Update email list of Project Updates & include ADD/MPO.

Send Meeting Notices 2 Weeks in Advance.
Send HDO/MPO Updated Data of Major Traffic Generators, Freight,
Rail, Bike/Ped, and other facilities.
Let HDO/MPO know of Grants, Community Development Plans, and
new Economic Development that may affect transportation systems.

ADDs must copy HDO Chief District Engineer, Planner, and Division
Branch Manager on all Annual Work Program deliverables.
ADDs and HDOs must meet in conjunction with local officials at a
minimum of 1 time per year. Working with local officials during
prioritization & updating/adding projects is a JOINT effort.
HDO & MPO Planners shall participate in Regional Transportation
Committee as non-voting members in advisory roles.
