Tele Conference Guide
OverviewIf you have a Smartphone or Tablet there is no need
to Dial In
• Traditional dial in Teleconference Services are under significant demand USE the APP• Only Dial in via a landline or you phone on mobiles is you cant use the App
• If you have a Chrome / Firefox / Opera browser on you PC / Laptop / MacBook you can use https://Meet.Jit.Si
• IT are working on getting Chrome to Trust Laptops/Desktops
• To enable phone only dial in the host as a minimum must be using the APP or https://Meet.Jit.Si or dial in will not work.
• If no one is on the App or https://Meet.Jit.Si the conference will close
• This guide will show you how to install and set up a video conference.

Creating a Conference Room for Regular Meetings
• Create a sensible and meaningful name
• Click on Create/Join
Conference Room Controls
• Mute on/off
• End clinic
• Video on/off
• MORE INFO (Inviting to Conference)
• You can have video on if you wish

• Send to yourself
Conference Invitation Step 5
• Create a normal recurrent outlook meeting
• Copy and paste the invite you sent to your NHS Mail
• Before you meeting request ensure the Dial-In number is
• 0121 468 3154
• Send meeting request
• You now have a permanent conference room
• Same Steps from web browser meeting info
Joining a ConferenceOpen Outlook Calander on your smartphone
• Touch to open
• Touch to join
Adhoc Meetings are exactly the same just create a new room each time
Android & Apple
• Use Messages and add all attendees form contact or add numbers manually
• Press Send
• Open SMS and touch link to join
Alternate Adhoc invitation if all attendees have a smartphone
