GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The Tecnocercos system is a safe, translucent, self-supporting, durable, aesthetic and quick to install solution for perimeter closures in road, industrial, commercial and mining projects, as well as for the housing market as live fencing. The system has a high versatility because it can be installed on hillsides and uneven terrain – following a prior technical evaluation.

Tecnocercos is a system that is manufactured based on wire drawing and hot galvanized steel. It comprises lightweight elements, and it has a high resistance to earthquakes and earthworks. At the same time, its mechano-type installation guarantees a fast and efficient installation and transport process.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS

The Tecnocercos solution is manufactured under high quality standards, as the posts counts on the A-42-27 ES and A-37-24 ES certifications, and the modular panels have the NCh 218.Of 77, NCh 1173.Of 77 and NCh 1174 standards certifications. This solution is made of AT56-50H steel which has been cold rolled and has a yield limit of 5000kg / cm2. Translucent closure acording to ICAO international standard.

The system can incorporate arms to arrange barbed wires or electric fences, as well as doors and gates.

It is made of 5mm thick galvanized and/or painted wire. This wire is put vertically and crossed horizontally by reinforcements and ribs which allows a horizontal advance of 2.5 meters.

Metal posts or wood logs

Steel profiles according to mesh to be installed; accessories and/or complements that help to attach them with base plates when embedded according to the terrain where it will be installed. If required, it may have metal arms for holding barbed and concertina wires at the upper end.

INSTALACIÓN

1. Para la instalación de los postes para mallas Eurofence® 3D, RGM recomienda instalar los posted a una distancia de 2,53 m a eje.

2. Se construye un poyo de concreto de 45 cm de ancho por 40 cm de alto.

3. Se instala el poste en el poyo de concreto, con el espárrago en forma perpendicular y con 30 cm de profundidad.

• PASO 2: INSTALACIÓN DE MALLAS

1. Los paneles se unen a los postes por

la malla y se remacha.

2. En las esquinas de 90º se usan las dos caras del poste.

Una vez instalados los postes se puede continuar con la instalación de la malla Eurofence

Jumbo Attachments

1. For the installation of the Eurofence® 3D posts for meshes, RGM recommends installing them at a distance of 2.53 m from axis.
