erection and commissioning of the line on turnkey basis. (C) Manufacturing Capability : The bidder shall either have the manufacturing capability of his own plant or clear access to other manufacturing plant (supported by documents) with the yearly minimum manufacturing capacity of 3000 M/T and the minimum quantity of 1500 M/T manufactured during each of the last three years. Completion Time : (a) For line - 1: Total 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of placement of L.O.A and (b) For Line -2 & 3 : Total 12 (Twelve) months from the date of placement of L.O.A.
