The International Shared Service Center placed in Cluj-Napoca is looking for:

Team Leader Accounts Payable with Swedish and English language skills Location: Cluj-Napoca Type: Full Time Experience required: Mid Level (+ 3 years)

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for in-time and in-quality service delivery of Accounts Payable Team

- Reviews service delivery performance and initiates measures to improve performance of the team

- Ensures compliance with process framework - including policy - and customer specific procedures in Team

- Executes quality control, approval, and spot checks for the work in the team

- Ensures problem solving for complex issues / questions in the team

- Acts as escalation receiver for customer requests

- Manages employees of Accounts Payable Team

- Constantly monitors performance of team and acts as a role model for service orientation.

- Ensuring resource allocation to work in an effective way

- Communicating regularly with internal business clients, maintaining good relationships to ensure quality work

Requirements:

- University Degree (preferably Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting); professional certifications are an advantage

- + 2 years experience as a Team Leader (relevant Shared Service Center experience is an advantage) - Advanced level in Swedish and English, written and verbal skills - Strong people management skills; good command of motivation and team building techniques - Very good knowledge of MS Office products, ERP system knowledge is an advantage - Good Communication Skills - Familiar with relevant accounts payable processing and tax requirements - Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure - Very attentive to details, organized person - Strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends
