• Teams (school teams and Ops/Exec) should be sitting together

• Reflect (individually) – 5min– Think about the best Ops-Team Site Visit you

were a part of in the last few years – What made that meeting effective?

Successful??– Jot down as many characteristics/group

dynamics that you think contributed to these feelings of belonging/success

– Do the same, but thinking about the WORST one…

– Do the same for your site-team weekly meetings
