What and How do we do it

We provide an analytical predictive tool to help any organization or institution in choosing the right candidates and in placing them in the most suitable position that suits their talent, potential and personality. We may also help a person in knowing and understanding his or her characters and personality better, hence an understanding of what need to be done to improvise and to better oneself.

All these are via tellnsearch.com where we provide psychometric test and a lot of analytical data in a user friendly and easy to use system. The system is known as personality analytical tool or PAT.

Who are we

We are a team of young entrepreneurs and computer engineers who are very passionate in understanding the issue of talent and potential and have been working for the past 2 years in creating a system that may help in solving and understanding the issue. Under the eye of a clinical psychologist (we may put or not prof’s name) and a few researchers, we were ableto create this PAT system and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) has chosen us and had used the system in choosing students to their university and also in choosing their workforce.
