Begin  to  relax  your  body.

As  I  guide  you  through  each  body  part,  I  want  you  to  just  feel  that  part  begin  to  relax.

In  order  to  help  you  relax,  I  want  you  to  imagine  yourself  in  a  beau0ful  meadow.

You  can  see  the  stars  coming  out,  making  liPle  points  of  light  in  the  sky,  and  the  moon  is  ligh0ng  up  the  grassy  meadow.

Nearby,  you  hear  the  hypno0c  sounds  of  a  bubbling  brook,  and  the  crickets  chirping  in  the  distance  seem  to  be  lulling  you  to  sleep.

As  you  relax  totally  and  completely,  you  no0ce  a  relaxing  white  light  just  above  your  head.

It’s  so  relaxing,  as  it  begins  to  descend  down  to  the  top  of  your  head,  

you  find  yourself  able  to  completely  relax…  

And  each  part  this  light  touches  just  helps  you  relax  deeper,  leQng  you  

relax  deeper  and  deeper  with  every  breath  you  take.

Allow  this  familiar  feeling  to  con0nue  relaxing  yourself  deeper  and  deeper.  Your  unconscious  knows  how  to  help  your  en0re  body

 to  relax  deeper.

Lowering  further  now,  it  begins  to  touch  your  forehead.

The  relaxa0on  comes  further  down  around  your  face…  

And  all  the  liPle  muscles  in  your  face  begin  to  relax  completely  and  totally…  

And  the  relaxa0on  moves  out  around  your  ears,  massaging  and  relaxing  them  as  you  relax  deeper,  deeper  and  deeper  s0ll…  

Completely  relaxed.

Completely  comfortable.

The  relaxa0on  con0nues  to  flow  through  your  body,  further  down…

And  you  can  feel  your  lower  jawbone  become  heavy.

As  you  feel  deeper  and  deeper  relaxed.

The  light  comes  further  down  to  the  back  of  your  neck  now,  down  around  the  shoulders…  

And  it  feels  like  the  weight  of  the  world  gets  liSed  off  your  shoulders,  and  you  let  them  drop  a  liPle  as  they  relax  completely,  totally,  and  easily.

And  as  you  do,  the  relaxa0on  seeps  into  your  backbone  and  begins  to  go  right  down  your  spine…  

Relaxing  out  to  the  sides  as  it  goes,  smoothing,  expanding,  relaxing  deeper  and  deeper  down…  

And  every  muscle,  every  fiber  of  your  being  begins  to  relax.

The  relaxa0on  seems  to  come  now  to  the  small  of  the  back,  and  down  further  around  your  waist  and  begins  to  relax  down  your  legs.

You  can  feel  that  warm  sensa0on  of  relaxa0on,  as  if  you’re  right  about  to  fall  asleep,  that  last  moment  of  consciousness  before  you’re  completely,  totally  relaxed…  

And  the  relaxa0on  goes  down  to  the  back  of  the  thigh  now,  through  your  knees,  around  your  legs,  encircling  and  relaxing  down  each  muscle  

as  it  goes  down  around  the  heel  of  your  foot…  

And  as  it  reaches  the  boPom  of  your  feet,  it  seems  to  spread,  relaxing  all  the  tension  you  didn’t  even  know  was  there  right  away,  leQng  it  just  

relax  right  away.

Each  and  every  toe  begins  to  relax  even  more,  and  more,  as  you  go  deeper,  deeper,  and  even  deeper.

Peaceful,  calm.

Relaxed  completely.

Now,  just  let  your  body  do  whatever  it  needs  to  do  in  order  to  double  your  relaxa0on.

ShiS  your  body  if  you  need  to,  and  let  it  sePle  down  even  more  relaxed  

than  you  just  were.

And  no0ce  that  relaxa0on,  s0ll  flowing  through  your  body…  

Relaxing  your  throat  and  tongue,  that  area  around  your  collar  bone,  and  drop  deeper  and  deeper  with  each  and  every  breath  you  take.

That  relaxing  light  seems  to  fill  your  whole  body  now,  flowing  down  the  

fronts  of  the  shoulders  and  relaxing  them  further…  

It  almost  seems  to  seek  out  any  area  that  isn’t  completely  and  totally  

relaxed  and  smoothes  it  out,  massages  it,  stretches  it  just  a  liPle  and  relaxes  away  all  the  tension  more  and  more…  

As  you  con0nue  to  relax,  the  light  flows  through  your  chest  and  finds  all  

those  liPle  areas  of  0ny  tension,  and  begins  to  relax  those  too…

Even  the  muscles  and  organs  within  your  chest  just  begin  to  relax.

And  the  stomach  and  abs  begin  to  relax  too,  just  leQng  your  body  sit  there.

And  you  may  feel  almost  as  if  you’re  floa0ng  on  this  warm  sensa0on  of  relaxa0on  as  it  goes  down  your  legs,  relaxing  the  thighs  completely  and  

totally…

Deeper  and  deeper,  relax  deeper,  and  you  con0nue  deeper,  and  even  

deeper  calm,  very,  very  relaxed.

And  now  that  you’re  here,  feeling  sooo  relaxed,  so  wonderful,  and  able  to  enjoy  yourself  in  total  relaxa0on.

Completely  relaxed  and  ready  to  learn  even  more…Go  ahead  and  remain  in  hypnosis.

Treasure  ChestWhile  relaxing  fully  and  completely,  it’s  0me  to  open  up  your  treasure  chest.

Put  any  stray  thoughts,  worries,  or  concerns  into  it.

As  you’ve  done  so  many  0mes  in  the  past.

Put  any  distrac0ng  or  unhelpful  thoughts  in  there  now.

I’ll  give  you  another  moment  to  put  it  all  away…

The  same  technique  we’ve  done  before.  

It  will  take  you  way  down,  deeper  into  hypnosis.

Let’s  begin  by  tensing  the  muscles  in  your  head,  face,  and  neck  area.

Tense  those  muscles  for  a  few  seconds…and  relax  completely.

Take  a  deep  breath  in  and  fully  relax.  Good.

Now  go  ahead  and  tense  the  muscles  from  the  top  of  your  head,  down  to  your  arms,  hands,  and  fingers.

Put  your  hands  into  fists  and  tense  all  of  those  muscles  now  for  just  a  few  seconds…  and  relax  completely.

Let  go  of  all  of  the  tension  now.

Allow  all  of  the  tension  to  dissipate,  as  your  body  fills  up  with  relaxa0on.

Good.

Let’s  do  it  again.

Tense  your  muscles  from  the  top  of  your  head,  down  to  the  0ps  of  your  fingers.

Also,  tense  your  chest  and  stomach  muscles  too.

Tense  all  of  those  muscles  for  a  few  seconds…  and  relax  completely.

Take  in  a  nice,  deep  breath.

It  feels  like  your  en0re  body  is  breathing  in  nice,  rich  oxygen…remaining  totally  calm,  comfortable,  and  relaxed.

Let’s  do  it  one  more  0me,  but  with  your  en0re  body.

Not  yet,  but  in  a  moment  we’re  going  to  tense  your  en0re  body.

When  you’re  finished,  you’re  going  to  go  way,  way,  down.

Way  deeper  into  hypnosis  than  you’ve  ever  known  yourself  to  be.

Your  unconscious  will  relax  down,  deeper,  and  faster  into  hypnosis  than  you’ve  ever  been  before.

Let’s  begin.

Go  ahead  and  tense  everything,  from  the  top  of  your  head,  down  to  the  

0ps  of  your  fingers,  down  to  your  chest,  stomach,  legs,  feet,  and  your  toes.

Tense  everything  for  a  few  seconds…  and  let  it  all  go.

Relax,  collapse,  and  go  down,  deeper  into  hypnosis.

Take  a  nice,  deep  breath  in…  and  out…  leQng  go  of  all  the  tension.

Allow  your  muscles  to  become  soSer  and  relaxed.

Your  body  feels  heavy,  like  a  big  rock,  as  it’s  going  way,  way  deeper  into  hypnosis  now.

Good.

Right  now,  as  you’re  in  hypnosis,  this  familiar  state  you  are  experiencing  

is  the  Alpha  State.

Let’s  go  even  deeper…  into  Theta.

other  people  can  bring  up  our  stuff.

things  to  you  that  you  might  not  totally  love  and  accept  about  yourself...  and  that’s  okay.  

I’d  like  to  suggest  to  your  unconscious  that  it’s  geQng  easier  for  you  to  

feel  love,  compassion,  and  forgiveness  for  yourself  and  others.  

Feel  whatever  wonderful  feelings  you’d  like  to  feel  toward  yourself  and  

others...  because  the  way  you  feel  only  affects  you,  really.  

It’s  your  life,  and  you’re  empowered  to  feel  all  the  pleasure  you  want  to  experience  in  this  world...

It’s  0me  for  you  to  get  even  bePer  at  mastering  your  body’s  level  of  

peace  and  relaxa0on.  

I’d  like  to  suggest  to  your  unconscious  that  you’re  geQng  bePer  and  

bePer  at  releasing  stress  every  single  day.  

A  lot  of  us  hold  onto  unnecessary  levels  of  stress.  

I’d  like  your  unconscious  to  imagine,  for  a  moment,  that  you  know  

which  parts  of  your  body  are  holding  onto  unnecessary  stress.  

I  don’t  know  what  that  stress  might  look  like  to  you...  perhaps  you  can  

imagine  they  are  liPle  black  bags  of  stress...  

Imagine  that  those  black  bags  of  stress  are  being  liSed  out  of  your  body  now.  

Allow  those  black  bags  of  stress  to  completely  disintegrate...  

and  replace  them  with  healing,  white  light.  

Your  unconscious  can  pretend  that  healing  white  light  is  filling  up  your  en0re  body,  from  the  crown  of  your  head,  down  to  the  0ps  of  your  toes...  

Completely  geQng  rid  of  those  black  bags  of  stress  now.

I’d  like  to  suggest  to  your  unconscious  that  you  take  this  a  step  deeper...  

and  for  now  on,  con0nuously  put  your  body  in  a  place  where  you’re  always  releasing  stress.  

You’re  geQng  bePer  and  bePer  at  constantly  releasing  stress  now.  

You’re  learning  how  to  con0nuously  release  stress  throughout  the  day....  and  replacing  it  with  healing,  white  light.  

Replace  it  with  healthy  amounts  of  peaceful,  confident  mo0va0on.  

Because  stress  serves  a  purpose.  

If  you  release  stress,  and  replace  it  with  the  posi0ve  benefits  that  it  serves,  like  mo0va0on  to  take  ac0on....  

You  can  let  go  of  all  the  nega0ve  aspects  of  it  that  were  hur0ng  your  

body.  

Your  body  is  learning  how  to  let  go  of  stress  immediately,  learn  from  it,

Control  Room  MiddleIn  your  control  room,  you  no0ce  a  panel  of  buPons  that  represent  all  

the  wonderful  feelings  you’d  like  to  feel.  

We’ll  get  to  those  in  a  moment.  

First,  to  really  ensure  those  buPons  work,  look  under  that  panel  of  buPons,  and  no0ce  that  down  there  on  the  floor  you  see  a  power  strip.  

This  power  strip  is  long,  and  has  all  sorts  of  cords  around  it.  

Some  are  plugged  in,  and  some  aren’t.  

Conveniently,  all  of  the  cords  are  labeled.  

No0ce  something  you  haven’t  seen  before...  the  cord  labeled  ‘Stress’  is  plugged  in.  

Go  down  to  that  cord,  and  unplug  it.  

Do  it  now...  and  no0ce...  your  body  no  longer  has  the  power  to  generate  stress.  

Excellent  work.  

No0ce  a  few  more  plugs  that  aren’t  plugged  in  yet,  things  like  ‘Peace’  and  ‘Relaxa0on’....  

Take  the  one  labeled  ‘Relaxa0on,’  and  plug  it  into  where  ‘Stress’  used  to  be.  

Go  ahead  and  plug  in  some  more  relaxing  feelings...  find  the  cord  that  says  ‘Peace’  and  plug  it  in.  

And  no0ce  how  much  more  peace  you  feel  inside  your  body…

All  of  these  cords  represent  different  aspects  of  Peace  and  Relaxa0on...  

I’ll  give  you  a  moment  to  plug  in  all  the  ones  you  want...  and  unplug  any  

you  don’t  want....  Good.

Now  you  can  imagine  you’re  geQng  up,  and  looking  at  that  panel  we  discussed  earlier.  

This  panel  has  an  array  of  buPons  that  represent  even  more  wonderful  

feelings  you  love  to  feel.  

These  buPons  are  responsible  for  giving  you  an  overall  sense  of  well-­‐

being.  

Go  ahead  and  press  those  buPons,  giving  you  all  of  the  wonderful  feelings  you’d  like  to  feel  right  now.  

The  buPons  say  things  like:  ‘Joy’,  ‘Harmony’,  ‘Passion’,  ‘Mo0va0on’,  ‘Confidence’...  just  to  name  a  few.  

Allow  your  unconscious  to  fill  in  the  rest.  

I’ll  give  you  another  moment  to  press  the  rest  of  the  buPons  that  are  giving  you  all  of  the  pleasurable  feelings  you’d  like  to  feel  throughout  

your  life...  

That’s  right.

Let’s  go  to  another  sec0on  of  your  control  room.  

Here  you  see  some  dials  that  have  the  poten0al  to  balance  out  your  life.  

No0ce  the  dials  say  things  like,  ‘Physical  Strength’,  ‘Mental  Strength’  ‘Emo0onal  Strength’,  and  ‘Spiritual  Strength’.  Start  to  slowly  turn  those

Control  Room  EndAnd  go  ahead  and  turn  any  other  switches,  flip  any  other  levers,  or  set  any  dials  you  need  to  in  order  to  fulfill  your  inten0on  completely.

As  you  do,  you  may  no0ce  a  0ngling  sensa0on  in  your  body  as  the  changes  sePle  into  place.

Your  body  will  send  you  some  kind  of  posi0ve  signal  in  order  to  let  you  

know  it’s  listening,  it’s  working,  and  that  it  loves  you.

Your  unconscious  mind  loves  your  guidance.

And  it  lives  to  serve  you.

Go  ahead  and  take  as  much  or  as  liPle  0me  as  you  like  in  the  next  few  minutes…  

And  move  those  dials  in  whatever  way  is  the  healthiest  and  most  appropriate  for  your  inten0on.
