Silver Belle of the Month:
Deanna Gibson My Thirty-One Story
I was what Thirty-One affectionately calls a “kitnapper.” I actually saw Thirty-One on Facebook, clicked on the link and instantly fell in love with the products. I put my name in as a home office lead and two women contacted me – but Libby Aulenbach called me almost instantaneously and once I spoke with her knew she was the one for me! So I joined to get the stuff cheap. Then my kit came and within a few minutes of opening the box my
perspective of what I would do with Thirty-One changed. You see my close friend Melanie Altman was there and when I opened the box and when she saw the stuff she said “I’ll do a party for you.” I thought to myself “Huh…well okay. I guess I’ll just see where this goes.” Before I knew it I was having amazing sales and helping with my family income and expenses!
After a few months and having a few DreamBuilders on my team – I went to Regional Conference and I walked away pumped and ready to really grow my business! One hint was to sit down and write goals for the business. So I to Regional Conference and I walked away pumped and ready to really grow my business! One hint was to sit down and write goals for the business. So I got home and wrote down my goal of becoming a director before my one-year anniversary (September) and I just promoted this month! It amazes me and excites me. I am thrilled I am helping women change their life and changing my life also. Special thanks to Libby and the entire team – I would not be here without all the support!
Where I see myself in Five Years “I want Cindy’s job” LOL! Not really.. I guess I just want to build my
business and continue to grow. In five years one of my children will be going to college and I want to be able to help pay for college OR pay the tuition all together!”
Three Suggestions to any New DreamBuilder Do not let any opportunity to share Thirty-One slip you by. Talk the
business and seize opportunities. Show your enthusiasm and be pumped when you talk about Thirty-
One. People will hear your enthusiasm and want to share it with you! Use your products everyday! Have your kids use their products, have
loved ones share the products and help you!
Tip of the Month &
Website of the Month Setting Your Goals http://www.settingyourgoals.com/index.html
Every person in the world devotes countless hours to thinking of their future and their present situation in life. Almost everyone wishes that there was something that they could change in their life. Whether it is their family life; their friendships; relationships or finances, everyone wants to change something. The first step to doing that is to set goals. However, many of us are great at trying to set goals; most of us are practically incapable The first step to doing that is to set goals. However, many of us are great at trying to set goals; most of us are practically incapable of following through with them.
Think about it. How many times have you decided on a course of action and simply didn’t follow through with it? That is pretty much the norm for most people. Sometimes even setting goals at all is the harder part of accomplishing any. The easiest way of looking at this is to think of each and every New Year. The largest part of New Year’s celebrations are not the parties and the get-togethers; it is actually in the resolutions.
As much as we all like to attend and talk about New Years Eve parties, the most common source of conversation is the resolutions for the new year. All it really is- is code talk for new goals that need to be set. The only problem is that most of us set the same resolutions every year, and every year, we are unsuccessful. After all, if we were successful; why would we need to keep making the same resolutions year after year?
Set your goals and next year your resolution will be a totally different one!
