Key Takeaway
1. Design Thinking process in solution design (Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test and Take it home)
2. Iterative process of solution design - rapid prototyping, testing , and using the learning for new prototype
3. Making stake-holder a part of solution design is really helpful
ReflectionDesign thinking is a very useful tool. This can and will be applied for the problem, I as a professional is expected to solve at workplace. Or as a human being and citizen want to solve.First of all design thinking instill a belief that all problems, no matter how unsolvable it might look, is solvable. Further it empowers me with tools and process I would use in problem solving.Keeping stakeholder in the centre of my solution search, defining problem in a creative way and rapid prototyping will enable me find breakthrough solutions.Design thinking, what I feel, is a mindset that enables one look at the problem in a different way. Hence the solutions will be more creative, and I am confident that I would be able to find solutions to some of the vexing problem, I find on my way to day to day life, and more particularly on my work life, in a way I have never attempted before.
