Hiwave was founded in 1998 by Haewoon Lee, who had been working as an engineer in the various fields of electronics engineering such as RF/MW, broadcasting equipment and radio navigations. Technology is changing rapidly. The first generation of personal radio, which you might have all forgotten about, was about the size of a shoe box. The cellular phone that used to be merely capable of voice conversation has now million times of traffic capacity, enabling worldwide communication at any time. We are all proud to contribute to change that will lead to a better life for human in the phase of revolutionary technology change. Hiwave has been a leader in the market of such items as WCDMA transceiver, 5.8GHz/ITS transceiver, components for the air force radars, cellular repeaters and UHF RFID reader module.
