If you have not viewed the TAP 2015 Introductory Guide and completed all the steps, you must do so before continuing

Step 4. Assign TAP 2015
Once employees are entered into ISNetworld, the next step is to assign TAP 2015 eLearning
In the Online Training Tool, an eLearning course is referred to as a “project”
There are two projects available in the Online Training Tool in ISNetworld:
1. TAP 2015 Core (approximately 90 minutes)
2. TAP 2015 Supplement (condensed version)

Step 4. Assign TAP 2015
Assign TAP 2015 Supplement If:
Individual has already completed TAP 2013 training
There are Smart Training records associated with that individual’s TAP completion
The individual was TAP trained at your company
Assign TAP 2015 Core If:
Individual has not previously completed TAP 2013 training
There are not Smart Training records of the individual’s TAP 2013 completion
Your company decides not to verify previous TAP 2013 training and chooses to assign everyone TAP 2015 Core
Note: Do not assign both courses, employees only need to take one or the other
All three conditions are met

Step 4. Assign TAP 20151. Click 1. Company Information
2. Click Online Training
3. Click Project Assignment and choose either TAP 2015 Core or TAP 2015 Supplement
4. Select Owner Client and Project, then click Search
5. Click View/Edit Assigned Employees in the upper right-hand corner

6. Use the filters to locate a specific employee (optional)
7. Click Search
8. Select the employee(s) you want to add to the Project from the Available box on the left and move them to the Selected box on the right by clicking Move Selected
9. Click Save

The remainder of this guide will cover the following:
Hardware Requirements
A laptop or desktop with internet access
Speakers or a headset in order to hear narration and videos
Projector (if conducting training in group mode)
Completing TAP 2015 In Individual Mode
Login to ISNetworld using the username and password that was provided to you in an email
From your To-Do List click 1. > Online Training > Project Assignment Search Tab
Select Southwestern Energy CompanySelect Project (applicable TAP Training)Click Search
Results Tab You can view, add and edit employees assigned to the ProjectClick +View/Edit Assigned Employees
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode
In order to conduct group training, an employee must have the “Online Training Tool Admin” security permissions
These permissions were assigned in Step 2. of the TAP 2015 Introductory Guide
Only individuals with the “Online Training Tool Admin” security permissions are able to assign these permissions to other employees
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode: Before Training Begins1. Before beginning training, print a TAP 2015 Roster
To access a blank roster, login to ISNetworld using your username and password
Select Messages in the top right hand corner of your account then select the Bulletin Board. From there search for the SWN TAP 2015 Roster and download
2. Ensure participants have a clear view of the screen and the sound is audible A projector and speakers will be required for larger groups
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode: Before Training Begins3. If the TAP 2015 Supplement course is being presented, verify
that each individual has previously completed TAP 2013 and there are Smart Training records associated with each individual’s TAP completion
4. If every individual in group mode has not already completed TAP 201 in Smart Training, present the TAP 2015 Core course
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode: During the Training The TAP Training Representative is responsible for
administering TAP 2015 to a group of employees
There can be more than one TAP Training Representative in a company, but each TAP Training Representative must read this document prior to conducting training and follow the required steps
When you come to a learner interaction or checkpoint, ask the group at large for the answer
As the TAP Training Representative, you can pause the training at any time to reemphasize a point or answer questions
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode: After Training At the end of training, the TAP Training Representative must fill out the TAP 2015 Roster (reference
slide 12 on where to locate)and have every participant sign it
Then upload the roster into the Client Specific Document area of ISN for SWN’s records. To upload please follow the below steps
Login to ISN
Select 2. Document Center> Owner Specific Documents> Other Documents
From the drop down filter select Southwestern Energy Company
Select the pencil under the View/Edit Column
Under Step 1. Select Document down click the 2015 SWN TAP Roster Form- Contractor Upload
Then name and upload your roster form into ISN and click upload
Please be aware you are able to upload multiple rosters if needed
Uploading a roster does not automatically give credit to individuals for attending the training
The TAP Training Representative is responsible for individually assigning credit to every employee who completed the TAP 2015 training (see next slide for steps on how to assign credit to individuals in group mode)
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode:Tips Separate logins must be used each time the training is
administered.
Option 1: Create multiple Group Training logins (e.g. Group Trainer 1, Group Trainer 2)
Option 2: Have an employee that is present at the training session login to ISNetworld and launch the training course. The TAP trainer can then administer the training.
Please note, the same training module may not be completed multiple times from within the same login.
Completing TAP 2015 In Group Mode: Assign Credit To Employees For Completion
1. On the Apply Credit tab, Select training
2. Select date
3. Select employees from the Available Employees box on the left and move them to the Selected box on the right by clicking Move Selected

TAP 2015 Hard Hat Decals
Hard hat decals serve as visual proof that everyone on a SWN location has completed TAP training
TAP 2015 decals will be orange to correspond with the orange stripe on the 2015 SWN HSE Handbook
TAP 2015 decals are not serialized
TAP 2015 Hard Hat Decals: Individual Mode
When an individual completes TAP 2015 training in individual mode, the last question of the course will ask the user to enter a physical address where the hard hat decal should be mailed
Please allow 7-10 business days for a hard hat decal to arrive
If an individual must go on a SWN location before a hard hat decal arrives, he/she must print a Certificate of Completion
The certificate will serve as visual proof of TAP completion until the individual receives his/her hard hat decal
See next slide for instructions on how to print a Certificate of Completion
TAP 2015 Hard Hat Decals
To print a certificate of completion follow the below steps
Select Company Information
Select Online Training
Select Complete Online Training then Filter Training By Passed
Select the appropriate SWN Tap Training and then click Print Certificate
TAP 2015 Hard Hat Decals: Group Mode
If a TAP training was completed in group mode an employee is able to print their certificate by logging into ISN with their username and password. For employees who do not have an email please contact your TAP administrator to receive login information. From there you can follow the steps listed on the previous slide to print your TAP Certificate.
Hard Hat Decals: Replacement Decals Upon TAP 2015 completion, each individual will receive two hard hat decals
Remove the green TAP decal and replace with one orange TAP 2015 decal
Keep the second TAP 2015 orange hard hat decal as a back up, or affix it to a secondary hard hat
If both hard hat decals have been lost or damaged, email [email protected] with the following information for a replacement decal:
Your name
Company name
Physical address
Subcontractors If you will be training your subcontractors, please note the
following. All subcontractor employees must be trained by their prime
contractor Training must be conducted in a group setting A roster with all individuals trained must be uploaded in the
ISNetworld accountEach individual’s name and their company name are
required for the roster Distribution of the hard hat stickers will be the responsibility
of the prime contractor
