For someone looking to gain familiarity in the advanced world of technology, what types of personalities or learning styles work best?First and foremost, an open mind. I believe that goes

far beyond just gaining familiarity with technology. Learning something new for the first time can be extremely frustrating, and you can’t get that sense of helplessness. I do my best to assure students and teachers that, in time, they’ll catch on.”
