    1 Phm vi p dng

    1.1 Tiu chun ny quy nh phng php xc nh n nh, do Marshall ca b tng nha sdng nha ng c (vit tt l BTN) c c ht ln nht danh nh (theo sng vung) khng vt

    qu 19,0 mm;1.2 Tiu chun ny cng quy nh phng php xc nh n nh, do Marshall ci tin i viBTN c c ht ln nht danh nh ln hn 19,0 mm nhng khng vt qu 37,5 mm.

    2 Thut ng v nh ngha

    Tiu chun ny s dng cc thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    2.1 n nh Marshall (Marshall Stability)

    Gi tr lc nn ln nht t c khi th nghim mu BTN chun (mu hnh tr ng knh 101,6mm, chiu cao 63,5 mm) trn my nn Marshall, n v tnh l kilniutn (kN). Trng hp mu cchiu cao khc 63,5 mm th hiu chnh xc nh n nh Marshall.

    2.2 do Marshall (Marshall Flow)

    Bin dng ca mu BTN trn my nn Marshall ti thi im xc nh n nh Marshall, n v tnhl milimt (mm).

    Gi tr lc nn ln nht t c khi th nghim mu BTN ci tin chun (mu hnh tr ng knh152,4 mm, chiu cao 95,2 mm) trn my nn Marshall, n v tnh l kilniutn (kN). Trng hpmu c chiu cao khc 95,2 mm th hiu chnh xc nh n nh Marshall ci tin.

    2.4 do Marshall ci tin (Modified Marshall Flow)

    Bin dng ca mu BTN trn my nn Marshall ti thi im xc nh n nh Marshall ci tin,n v tnh l milimt (mm).

    3 Xc nh n nh, do Marshall

    3.1 Nguyn tcMu BTN hnh tr c kch thc quy nh c ngm trong b nc n nhit trong iu kin xc nhv nhit , thi gian v sau c nn n ph hu trn my nn Marshall. Xc nh gi tr lcnn ln nht v bin dng mu cng thi im tnh n nh, do Marshall.

    3.2 Thit b, dng c

    3.2.1 My nn Marshall bao gm cc b phn chnh: khung my, kch gia ti, thit b o lc v ngh o bin dng ca mu (xem Hnh 1).

    Hnh 1 - My nn Marshall

    3.2.1.1 B phn gia ti c tc gia ti khng i trong qu trnh th nghim l 50,8 mm/min.

    3.2.1.2 Thit b o lc c chnh xc n 10 daN, s dng vng ng bin hoc u o lc load cellc di o ph hp.

    3.2.1.3 ng h o bin dng c chnh xc n 0,01 mm (xem Hnh 2).

    3.2.2 B khun c mu gm cc khun kim loi hnh tr rng c ng knh trong 101,6 mm 0,2mm, khun v khun dn (xem Hnh 3).

    Hnh 3 - Khun c mu

    3.2.3 Ba m bng kim loi, c b mt m hnh trn, phng, c trng lng 4536 g 9 g. Chiu caori t do ca ba l 457 mm2 mm (xem Hnh 4).

    3.2.4 B m hnh tr bng g kch thc 203 mm x 203 mm x 457 mm c bt u bng bn thpkch thc 305 mm x 305 mm x 25 mm. G lm b m c th l g thng hoc loi g khc vi khilng th tch kh t 0,67 g/cm3 n 0,77 g/cm3. B g c neo thng ng trn sn b tng cngbi 4 bn thp gc.

    3.2.5 B g gi khun c c gn vi b m c tc dng nh v tm ca khun c mu trngvi tm ca b m, gi b khun c mu khng dch chuyn trong qu trnh m to mu.

    3.2.6 B phn nn mu gm hai vnh thp mt tr trn bn knh mt trong tip xc vi mu l50,8mm (xem Hnh 5).

    Hnh 5 B phn nn mu

    3.2.7 Dng c tho mu gm khung thp, a thp v kch. a thp hnh tr c chiu dy ti thiu 13mm, ng knh 100 mm c dng truyn lc t kch ln b mt mu, tng mu ra khi khunm (xem Hnh 6).

    3.2.8 T sy c b phn iu khin nhit vi chnh xc ti thiu l 3oC, c th duy tr nhit ti 300oC.

    3.2.9 Thit b trn BTN: c th trn bng my hoc bng tay vi chu trn c dung tch ph hp to ra hn hp ng nht trong khong thi gian yu cu.

    3.2.10 Thit b gia nhit: s dng bp nung, bn ct, n hng ngoi hoc cc thit b ph hp cung cp nhit cho chu trn nhm duy tr nhit ca BTN trong sut qu trnh trn. Trong trnghp s dng bp nung, cn trnh s tip xc trc tip gia bp nung v chu trn khng gy qunhit cc b.

    Hnh 6 - Dng c tho mu

    3.2.11 B n nhit: c th duy tr nhit ca nc trong b 60 oC 1 oC. B n nhit c chiu

    su ti thiu l 150 mm v 230 mm tng ng khi th nghim mu Marshall thng thng v muMarshall ci tin, b c gi mu nm cch y b 50 mm.

    3.2.12 Khay dng gia nhit cho ct liu.

    3.2.13 Dng c cha nha ng nng: bt s, bt thu tinh, cc m, hp tn...

    3.2.14 Bay trn, thanh gt.

    3.2.15 Nhit k xc nh nhit ct liu, nha ng, BTN: nhit k c khong o t 10 oC n200 oC vi chnh xc 1 oC.

    3.2.16 Cn 5 kg, chnh xc 0,1 g dng cn vt liu Chun b mu, cn mu.

    3.2.17 Cn 10 kg, chnh xc 1,0 g dng chun b ct liu.

    3.2.18 Thc kp, chnh xc 0,1 mm.

    3.2.19 Gng tay chu nhit: dng cm, nm cc thit b nng n 200 oC.

    3.2.20 Gng tay cao su chu nhit: dng ly mu khi b n nhit.

    3.2.21 Bt nh du mu.

    3.2.22 Mi mc, tha: dng xc ct liu, BTN.

    3.3 Chun b mu

    3.3.1 Chun b mu t cc vt liu thnh phn

    3.3.1.1 T mu bao gm ti thiu 3 mu ng vi mt loi cp phi ct liu v mt hm lng nhaxc nh.

    3.3.1.2 Chun b ct liu

    3.3.1.2.1 Sy kh ct liu ct, , bt khong nhit 105oC n khi lng khng i. Sng hnhp ct liu thnh nhng phn c c ht ph hp vi tng loi BTN c quy nh trong cc quy

    trnh cng ngh thi cng tng ng.3.3.1.2.2 Cn ct liu v cn bt khong cho tng m trn, mi m ng trong cc khay ring. Khilng m trn c xc nh sao cho mu ca m trn sau khi m nn c chiu cao 63,5 mm 1,3mm (khi lng m trn thng thng l 1 200 g).

    3.3.1.3 Trn mu BTN

    3.3.1.3.1 Trn u hn hp ct liu, bt khong v gia nhit trong l sy hoc bp nung ti nhit quy nh;

    3.3.1.3.2 Cn nha ng vo cc hp ng ring dng cho tng m trn, gia nhit cho nhang ti nhit trn quy nh. Trt ct liu nung nng vo cho trn, dng bay to h trnggia khi ct liu v trt lng nha ng nng vi khi lng xc nh vo h trng, nhanh chngtrn u n khi nha ng bao ph hon ton ct liu. Lu khng lm vng ct liu ra khi cho

    trn trong qu trnh trn. S dng thit b gia nhit duy tr nhit trn ca hn hp;3.3.1.3.3 M trn u tin c dng trng cc dng c trn, BTN ca m trn ny c trt bhoc c tn dng c mu vi mc ch iu chnh khi lng m trn nhm t c chiu caomu quy nh. Vt liu dnh cho trn, bay trn c gt b bng thanh gt hoc bng mi, tha.Khng dng gi chi hoc dung dch ra lm sch dng c trn tr khi thay i loi nha hockt thc qu trnh c mu.

    3.3.1.3.4 Khuyn khch s dng my trn mu b tng nha chuyn dng. S dng thit b theohng dn ca nh sn xut.

    CH THCH 1: Nhit trn mu Marshall c quy nh ti cc quy trnh thi cng v nghim thuBTN tng ng.

    3.3.1.4 c mu

    3.3.1.4.1 Lau chi sch b mt ba m, khun c mu. Gia nhit trong t sy cho ba m v bkhun c mu ti nhit 105 oC5 oC. t mt ming giy lc hnh trn ng knh 10 cm votrong lng khun c pha trn y khun, lp khun dn v trt ton b BTN vo khun.

    3.3.1.4.2 Xc mnh bay nung nng 15 ln xung quanh chu vi v 10 ln khu vc gia khuncha BTN. Dng bay vun b mt hn hp hi vng ln tm khun. Nhit ca hn hp ngaytrc khi m nn phi nm trong gii hn nhit m to mu.

    3.3.1.4.3 t mt ming giy hnh trn ng knh 10 cm vo trong lng khun trn nh BTN. t bkhun c cha mu vo b g gi trn b m, tin hnh m vi s c m theo quy nh ca Quytrnh cng ngh thi cng v nghim thu BTN tng ng (thng l 75 hoc 50 c m trn mt mt).

    3.3.1.4.4 o ngc khun m mt trn ca mu tip xc vi khun. Lp li b khun ln g

    v m tip trn mt cn li ca mu vi cng s c m nh thc hin mt i din ca mu.Sau khi m mu, mu ngui n nhit trong phng, dng dng c tho mu y mu rakhi khun. t mu trn b mt phng, chc chn iu kin nhit trong phng t nht l 12 htrc khi th nghim.

    CH THCH 2: Nhit m to mu Marshall c quy nh ti cc quy trnh thi cng v nghim thuBTN tng ng.

    3.3.2 Chun b mu BTN ly ti trm trn, ti phu my ri

    3.3.2.1 Mi t mu bao gm ti thiu 3 mu.

    3.3.2.2 Mu BTN phi nhit m nn theo quy nh. BTN khng nhit m nn th philoi b, khng gia nhit b sung trc khi m nn mu.

    3.3.2.3 c mu: Theo 3.3.1.4.

    3.3.3 Chun b mu BTN ly t mt ng c

    3.3.3.1 Mi t mu bao gm ti thiu 3 mu.

    3.3.3.2 Vt liu BTN mt ng c c gia nhit khng qu 115 oC trong khong thi gian va c th lm ti mu. Loi b nhng ht ct liu b ct, v trong qu trnh ly mu. Gia nhit cho hnhp b tng nha n nhit m nn theo quy nh.

    3.3.3.3 c mu: Theo quy nh ti 3.3.1.4.

    3.3.4 Chun b mu t li khoan BTN

    3.3.4.1 Mi t mu thng thng gm 3 mu c gia cng t mu khoan BTN mt ng. Trnghp c bit cho php dng ti thiu l 2 mu.

    3.3.4.2 Mu c dng hnh tr, hai y song song v vung gc vi ng sinh ca mu. Mu phim bo khng b bin dng, nt v.

    3.3.4.3 B mt y mu khoan phi phng, khng c dnh vi cc vt liu khc. Trong trng hpt , BTN lp di mt ng gn kt vi y mu th s dng ca loi b chng.

    3.3.4.4 ng knh mu khoan nm trong khong 99,6 mm n 101,6 mm.

    3.3.4.5 Chiu cao mu sau khi gia cng nm trong phm vi t 30 mm n 70 mm, thch hp nht l63,5 mm.

    3.4 Cch tin hnh

    3.4.1 o chiu cao trung bnh ca cc vin mu: Chiu cao trung bnh ca mu l trung bnh ca 4gi tr o

    ti cc im phn t chu vi mu, xc nh chnh xc ti 0,1 mm.

    3.4.2 Gia nhit cho b n nhit n nhit n nh 60 oC1 oC, ngm mu trong b n nhit trong

    thi gian 40 min 5 min.3.4.3 Lau sch mt trong hai vnh thp nn mu. Vt mu BTN ra khi bn nc n nhit v nhanhchng t vo gia hai vnh nn, a b phn nn mu vo v tr th nghim trn my nn, g ngh o do v iu chnh kim ng h v 0.

    3.4.4 Gia ti cho mu v quan st ng h o lc, ng h o bin dng ca mu. Khi ng h o lct gi tr ln nht (v bt u c xu hng gim) th ghi li s c trn ng h o lc ng thi ghili s c trn ng h o bin dng.

    3.4.5 Khuyn khch s dng My nn Marshall c trang b cc u o lc, u o bin dng in tcho php thu nhn, lu tr v x l s liu bng phn mm chuyn dng.

    3.4.6 Thi gian th nghim t khi ly mu BTN ra khi bn n nhit n khi xc nh c gi tr lcnn ln nht khng c vt qu 30 s.

    3.5 Biu th kt qu

    3.5.1 n nh Marshall ca mu (S), tnh bng kilniutn (kN), chnh xc ti 0,1 kN, theo cngthc:

    3.5.2 do Marshall ca mu l gi tr bin dng ca vin mu, k hiu l (F), tnh bng mm.

    3.5.3 n nh, do Marshall ca BTN l gi tr trung bnh ca ti thiu 3 mu i vi mu c,ca ti thiu 2 mu i vi mu khoan.

    3.6 Bo co th nghim

    Bo co th nghim cn c cc thng tin sau:

    - Loi mu th nghim: mu ch b hoc mu khoan;

    - Chiu cao mu, ghi chnh xc n 0,1 mm;

    - n nh Marshall, ghi chnh xc n 0,01 kN;

    - do Marshall, ghi chnh xc n 0,1 mm;- Ngi th nghim v c s th nghim;

    - Vin dn tiu chun ny.

    4 Xc nh n nh, do Marshall ci tin

    Xc nh n nh, do Marshall ci tin tng t nh xc nh n nh, do Marshallc quy nh theo iu 3, ngoi tr mt s iu chnh nh sau:

    a) Khun c mu c ng knh trong 152,4 mm0,2 mm;

    b) a tho mu c ng knh 150 mm, chiu dy ti thiu l 20 mm;

    c) Trng lng ba m l 10 200 g10 g, ng knh mt m l 149,4 mm0,2 mm, chiu cao ri

    ca ba l 457 mm2 mm;d) Mu tiu chun c chiu cao 95,2 mm. Khi lng m trn c xc nh sao cho mu ca mtrn sau khi m nn c chiu cao 95,2 mm2,5 mm. Khi lng m trn thng thng l 4 050 g;

    e) B phn nn mu gm hai vnh thp mt tr trn bn knh mt trong tip xc vi mu l 76,2 mm 0,2 mm;

    f) Hn hp c vo khun c lm 2 lt vi khi lng tng ng nhau, sau mi lt udng bay sc 15 ln xung quanh chu vi v 10 ln khu vc gia ci trnh hnh thnh l rng tong;

    g) S c m tng 1,5 ln so vi th nghim Marshall thng thng (75 c hoc 112 c tng ngvi 50 hoc 75 c ca th nghim Marshall thng thng);

    h) i vi mu gia cng t li khoan, ng knh mu khoan nm trong khong 149 mm n 152mm.

    i) Thi gian ngm mu trong b n nhit 60 oC1 oC l 60 min5 min;

    j) H s iu chnh K trong cng thc (1) c ni suy t Bng 2;

    2 Thut ng v nh ngha

    Tiu chun ny s dng cc thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    2.1 Hm lng nha (Asphalt content)

    Lng nha ng trong hn hp b tng nha, tnh theo phn trm ca khi lng hn hp btng nha (bao gm ct liu dm, ct, bt khong, nha ng).

    2.2 C ht ln nht (Maximum size of aggregate)

    C sng nh nht m lng lt qua c sng l 100 %.

    Tiu chun s dng h sng mt vung th nghim thnh phn ht ct liu v biu din kch cht ct liu.

    3 Nguyn tc

    Mu BTN c sy kh, lm ti v ngm trong dung mi ho tan nha. S dng my quay ly tm tch phn dung dch ho tan nha. Lng nha c xc nh trn c s chnh lch khi lngmu BTN th nghim v khi lng ct liu ( dm, ct, bt khong) thu c sau khi th nghim.Cn c vo lng nha thu c tnh ton hm lng nha theo khi lng mu BTN hoc theokhi lng ct liu.

    4 Thuc th

    4.1 Tricloroethylene C2HCl3 .

    4.2 Dung dch Ammonium Carbonate (NH4)2CO3 bo ho.

    5 Thit b, dng c

    5.1 My quay ly tm: bao gm bt ng mu; ng c in c th iu chnh tc quay ca bttrong qu trnh hot ng, tc ti a t ti 3600 r/min; vi dn dung dch chit xut ra ngoi vbnh gom dung dch chit xut. My c c t trong bung ht kh c hoc ni c h thngthng kh tt (xem Hnh 1).

    5.2 Giy lc: dng lc, gi ct liu trong bt quay, c chiu dy 1,3 mm 0,1 mm, khi lng caloi giy lc kch thc 965 mm x 635 mm l (150 13) kilgam/500 t. Giy lc c ct va vnhca bt ng mu.

    5.3 T sy: c kh nng duy tr nhit 110 oC5 oC.

    5.4 Bp in: c th iu chnh c nhit lng.

    5.5 L nung: c th nung nhit t 500 oC n 600 oC.

    5.6 Khay ng mu: khay kim loi, y phng, c kch c ph hp sy mu. Thng s dngkhay kch thc 300 mm x 200 mm x 25 mm.

    5.7 Cn: s dng 02 cn, 01 cn c kh nng cn c ton b khi lng mu, c chnh xc l0,1 g v 01 cn c kh nng cn c 100 g mu vi chnh xc l 0,01 g.

    5.8 ng ong: 02 ng ong bng thy tinh, 01 ng ong dung tch 1000 mL v 01 ng ong dung tch100mL.

    5.9 Cc nung: dng xc nh khi lng bt khong c trong dung dch thu c sau khi thnghim, cc c dung tch ti thiu l 125 mL.

    5.10 Bnh ht m.

    5.11 Cc dng c ph tr: chi lng, dao trn, km, gng tay v khu trang phng c...

    6 Chun b mu

    6.1 Khi lng mu ti thiu yu cu ph thuc vo c ht ln nht danh nh ca BTN, c quinh trong Bng 1.

    6.2 Trong trng hp khi lng mu th ln vt qu kh nng th nghim ca thit b th phichia mu ra lm hai hoc ba phn c khi lng xp x nhau, tin hnh th nghim trn tng phn.Hm lng nha i vi ton b mu s l trung bnh ca cc hm lng nha th nghim trn ccmu ring bit.

    6.3 Lm ti mu BTN, c th sy nng mu trong t sy nhit khng qu 115 oC n khi BTN mm c xc c bng bay. Ly lng mu th nghim theo phng php chia phn tmu.

    6.4 Sy kh mu v giy lc nhit 110 oC5 oC n khi lng khng i (chnh lch khi lng

    gia hai ln cn cch nhau 0,5 h khng qu 0,1 % khi lng ln cn sau).7 Cch tin hnh

    7.1 Cn khi lng mu th, khi lng giy lc sau khi sy kh chnh xc 0,1 g. K hiu khi lngmu th l m1.

    7.2 Cho mu th vo bt ng mu. Tricloroethylene vo bt ng mu cho n khi ngp bngmt mu, ngm mu trong khong thi gian dung mi ho tan nha c trong mu ( khng qu1 h).

    7.3 t bt cha mu nghim vo my quay. t giy lc c sy kh kht vi ming bt, ynp bt v kp cht ng tm bt vi trc quay ca my, y kn np my v kho cht. t bnhhng dung dch chit xut vi ra ca my.

    7.4 Khi ng my quay, bt u cho my chy tc chm, sau tng dn ln n tc 3600r/min cho n khi khng cn dung dch chit xut chy ra vi th dng my.

    7.5 Rt thm 200 mL Tricloroethylene dung mi qua l trn np my vo trong bt ng mu v lpli qu trnh quay chit xut quy nh ti 7.4. Qu trnh ny c lp li thm t nht l 02 ln cho nkhi dung dch chit xut chy ra c mu vng nht.

    7.6 M np my quay, cn thn chuyn giy lc v phn ct liu c trong bt ng mu vo mt cikhay kim loi xc nh trc khi lng, t khay di phu ht kh thng hi hoc bung ht khc lm bay hi dung mi cho n khi mu ct liu trng thi kh gi b mt. t khay vo tsy nhit 110 oC 5 oC cho ti khi khi lng khng thay i. Ly khay ra khi t sy, nguitrong phng, cn xc nh khi lng khay cha ct liu v giy lc; cn c vo khi lng giy lcban u, khi lng khay kim loi, xc nh khi lng phn ct liu chnh xc ti 0,1 g, k hiu lm2.

    7.7 Xc nh khi lng bt khong c trong dung dch thu c sau khi tch nha

    7.7.1 Sy cc nung n khi lng khng i, lm ngui trong bnh ht m v cn xc nh khilng ban u ca cc nung chnh xc n 0,01 g;

    7.7.2 Xc nh khi lng ca ton b dung dch thu c sau th nghim, chnh xc ti 0,1 g, khiu l G1; khuy u ton b dung dch v ly khong 100g dung dch cho vo cc nung, k hiu lG2;

    7.7.3 t cc nung ng dung dch ln bp in v un di phu ht kh thng hi hoc trongbung ht kh c lm bay hi dung dch, sau t cc vo l nung nhit 500 oC - 600 oC nkhi lng khng i. tro ngui v cn xc nh khi lng tro s b trong cc nung;

    7.7.4 Rt dung dch amononium cacbonate (NH4)2CO3 vo cc nung vi mc 5 mL/1 g tro. cc

    8 Biu th kt qu

    8.1 Hm lng nha tnh theo phn trm (%) khi lng hn hp, chnh xc ti 0,1 %, c xc nhtheo cng thc:

    5 Cch tin hnh

    5.1 Xp chng b sng c th t kch thc mt sng t nh n ln trn y sng. Kch thc mtsng trn cng ln hn c ht ln nht danh nh Dmax ca loi BTN th nghim.

    5.2 dn ct liu vo sng trn cng v tin hnh sng. C th dng my sng hoc lc bng tay.Khi dng my sng th thi gian sng theo quy nh ca tng loi my. Khi sng bng tay th thiim dng sng l khi sng trong 1 min m lng lt qua mi sng khng vt qu 1 % khi lngvt liu trn sng .

    5.3 Lng ct liu trn tng sng khi kt thc qu trnh sng khng ln ln 7 kg/m2 tnh trn din tchmt li sng i vi sng c mt nh hn 4,75 mm. i vi sng c c mt li t 4,75 mm tr ln,khi lng ct liu trn sng tnh bng kilgam khng ln hn 2,5 ln tch s gia c mt sng tnhbng milimt v din tch li sng tnh bng mt vung. Khi lng vt liu ti a trn sng i vimt s khun sng li mt vung thng dng c quy nh ti Bng 3.

    CH THCH: C th khng ch hin tng qu ti trn cc sng cc b bng cc bin php sau:

    - B sung sng c c trung gian gia sng c kh nng qu ti v sng c c ln hn k tip;

    1.1 Tiu chun ny quy nh phng php xc nh t trng ln nht, khi lng ring ca b tngnha (BTN) trng thi ri nhit 25 oC.

    1.2 T trng ln nht BTN c s dng tnh rng d ca BTN m nn.

    2 Thut ng v nh ngha

    Trong tiu chun ny s dng cc thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    2.1 T trng ln nht (Maximum Specific Gravity) ca BTN trng thi ri l t s gia khi lngca BTN nhit 25 oC so vi khi lng nc c cng th tch cng nhit .

    2.2 Khi lng ring (Density) ca BTN l khi lng ca mt n v th tch BTN khng cha lrng nhit 25 oC.

    Mu BTN c sy kh, lm ti v a vo bnh ng v cn tr b xc nh khi lng. ncc nhit 25 oC 1 oC ngp mu trong bnh, dng my ht chn khng ht khng kh b kt trongl rng ca mu BTN trong khong thi gian 15 min 2 min p sut di 30 mmHg. Xc nh khilng nc ng vi phn th tch mu BTN chim ch 25 oC. Tnh ton xc nh t trng lnnht v khi lng lng ring ca BTN.

    4 Thit b, dng c

    4.1 Bnh ng mu: Bnh ng mu c kh nng chu c p sut chn khng hon ton v c ccph tng km theo duy tr p sut chn khng trong qu trnh th nghim (Hnh 1). u ng htchn khng thng vi bnh ng mu c li lc 0,075 mm.

    4.2 Th tch bnh ng mu s dng ph thuc vo lng mu nghim, th tch mu nghim chimkhong t 0,3 n 0,5 th tch bnh cha.

    4.3 Cn: cn c kh nng cn c khi lng ton b mu vi chnh xc 0,1 %.

    4.4 My ht chn khng: c kh nng to p sut cn li trong bnh ng mu thp hn 30 mmHg.

    4.5 Bnh lc hi nc: S dng 03 bnh tht c c th tch khng di 1000 mL ni kt gia bnhng mu v bm ht chn khng hn ch hi nc thm nhp vo my ht chn khng.

    4.6 p k c gn vi bnh ng mu o p sut trong bnh ng mu.

    5.2 Nu khi lng mu ln hn sc cha ca bnh ng mu th phi chia mu lm nhiu phn ckhi lng xp x nhau v tin hnh th nghim trn tng phn. Khi lng ring ca BTN i viton b mu l gi tr trung bnh ca cc ln th nghim trn cc phn mu ring bit.

    6 Cch tin hnh

    6.1 Sy kh mu trong t sy n khi lng khng i (chnh lch khi lng gia hai ln cn lintip cch nhau 0,5 gi khng chnh qu 0,1 % khi lng ln cn sau). i vi hn hp ch b trong

    6.2 Lm ti mu BTN bng tay. Trong qu trnh lm ti mu khng lm cho cc ht ct liu b v, ccht mn vn li c kch c khng qu 6,3 mm.

    6.3 Cho mu vo bnh ng, cn tr b xc nh khi lng mu BTN th nghim, k hiu khilng ny l (A).

    6.4 nc c nhit xp x 25 oC vo bnh ng mu cho n khi ngp ht mu trong bnh.

    6.5 Ht dn khng kh ra khi bnh ng mu n khi p sut t mc thp hn 30 mmHg (tt nht lt mc 0 mmHg). Duy tr p sut thp trong thi gian 15 min 2 min. Lc bnh cha mu lin tcbng thit b c kh hoc lc bng tay vi chu k 2 min/ln. Bnh ng mu c t trn cc b mtn hi nh cao su trong qu trnh lc mu trnh cc va p mnh trong qu trnh ht chn khng.

    CH THCH 1: C th s dng t 5 mL n 10 mL dung dch thm t Aerosol OT nng 5.10 -5 %nh vo nc trong bnh ng mu h tr qu trnh loi b khng kh trong mu BTN khi ht chnkhng.

    6.6 Khi ht thi gian ht chn khng, m van cho khng kh quay li bnh ng mu vi tc tngp khng qu 60 mmHg/s. Xc nh khi lng nc do mu BTN chim ch bng mt trong haicch sau:

    6.6.1 Cn trong khng kh: nc y bnh ng mu v iu chnh nhit nc trong bnh trongkhong 25 oC 1 oC, cn xc nh khi lng trong khong thi gian 10 min 1 min sau khi kt thcqu trnh ht chn khng. K hiu khi lng bnh y nc c cha mu BTN l (E).

    6.6.2 Cn trong nc: Treo ngp bnh cha mu trong nc nhit 25 oC 1 oC, cn xc nhkhi lng bnh cha mu trong nc sau thi gian ngm mu 10 min 1 min, ton b mu ra vnhanh chng cn khi lng bnh rng trong nc, xc nh mc chnh khi lng gia hai ln cnl khi lng mu cn trong nc k hiu l (C)

    6.7 Trng hp hn hp BTN c cha ct liu rng c ht nc ln, cn kim tra BTN c htnc trong qu trnh th nghim hay khng bng cch p v vi ht ct liu ln sau qu trnh htchn khng v quan st trng thi kh m trn mt v ca ht ct liu. Nu hin tng ht nc xy

    1 Phm vi p dng

    1.1 Tiu chun ny quy nh phng php xc nh t trng khi (Bulk Specific Gravity), khi lngth tch(Unit Weight) ca mu b tng nha (BTN) c ch b trong phng th nghim hoc khoanti hin trng. Kt qu th nghim c dng xc nh rng d v cht lu ln ca BTN .

    1.2 Phng php A: phng php cn trong nc, p dng vi BTN c rng d < 8,0 % v c ht nc khng vt qu hn 2,0 %.

    1.3 Phng php B: phng php o th tch mu, p dng vi BTN rng rng d 8,0 %, hocBTN c ht nc ln vt qu 2,0 %.

    2 Thut ng v nh ngha

    Trong tiu chun ny s dng cc thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    2.1 T trng khi (Bulk Specific Gravity) ca BTN m nn, c xc nh theo phng php thny, l t s gia khi lng ca BTN m nn so vi khi lng nc c cng th tch cngnhit .

    2.2 Khi lng th tch (Unit Weight) ca BTN m nn, c xc nh theo phng php thny, l khi lng ca mt n v th tch BTN m nn.

    3 Phng php A

    3.1 Nguyn tc

    Xc nh khi lng phn th tch nc m mu chim ch thng qua chnh lch khi lng mucn trong nc v mu cn trong khng kh, xc nh khi lng mu kh v tnh khi lng th tchca mu BTN t cc s liu thu c.

    3.2 Thit b, dng c

    3.2.1 Cn c chnh xc 0,1 %;

    3.2.2 B nc: dng cn mu trong nc, b c vi chy trn duy tr mc nc c nh trongqu trnh th nghim;

    3.2.3 Dy treo v gi ng mu cn trong nc: gi lm bng li thp cha mu BTN v cnhng ngp hon ton trong b nc. Dy treo l loi dy c bn, khng thm nc vi ngknh nh nht c th khng nh hng ti kt qu th nghim;

    3.2.4 T sy: c th duy tr nhit sy mu nhit 110 oC 5 oC;3.2.5 Nhit k: chnh xc 1 oC.

    3.3 Chun b mu

    3.3.1 Mu th nghim c th l mu c Marshall trong phng th nghim hoc mu khoan ti hintrng.

    Mu phi m bo khng b bin dng, nt v khi ly ra khi khun c hoc khoan t mt ng.

    3.3.2 B mt y mu khoan khng c dnh vi vt liu lp di mt ng. Trong trng hpt , BTN lp di mt ng gn kt vi y mu th s dng ca hoc dng c ph hp loib chng.

    3.4 Cch tin hnh

    3.4.1 Sy mu nhit 52 oC 3 oC n khi lng khng i.

    3.4.2 mu ngui n nhit trong phng v cn xc nh khi lng mu kh, chnh xc n 0,1g, k hiu l A.

    3.4.3 o nhit ca nc trong b, k hiu l T.

    3.4.4 Ngm mu ngp trong b nc trong thi gian 10 min 1 min.

    3.4.5 Cn khi lng mu trong nc, chnh xc ti 0,1 g, k hiu khi lng mu cn c l C.

    3.4.6 Vt mu ra khi b nc, nhanh chng dng khn bng m lau b mt mu, cn xc nh khilng mu kh b mt, chnh xc ti 0,1 g, k hiu l B.

    CH THCH :

    1) i vi Mu Marshall ch b trong phng trng thi kh hon ton th khng cn phi sy mukhi xc nh khi lng mu kh (A);

    2) C th gia tng tc sy mu bng cch sy nhit 110 oC 5 oC n khi lng khng i.Khi trnh t th nghim s thay i, vic xc nh khi lng mu kh (A) c thc hin cuicng sau khi xc nh khi lng mu kh b mt (B) v khi lng mu cn trong nc (C). Tuy

    3.5 Biu th kt qu

    4 Phng php B

    4.1 Nguyn tc

    4.4.1 o kch thc tnh th tch ca mu, chnh xc ti 0,1 mm: o chiu cao mu ti 4 v tr cungphn t ng trn y mu, ng knh mu c o trn hai phng vung gc ti mt phngvung gc vi thn mu ti im gia chiu cao mu. Tnh th tch mu (V) da trn gi tr trung bnhca chiu cao v ng knh mu.

    4.4.2 Xc nh khi lng mu kh (A): theo 3.4.

    1 Phm vi p dngTiu chun ny quy nh phng php xc nh chy nha ca hn hp b tng nha (BTN),thng p dng i vi BTN c rng ln bao gm BTN cp phi h, BTN cp phi gin on nh gi kh nng n nh nh chng chy nha ca hn hp trong qu trnh sn xut, vn chuynv thi cng.

    2 Thut ng v nh ngha

    Trong tiu chun ny s dng thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    chy nha ca BTN (Draindown)

    T l phn trm gia lng hn hp (bao gm c nha ng v ct liu mn) chy ra khi r chahn hp BTN khi nung mu nhit v thi gian quy nh so vi khi lng mu ban u.

    3 Nguyn tcMu BTN c chun b trong phng hoc ly t hin trng. Cho mu BTN trng thi ri votrong r thp, t r thp ln trn mt chic a kim loi. Sy ton b a cha r thp v mu BTN nhit v khong thi gian quy nh. Xc nh lng hn hp chy ra khi r thp cha trong akim loi, tnh chy nha ca BTN.

    4 Thit b, dng c

    4.1 T sy c thng gi, iu chnh c nhit vi chnh xc 2 oC, c kh nng sy nhit trong phm vi t 110 oC n 175 oC.

    4.2 R ng mu: hnh tr, chiu cao 165 mm, ng knh 108 mm. R c ch to bng li kimloi, l vung, kch c 6,3 mm ( nh kch c sng l vung 6,3 mm). y r c thit k cao hny thnh bn 25 mm (Hnh 1).

    4.3 a kim loi bn nhit hng lng nha chy ra t hn hp BTN.

    4.4 Cn c chnh xc ti 0,1 g.

    4.5 Dng c trn: cho, bay.

    5.1 Trong qu trnh thit k hn hp, th nghim chy nha hai nhit : nhit quy nh trn hn hp ti trm trn (T) v nhit cao hn 15 oC (T+15 oC) xt ti iu kin thc t c thxy ra trong trm trn.

    5.2 Trong qu trnh sn xut, ch cn th nghim chy nha nhit quy nh trn hn hptrong trm trn.

    6 Chun b mu

    ng vi mi nhit th nghim, chun b 2 mu BTN, mi mu c khi lng 1 200 g 200 g.

    7 Cch tin hnh7.1 Sy mu, r ng mu v a kim loi n khi lng khng i.

    7.2 Xc nh khi lng r thp chnh xc ti 0,1 g (k hiu l A). Chuyn mu hn hp sy vor. m bo nhit hn hp BTN khi cho vo r khng nh hn 25 oC so vi nhit th nghim.Xc nh khi lng r ng mu c cha mu BTN chnh xc ti 0,1 g (k hiu l B).

    7.3 Xc nh khi lng a kim loi chnh xc ti 0,1 g (k hiu l C). t r cha mu ln a kimloi v cho tt c vo t sy gia nhit ti nhit th nghim, duy tr trong thi gian 60 min 5min. Trng hp nhit hn hp BTN khi cho vo r nh hn 25 oC so vi nhit th nghim,thi gian duy tr mu trong l nhit th nghim l 70 min 5 min.

    7.4 a mu ra khi l sy. Nhc r ng mu ra, xc nh khi lng a kim loi c lng nhang trong a chnh xc ti 0,1 g (k hiu l D).

    3. Thut ng v nh ngha

    Trong tiu chun ny s dng thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    gc cnh ca ct (Fine Aggregate Angularity)

    Ch tiu tng hp nhm nh gi hnh dng v trng thi b mt ca ct liu mn (ct). Ht ct liu cdng hnh khi, b mt th rp vi nhiu gc cnh s c gc cnh ln hn so vi ht ct liu trncnh v c b mt trn nhn. gc cnh ca ct c xc nh qua rng ca cp phi ct (cthnh phn ht quy nh) trng thi khng m nn, rng cng cao th gc cnh cng ln. Sdng ct c gc cnh ln trong ch to b tng nha s to nn mt ng b tng nha mbo kh nng khng ct, chng

    trt v hn ch vt hn ln bnh xe.

    4 Nguyn tc

    4.1 Mu ct ng trong phu c chy xung mt ng ong c th tch 100 mL vi chiu cao riquy nh. Gt b phn ct liu tha trn ming ng ong, sau xc nh khi lng ct liu c trongng ong bng cch cn. rng ct s c tnh bng cch ly th tch ng ong tr i th tchtuyt i ca ct liu. Th tch tuyt i ca ct s c tnh trn c s khi lng ct liu trong ngong v khi lng ring ca ct.

    4.2 Mu ct dng th nghim rng l mu c thnh phn cp phi chun v khi lng quynh. Mu c phn tch thnh nhiu c ht khc nhau c kch c quy nh, sau li c trn vinhau theo mt t l nht nh to thnh mu nghim.

    5 Thit b, dng c

    5.1 ng ong: c lm bng thp hoc bng ng, c th tch khong 100 mL, ng knh trongkhong 39 mm v chiu cao khong 86 mm. y ng dy t nht l 6 mm, mt di ca y ng cmt ch lm gia tm dng nh v ng trong gi (xem Hnh 1).

    Hnh 1- ng ong chun, dung tch 100 ml

    5.2 Phu: c lm bng thp hoc ng, b mt trong ca phu phi phng. Phu cao t nht 38mm, thnh phu c gc nghing 60o 4o so vi trc ca phu. Kch thc l y phu l 12,7 mm 0,6 mm. Pha trn phu c gn vi 1 vnh kim loi c th tch t nht l 200 mL (xem Hnh 2).

    Hnh 2 - B dng c th nghim

    5.3 Gi : bng kim loi, c 3 chn hoc 4 chn, c kh nng gi phu cha ct liu n nh trngi. Trc ca phu trng vi trc ca ng ong vi sai s v gc (ca 2 ng trc) phi nh hn 40v sai s v khong cch nh hn 2 mm.

    5.4 Tm knh: c kch thc 60 mm x 60 mm v c chiu dy ti thiu l 4 mm dng hiu chunng ong.

    5.5 Khay: lm bng kim loi, bn v phng ng ton b gi khi th nghim, dng thuhi mu ct liu chy trn trn ng ong khi rt v khi gt phng ng ong.

    5.6 Dao gt bng thp, c chiu di khong 100 mm, chiu rng t nht 20 mm v phi c 1 cnhthng dng gt phn mu tha trn ng ong.

    5.7 Cn c kh nng cn c khi lng ca ng ong cha y mu ct vi chnh xc 0,1 g.

    6 Hiu chun ng ong

    6.1 Bi mt lp m bi trn mng ln ming ca ng ong. Cn xc nh khi lng ca ng ong( bi m) v tm knh. y ng ong bng nc kh ion v un si, c nhit t 18 oCn 24 oC. Ghi li nhit ca nc. Ly tm knh t ln ming ng ong nhng ch khng to rabt kh di mt knh. Lau kh pha ngoi ng ong, cn xc nh khi lng ca ng ong y nc v tm knh. Lau sch m bi trn trn ming ng ong.

    6.3 Nu nh kt qu hiu chun cho thy th tch ca ng ong ln hn 100 mL th mi mt cho ngong ngn li a th tch ng ong v ng bng 100 mL.

    7 Chun b mu

    7.1 Ra mu qua sng 0,15 mm, sau sy kh ri sng mu thnh cc nhm ht ring bit c kch

    c theo quy nh Bng 1. ring mi nhm ht trong mt khay.7.2 Cn cc nhm ht theo khi lng quy nh ti Bng 1 vi sai s 0,2 g. Trn cc nhm ht c mu c khi lng 190 g.

    8 Cch tin hnh

    8.1 Ly dao trn u mu chun b. Lp phu v ng ong vo ng v tr trn gi . Ly ngntay bt l y phu. mu vo phu, ly dao lm phng mu trong bnh. B tay khi l y phucho ct liu chy t do t phu xung ng ong.

    8.2 Sau khi mu chy ht, ly cnh thng ca dao gt phn ct liu tha trn ming ng ong.Trnh khng c to ra rung ng hoc tc ng mnh vo ng lm cho ct liu trong ng ongb cht li. Ly chi lng qut cc ht ct liu cn bm pha ngoi ng ong. Cn xc nh khi lngca ng ong v ct liu chnh xc n 0,1 g.

    Trong tiu chun ny s dng thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    4.2.1 Ti v tr mt ng BTN lu ln cn xc nh cht lu ln (K), tin hnh khoan mu BTNtheo 3.3.4,

    4.2.2 Xc nh khi lng th tch ca ca BTN m nn hin trng (mbHT) theo quy nh tiTCVN 8860-5:2011

    4.3 Xc nh khi lng th tch ca BTN m nn trong phng th nghim (mb) theo quy nh ti

    4.3.1 Khi lng th tch ca BTN m nn trong phng th nghim (mb) xc nh bng gi tr khi

    lng th tch mu c Marshall ti trm trn b tng nha tng ng vi ca thi cng c cha ltrnh kim tra theo TCVN 8860-5 : 2011.

    4.3.2 Trng hp khng c s liu theo 4.3.1, tin hnh cc bc sau:

    - Ly mu BTN mt ng t cc l trnh tng ng;

    5 Xc nh rng d phc v cng tc thit k hn hp BTN

    5.1 Khi thit k hn hp BTN, tm ra hm lng nha ti u, thng phi xc nh 5 gi tr rng d tng ng vi 5 t mu BTN (mi t 3 mu) c 5 hm lng nha khc nhau.

    5.2 T trng khi ca BTN m nn (G mb) c xc nh trn cc mu c Marshall ng vi tnghm lng nha, theo quy nh ti TCVN 8860-5 : 2011;

    5.3 T trng ln nht ca BTN trng thi ri (G mm) c th xc nh theo hai cch:

    5.3.1 Cch th nht: xc nh theo TCVN 8860-4 : 2011 trn tng mu BTN ng vi tng hm lngnha khc nhau.

    5.3.2 Cch th hai: xc nh theo TCVN 8860-4: 2011 i vi mu BTN c hm lng nha d onst vi hm lng nha ti u. Sau , ng vi cc hm lng nha khc, tnh t trng ln nht caBTN trng thi ri (Gmm) theo cng thc sau:

    CH THCH: T trng ln nht ca BTN trng thi ri (Gmm) xc nh theo quy nh ti TCVN 8860-4: 2011 thng cho kt qu chnh xc nht khi hm lng nha s dng gn st vi hm lngnha ti u. Sau khi xc nh c t trng ln nht ca BTN trng thi ri ng vi hm lngnha d on st vi hm lng nha ti u, da vo cng thc (2) xc nh G se lm c s tnhGmm i vi mu BTN s dng hm lng nha khc.

    6 Xc nh rng d phc v cng tc kim tra nghim thu

    6.1 Xc nh t trng khi ca BTN (Gmb): Ti v tr mt ng BTN lu ln, cn xc nh rngd, tin hnh khoan mu BTN theo 3.3.4, TCVN 8860-1 : 2011. T trng khi ca BTN m nnxc nh theo TCVN 8860-5 : 2011.

    6.2 Xc nh t trng ln nht ca BTN trng thi ri (Gmm): l gi tr t trng ln nht ca BTN trng thi ri c xc nh trn mu BTN ly ti trm trn b tng nha tng ng vi ca thi cngc cha l trnh kim tra theo TCVN 8860-4 : 2011.

    6.3 Trng hp khng c s liu nh quy nh ti 6.2:

    - Ly mu BTN mt ng t cc l trnh tng ng;

    - Xc nh t trng ln nht ca BTN trng thi ri (Gmm) theo TCVN 8860-4 : 2011.
