HITS THE JACK POT
AT PRIMM
Shamrocks MC put together a Las Vegas style party that just does not quit. Every year this event gets bigger and bigger and there seems to be no cap on the amount of good friends and good time had by those in attendance. Thank you to the Shamrocks MC for yet another spectacular event. Top notch effort here.
The JCR Honda, Lucas Oil, Maxxis, Fly, Von Zipper, Alpine Star Honda of Trevor Stewart jumped out to an early lead and put about 11 seconds on the pack. By lap 6, Trevor had spread the gap to almost 15 seconds. The gap tightened to the white flag as the lead had shrunk to just 2 seconds. At the end, Stewart held off all challengers and brought home the win by a very close 5 second margin.
With the second win of the season for Stewart, he has taken over the WCGP Pro Class points lead. 3 more events left in the season. Can he keep the Honda up front till the end?

He put together a monster effort to reel back in the eventual points leader to miss the top step by just 5 seconds.
This was Thompsons best finish of the season and pushed himself past Eric Yorba for 4th place in the Points Race.
Below, 557 Kailub Russel on the FMF, Factory Racing KTM rounded out the top three in the WCGP Pro Class.
Kailub had a rough start, ending the first lap in a distant 7th place. By lap 4, he had made it on to the podium and stayed in 3rd

Hey Race Fans!! Here are some things you should know…..
You can earn 2nd place points for helping out with Rescue 3, Inc. Riders are allowed 2 sets of 2nd place points in one racing season. If you are a member of a club, you
usually earn those points from helping out with hosting your club’s event.
What if you aren’t a member of a club or what if your club puts on a 1 day event?
If you volunteer your time with Rescue 3, Inc., you can earn work points. Rescue 3, Inc. does not require that you have first aid knowledge. They need people who can ride and know the desert.
By helping out, it allows them to split up their teams. So instead of two R3 members riding together, those members can split up into two teams pairing up with D37 riders, allowing them to cover more areas. Rescue 3, Inc. does not allow their members to ride alone, so you would be a big help just being there to ride with them.
For more information, email Andrew McDaniel at [email protected] or Matt Brillinger at [email protected]
Rescue 3, Inc. not only assists with D37 racers, but they are in the OHV areas with the most traffic assisting with racers and with the general public.
Did you know that Active Duty Military get a discount on AMA District 37 Competition cards?
All Active Duty Military receives one free competition card per year. All you have to do is see Brian Nasif and he will hook you up. Active Duty Military can also volunteer time with Rescue 3, which will count towards your community service hours.
