Vendor to confirm that as per SEC requirement all necessary drawing/documents will be provided during detailed engineering stage. 4 Load and No load loss Vendor to confirm that the offered Load and No load loss of transformer is in-line with IEC 60076-1 or IEEE C57.12.00 standard, please confirm 5 Noise level As per my NEMA TR-1 the allowed Noise level max. is 56dBA, please confirm 6 Type of Grounding revise the type of grounding, as per PTS vendor shall provide the resistive for Station Service Transformer. 7 Short circuit withstand level Please consider Short circuit withstand level as per PTS., Vendor has to specify Isc for both HV & LV. 8 Flux density As per our understanding the max. flux density@100% rated voltage is 1.75 tesla, Please clarify 9 Drin & Filter Valves Please confirm the proposed Drin & Filter Valves are approved by SEC. 10 Minimum pressure (vacuum) Minimum pressure (vacuum) withstand without permanent deformation for 30 minutes is applicable for rigid body tank only, Please clarify. 11 oil level indicator As per the 51-TMSS-01 (page 09 of 21), the required Scale range of oil level indicator is Min – 25 deg C – Max., Please clarify 12 MCCB on LV Box As per 53-TMSS-01, Rev-01, MCCB to be considered on at LV side of transformer, please confirm the same considered in your offer. 13 Impedance The Impedance as per PTS, Please confirm 14 oil level indicator As per 51-TMSS-01, Rev.01 “the indicator shall have a dark face dial with light markings and light colour indicating pointer”, please confirm NGSA approval for the same. 15 Calculation Please provide the necessary calculation As per latest revision of 51TMSS-01 & TES-P-119-35 (i.e. Short circuit calculation etc.) 16 Tap Position Vendor has to confirm and specify the highest primary voltage of tap position s 17 Secondary Neutral Bushing Vendor shall confirm the BIL for lv neutral bushing as Per 01-TMSS-01 18 List of drawing required Oil level indicator, Over Pressure vent, Gate Valve with sampling , Filter valve, Roller assembly, name plate, caution plate, Danger plate, painting procedure, HV & LV bushing, HV & LV cable box assembly, HV spade, Foundation details. 19 Secondary Cable Termination Clause 4.5 Vendor shall revise the provide the type of termination 20 General Vendor shall provide Clause by clause compliance of 51-TMSS-01 & 01-TMSS-01/R1.
