Instructions: Create a paragraph of French using the past tense. You can take the first

part ‘Ce week-end’ and then continue the sentence by using something from each

column; perhaps plan it in English using the translation in the brackets underneath, and

then translate into French. I would suggest 2-3 sentences.

• In French, the past tense is formed by using two verbs.

The KS3 French Language Challenge:

My challenge to you, whilst we are not in-school, is

to complete as many of the activities from the

challenge sheet below as you can. The top ten

pupils from KS3, who complete the most and can

show evidence (think about how you can keep a log

of these and where), will receive a prize from Mr

Purslow when we are back in school!!
