willfully caused and aided, abetted, counseled,comm anded, induced,
and procured the malicious damag ing or destroying, by m eansof
fire and an explosive, of a building and other real and personal
property used ininterstate commerce and used in activities
affecting interstate commerce, namely, anoffice building and its
contents at U.S. Forest Industries, 261 1 Whittle Avenue,
Medford,Jackson County, Oregon; all in violation of Title 18,
