It is a fantasc opportunity for us to reflect on the high quality teaching and learning which occurs at our school. We have also been conducng regular tours on Friday mornings at 10am which have been heavily aended throughout the year. It is a pleasure to take parents and fu- ture students through our classrooms to observe the learning which is happening in such posive and supporve environ- ments. UNITED CHILDREN CHILD CARE AND KINDERGARTEN This year we have been forming a partnership with Julie at United Children Child Care and Kindergarten across the road from our school in Bailey Street. Their kindergarten students have visited our school and we will connue to invite them to events which will suit both our needs and interests. On Wednesday 31 st May at 7PM, they will be conducng an in- formaon session which we will also be parcipang in. If you are interested in finding out more informaon about their organisaon, please call 5241 2939 to register your aendance. ATHLETICS It is finally me for our Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 students to parci- pate in the athlecs carnival this Friday at John Landy Ath- lecs Field. We are very excited for the students and wish them the best of luck compeng against Mandama and Bel- mont Primary Schools. The events will commence at 9:45AM and conclude with relays at 2:10PM. NO ASSEMBLY We would just like to remind our community that we have cancelled the assembly this Friday due to the Year 3-6 ath- lecs. Thank you for understanding. Furthermore, our classes are also preparing weekly presentaons which cover a range of excing learning experiences. DIVISION CROSS COUNTRY This Tuesday we have ten students who have qualified for the division cross country at Eastern Gardens. We would like to wish Mitchel Chappell, Lynee Corona-Sanchez, Nathan Harper, Riley Hutchins, Malda Lewis, Leyla Ball-Manzur, Harry Watson, Emily Donovan, Chloe Adams and Daisy Wil- son all the best for their events and would also like to thank the parents and volunteers who are supporng our students and school too. Good luck and we hope you all enjoy com- peng at the division level.
