TECPROENG is headquartered in Angola, Cape Verde, Lisbon, Macau, Mozambique, São

Tomé and Principe, and Timor founded in 1973 by partners with extensive international

experience in the fields of consulting, services and projects since the 70s, in the areas of

planning and construction.

TECPROENG has multidisciplinary competence, especially for the execution of

environmental projects and studies, planning and urbanism, landscape architecture, civil

engineering and special structures, infrastructures, interior design, communication design,

management and supervision of construction and real estate valuation.

TECPROENG has a working curriculum, accumulated by its partners, which proves its

capacity and reliability with clients from public, institutional and private sector. They have as a

main objective the success of projects in which it participates, by carrying out their work

independently and under the guidance and coordination of its technical directory.

Being aware of the growing market requirements and the sophistication of the solutions, we

rely, whenever projects warrant, the external collaboration of specialized technicians, being

able to respond timely, effectively and rigorous to all requests in the field of construction.

experiência internacional nos âmbitos da consultoria, serviços e projectos desde a década

de 70, nas áreas do ordenamento do território e da construção.

A TECPROENG tem competência multidisciplinar, em especial para a execução de

projectos e estudos de ambiente, planeamento e urbanismo, arquitectura, paisagismo,

engenharia civil, estruturas especiais, infra-estruturas, design de interiores e de

comunicação, gestão e fiscalização de obras, e avaliação pericial de imobiliário.

A TECPROENG tem competência para elaborar nesta especialidade planos e projectos de

âmbitos e escalas de intervenção alargados, desde o planeamento regional e urbano ao

Os projectos que realizamos atendem às potencialidades e condicionantes naturais do

existentes, e às características e objectivos das pessoas a que se destinam.

Aplicamos critérios exigentes em termos de qualidade formal e ambiental e induzimos a

No campo da arquitectura paisagista em que nos movemos, cruzam-se várias disciplinas,

desde o urbanismo, à arquitectura e engenharias, ao design, artes plásticas e outros, mas o

centro é inequivocamente ocupado pelas pessoas, porque é para elas que projectamos

novas paisagens, e por elas que defendemos o património natural e cultural dos territórios.

TECPROENG has skills to elaborate plans and projects in different scopes and scales of

intervention in this area, ranging from the regional and urban planning to projection of public

and private spaces, from historic sites to contemporary landscapes.

The projects we carry out incorporate the natural potentials and restrictions of the territory in

conjunction with its respective surrounding contexts, the different prevailing social and

cultural dynamics and the characteristics and objectives of end users. We implement

demanding criteria in terms of formal and environmental quality and nurture the value of the

surrounding areas, seeking to foster new opportunities for recreation and leisure.

In the field of landscape architecture in which we operate, various fields of expertise are

involved, ranging from urbanism, architecture and engineering through to design, the visual

arts etc. However, the focus unquestionably remains upon people, as it is for them that we

conceive and plan new landscapes and for them we defend the natural and cultural heritage

of territories.

ESTRUTURA

A TECPROENG realiza projectos de estruturas nas suas mais variadas vertentes, de

obras particulares a edifícios públicos, de órgãos hidráulicos complexos a bibliotecas e

hotéis.

Ao longo da sua existência tem tido presença com sucesso em vários concursos públicos,

sendo de realçar as vertentes ligadas ao ensino e a museus.

Outra vertente onde tem desenvolvido a sua actuação é a da reabilitação e recuperação de

estruturas, seja em edifícios pombalinos, seja em edifícios de génese mais recente.

A sua actividade possui ainda um vector de internacionalização com projectos de grande

dimensão desenvolvidos em Cabo Verde e Angola.

Colabora ainda com gabinetes estrangeiros, provenientes nomeadamente da Alemanha,

Angola, Espanha, EUA e Itália.

TECPROENG performs structural projects in their most varied aspects, from private

construction to public buildings, from complex hydraulic organs to libraries and hotels.

Along its long existence it has been successfully present in various public tenders, and

aspects connected to education and museums should be specially highlighted.

Another aspect in which it has developed its performance is of rehabilitation and recovery

of structures, both in ancient buildings as well as in more recent ones.

Its activity also has an international scope with huge projects developed in Cape Verde and

Angola.

It still collaborates with foreign offices, especially from Germany, Angola, Spain, the USA

and Italy.
