To what extent do you agree or disagree? Learning; from Books or Experience The teenage years are the most critical period of one’s life, since all future major decision will be based what you learn or appeal to throughout this time. In many people’s opinion, including me, learning during high school is not precisely what you grasp from books. Inasmuch as pupils at high school are expected to be well-prepared for what they might be subjected to after graduation. To provide a more vivid picture with a more realistic perception of the society, for high school students, it comes requisite to participate in some mandatory social activities, even though they are not paid. To begin, one inevitable reason for that, from the students’ perspective, is to enable them to be more considerate about their society. By means of those compulsory activities they feel more responsible for their surroundings. Aiding the elderly or young children, as an example, can fiercely make them feel more important, which builds a better confidence. Apart from the learners’ point of view, the society will be benefiting from the services done by the young students as well. The more responsible individuals of a society get, the safer that society becomes. The controlled interaction between young students and other age deters them from being deceived or seduced in later ages. This can help the whole society to decline such crime. Hence it sounds absolutely necessary for school to build such stronger bonds between their pupils and different communities.
