teacher trains with real situation that are face in a work in publics schools.

That is why teaching practice is a fundamental process of formation for new

teachers. In this document it will find some reflection about my teaching

practice process. Some explanations about the process that I follow to develop

my teaching practice. Another important point is how the teachers use

technology to create a meaningful learning in their students who are the

future professional educated by us. It is also an explanation of the use the e-

portfolio as tool new tendency of teaching.

Reflection of the Teaching Practice course

To become a teacher, a person needs to through many stages such as

classes focus on teacher- interaction, how to deal with physiological or

attitude problems and all the aspects involve in the interaction with people,

classes related with method to teach, tools that will be need them in the

teaching- learning process. All those classes just help the people to realize the

path that they are taking. At this moment I am focusing in the teacher that I

want to become, during this subject I realize that become an excellent English

teacher needs more preparation and commitment that I though. (Goverment)

Reflecting in my attitude about the subject and things that I expected

from learning the process, I realize that every day you learn things and you

can give more than what you think. At beginning, it was hard that I wanted

to give up because I felt like I was no ready to continuo with all of the

homework and responsibilities that were assigned in the course. Even

though, I did not give up, I am still trying to overcome that process,

sometime doing my best effort sometimes being so tired to even try it, but at

this moment I just think that never I might give up, the most difficult

challenges to overcome are the ones who teach us great lessons of life,

because these are which prepare me for my professional life.

Critical Reflection of the Teaching Practice

The hardest part of the teaching practice was to deal with lack of the

interest that most of the students present for learning English; another

situation that was really difficult was to give instruction in English, the

students were so used to those English classes were translation exercises that

they did it automatically. Even though, pushing the students to change their

mind about how to learn English can be funny and meaningful, it was biggest

challenge. To make the students feel more comfortable acquiring the

language, I decided to use all types of techniques to make them learn English

with realia and make them to realize that learning second language is useful

    for they life. (EDUCATION)

In this countries where English is hardly used, and a native speaker is

almost impossible to find, students never get immersed in the sounds of the

language because they grow up in Spanish-speaking country. This means that

students use and learn the language just in the classroom, which is why

creating an English environment, it is so important for new English teacher

and moreover for who is learning how to teach and earning the experience to

    do it (365)

Although, not all the teaching practice was hard, I learned a lot of

things and enjoyed all the process of teaching. Going into place where you

want to show what an awesome teacher you are is a excited process because

as new teacher all the knowledge and techniques to teach are fresh and that

aspects helps to create a good teaching practice.

The questions that I need to wonder are what am I learn? What I need

to change? What need to improve? What I did good to continue doing?

Maybe I will not able to determine all the aspects for each question but what I

am pretty sure that I have to change is that I have push the students to speak

English all the time, not force them but encourage them to do it the major

time that is possible .one aspect that I think is my best quality is to create a

friendship environment, student truth on my to share thing and ask

    questions.

Systematization of the Teaching Practice Process

The Systematization of Experiences, a whole process where steps need

to be follow, for example: the first thing that should be taken into account in

the process of teaching a new language; where the only interaction that

students will have it will be the classroom, their peers and the teacher; it will

be those expectations that I as a teacher will have for my students; the

achievements what I want from them to learn during the process and how

they will learn the language. In addition, The second aspect to be taken intoaccount in the process for teaching English language are the objectives of the

process employed to carry out the macro skills, the methods and techniques

that were employed to ensure the success of the goals that are planned for the

students and also show them that they can enjoy learning the language in real

and usable form to use it in a world where a second language is a tool for

successful professional life or even use it to communicate with another in

others countries where English is spoken. (Education)

In my case the systematization process was the following:

Program from MINED Syllabus for the classes Outline of the activities Planning the time for the activities Lesson plans

When I began to analyze the programestablished for MINED, I realize

that most of the topics do not match between them. Even though it was what

I used to teach in the practice. At that moment the most difficult part was to

create the syllabus focus on the macro skillslistening, speaking, reading and

writing. After create the syllabus the next step is design the outline, which

was the part where teachers can define all the activities that will be use

during the course, depending of the topics that will be developing, those

activities are important to make plan all the material and all the sources that

were use, moreover, the signed a planning allow the teacher to think the best

to organize the activities, in addition, it is the process to schedule the entire

activities course, including dates for each activity. As the last part of the

systematization process is the creation of the lesson plans, designing eachlesson plan allows the teacher to think how the class is going to be developed,

it is a very useful because is an important artifacts. All those artifacts help me

a lot to develop my teaching practice because they were guides lines to

achieve the goals and follow a process already design. (discover)

E-portfolio approach including the new learning environment in the ELT

An e-portfolio is an electronic format for learners or teachers with records

their work, their achievements and goals, to reflect on their learning, and to share

and be supported in this. It enables learners to represent the information in differentformats and to take the information with them between institutions. The use e-

portfolio is a necessary tools because is a according with the new tendency in

education, where blogs and social net are used to share the digital document.

Without reflections, eportfolios are merely a cumulative collection of work. In

order to achieve the full benefits of eportfolios, it is essential to train learners to

reflect on their work. Reflection includes identification of an issue, hypothesis of

the reason for its occurrence, analysis of related information, and changes.

Technology provides opportunities for online activities, and it has become an

integral part of learning and teaching process. Technology based on learning,

allows the students to be their own monitor. Most of the students are

interest in social media and virtual world learning. As an educator we need

to adopt this approach to develop in the classes with our students or even to

create a technological environment. In addition portfolios provide the

opportunity of collaboration, online feedback, updating, and networking.

The e-portfolio can be used for different purpose and thats why are

divided in three categories, which are: student e-portfolios, teacher e-

    portfolio and institutional e portfolio,

The student portfolio allows students to reflect about their personal

developments by organizing learning materials and even use overhead an

computer to present it. The teacher portfolio is collection of material and

reflections use it, in a teaching process this allows the teacher to collect the

evidence of the course improvement. On the other hand, the institutional

portfolio is use to as the same as the students and teacher portfolio but

difference is that it use it to can verify that its standards are achieve or are

accordance with its philosophy and mission. (eHow)

The use of e-portfolios in ELT can be assigned in three different

formats: Development, assessment or showcase. (Portfolio.) Each one of these

has a different purpose in the classroom, for example: development e-

portfolio demonstrate the advancement and development of student skills

over a period of time. The assessment e-portfolio demonstrates student

competence and skill for well-defined areas and the last, the showcase e-

portfolio demonstrate exemplary work and student skills. It does not mare

with e-portfolio is use in ELT the important aspect here is to use technology

and en teaching process of a second language.

In ELT sharing information and interact with students or with otherteachers, it is an important part of the process making it more interesting, but

it is mainly in the use of technology to teach what make classes more

interesting, obtain better results and day by day. To look for new tools to

improve it the daily challenge for the teacher. Basically the e-portfolio in ELT

it is just another tool what is use the actual education system to create and

share in digital world that exist now.

How to deal with the use technology in a school or place of work but there

is not Technology in the classroom

There is nothing as challenging as getting students engagement andholding their attention. Today's students are multitasked and can hardly

maintain a long concentration. They can easily get bored and therefore

disconnected. There are many ways you can fight off this problem: Use

interesting educational games and activities, use technology and multimedia

resources. New technologies have changed teaching and learning in a

number of ways from graphing calculators to online lesson plans including

social pages to interact with the students. Nowadays, technology is all

around the world, you cannot omit from environment of the students, so it is

essential to teach them how to use it to learn a new language, Cell phoneswith access to computer , Smart phones ,Wii fi speakers , tablets and iPod are

some of sources that most of the students have access. Teach them to apply

for classes imply that teachers need to learn before, educational technologies

can help the students access to amount of information in new and exciting

ways. In fact, one would be pages to test the knowledge or apps on the phone

    like duo lingo. (AIR.org)

Although, there has been a strong push to get educational technology

into the hands of teachers and students, many obstacles to implementation

still exist. Equipment may not be placed in easily accessible locations.Hardware and software often pose problems for teachers in the classroom,

and just-in-time technical support may be unavailable. Teachers may lack the

time and the motivation to learn technology skills. Professional development

activities may not provide ongoing, hands-on training for teachers or

practical strategies for implementing technology into lesson plans.

My plan to teach with technology is to use my own technological

devices to help the students to learn such speakers and computer to make

them hear songs in English or conversations from nativesspeakers to show

and encourage them to acquire the same pronunciation instead just make

them to make repetitions base on my pronunciation. Another action that I

will implement is to teach the students to use their cellphone to academic

purposes such as assigning homework where they need to recording

themselves to proof that they are using their cell to pronounce or talk in the

target language. May there will be not internet on the school but they can

internet on their cellphone show them that use it in the right will help them to

increase their learning will be one of my goals. There some school with have

computers but not internet one way to use it is to bring the information in a

USB to install in the computer ad use the technological device. Technologies

can enable students to become more active and independent learners.

computers are not only use to teach English but also can be used in

collaboration for all subjects, but teachers have to take into account the

different styles of teaching depending the topic and the area.

Deal with this issue involves teacher creativity, everything can be

solve but it need a lot of commitment from both part teacher provides the

sources and students provides their motivation. As Abraham Lincoln once

said Love the job you do and you will never have to work a day ". What

students learn have to useful for their life and what a teacher teaches has to

be sometime relevant to the new world that the new generation will live

    Conclusion

And finally I can conclude that it is necessary make a reflection after

each teaching process because it is necessary to reflect about what I do? What

should I improve? Because it is necessary to answers all those questions,

because I never stop learning and every process has to increase my

knowledge. Nowadays there are amount of tools that make the education

become more relevant for the new generation , now education has change a

lot from what we met so new teachers have to change too. E-portfolio

approach, paper portfolio all the documents that I learned to do will help my

own professional development in which I add all the technological devices

that I use to teaching practice I both places in the school and in the class.
