Objectives: Identify and implement at least 2 skills to

provide culturally appropriate services.

Develop a regional action plan to address 1-3-6 in local communities.

Develop relationships among state, regional, and local partners and families.

Articulate the current status of EHDI in MN—especially strengths and areas for improvement.

Voluntary Hearing Screening– 108 birthing hospitals (100%)– Results reporting (85%)– ~87% Screened

EHDI/UNHSI program funded by grants from MCHB and CDC
